Local Governments’ Role in Restricting Travelers Under Law No. 15/2023 Bali Province

Law Number 15 of 2023 concerning the Province of Bali establishes a robust legal framework for the regional government to protect cultural heritage, local traditions, and environmental balance. However, the implementation of this law faces challenges in managing the influx of incoming residents, which may create pressure on local resources, both socially, culturally, and ecologically. This study aims to analyze the role of the regional government in formulating and implementing migration control policies as a concrete implementation of the law. The research employs a normative legal method with statutory and conceptual approaches. The findings indicate that the authority granted to the regional government enables the formulation of policies rooted in local values, particularly through the role of customary villages. However, such policies must remain consistent with constitutional principles, especially the guarantee of citizens’ rights to move and reside. The study recommends strengthening collaboration between customary villages and local authorities, ensuring legal and financial support from the central government, and enhancing the involvement of communities and academics in order to establish a comprehensive, equitable, and sustainable legal framework. Therefore, harmonization between regional policies and national regulations is crucial to ensure that migration restrictions are not discriminatory but instead serve to maintain balance in a fair and proportional manner.

Analisis Kebijakan Pendidikan Islam Lingkungan Jejaring Dalam Sistem Kebijakan Pendidikan Islam

Islamic education plays a strategic role in shaping the character, morals, and intellect of the Muslim community. Along with technological developments and globalization, the Islamic education network environment has become a crucial element in the formulation and implementation of education policy. This study aims to analyze the characteristics of the network environment, the structure and dynamics of Islamic education policy, and the interaction between the two within the digital and social contexts in Indonesia. The method used was a literature review of books, journal articles, policy documents, and publications from Islamic organizations. The results indicate that the Islamic education network is both vertical and horizontal, based on brotherhood (ukhuwah), silaturahmi (silaturahmi), and ta'awun (community-based cooperation), and supported by digital transformation through LMS (Learning Management System), online academic forums, and social media. The network strengthens advocacy, collaboration, and participatory education policy innovation, but faces challenges related to gaps in technology access and human resource capacity. Strategies for strengthening the network include digitalization, cross-institutional collaboration, human resource development, and the integration of Islamic values. With effective management, the Islamic education network not only improves the quality and equity of education but also produces inclusive, adaptive, and sustainable policies, in accordance with the principles of maqasid sharia.

Development of A STEM-Based Mathematics E-Module to Improve 4C Skills of Vocational Students

This research aims to develop a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) based mathematics e-module that is valid, practical and effective in improving vocational students' 4C (Critical Thinking, Communication, Collaboration, Creativity) skills. The research uses the Plomp development model with stages: 1) preliminary research, 2) prototyping phase, and 3) assessment phase. Research data collection uses questionnaire sheets, interviews, checklists, validation sheets, and test sheets. Product validation includes media, material, and language expert validation. The data collected was then analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The research results show that STEM-based mathematics e-modules are valid, practical and effective. Valid in terms of appropriateness of content, didactics/presentation, graphics, and language. Practical in terms of readability and clarity of material, ease of use, attractiveness and suitability of time allocation. Furthermore, it is said to be effective because the use of this e-module in the learning process can improve students' 4C skills with an N-gain of 0.58 on medium criteria and an average 4C skills assessment result of 79.00 with a good predicate.

Analisis Bibliometrik : Fokus Penelitian Geometri Pada Pembelajaran Matematika di Indonesia (2017 -2023)

Geometri merupakan salah satu konten yang harus dikuasai siswa saat proses pembelajaran matematika, sehingga penelitian topik ini banyak dilakukan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui tren penelitian geometri tema penelitian yang dapat dijadikan sebagai topik penelitian di masa depan. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis bibliometrik, yang menggunakan batasan maksimal 200 artikel sepanjang tahun 2017-2023, google scholar digunakan untuk pencarian data dengan kata kunci geometri melalui program Harzing's Publish or Perish, kemudian dipersempit untuk mendapatkan 171 artikel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tren publikasi dengan tema penelitian geometri mengalami peningkatan pada tahun 2018 – 2019. Sedangkan tema penelitian topik geometri yang mempunyai peluang untuk dijadikan penelitian di masa depan terdapat dua kata kunci yaitu LKPD dan eksplorasi.

Emerging Trends in STEAM Education: Advancing 5C Skills for Future-Ready Learners

Observations reveal several issues in education, including reliance on conventional teaching methods, educators' preference for competitive and individualistic approaches over collaborative ones, and limited opportunities for students to develop communication skills. This review aims to explore the importance of implementing the STEAM learning model, the underlying causes of educational challenges, and strategies to enhance students' 5C skills. The study adopts a Systematic Literature Review approach using the PRISMA method. Articles were retrieved from the Scopus database with the assistance of the Publish or Perish application. A total of 14 relevant and eligible articles were critically reviewed and analyzed to meet the research objectives. The findings demonstrate that the STEAM learning model is an innovative educational approach that effectively instils 5C skills—critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, communication, and confidence—in students. The integration of STEAM with other learning models provides students with relevant and practical learning experiences to address diverse educational needs. Implementing STEAM prepares future generations to face global challenges with comprehensive and relevant skill sets.

Navigating online learning for citizenship education through parenthood in the digital era

During the pandemic, learning policies have transformed face-to-face to online-based learning. Technology and information play a crucial role in learning infrastructure, sources of teaching materials, tools, learning facilities, and learning media. The activeness of parents in accompanying children dramatically influences the effectiveness of learning activities, which ultimately contributes to maximum results. This research explored the characteristics of parental assistance and the problems that arose in online learning of Citizenship Education subjects in Jaya Mekar Padalarang Village. The results show that the home learning policy is considered burdensome by parents. Some reasons include difficulty managing time between working and guiding children, lack of adequate communication facilities, difficulty understanding lesson material, and inability to use technological devices. In this context, finding solutions or strategies that can help parents overcome these challenges is important. However, it's crucial to stress that with the right support and training, parents can significantly improve their support for their children's online learning. This effort can increase parents' active participation in supporting their children's online learning and inspire a positive change in the online education landscape.

This article analyzes the curriculum transformation in Indonesia, focusing on the transition from the 2013 Curriculum to the Merdeka Curriculum. Designed to simplify educational content structure, the Merdeka Curriculum emphasizes character education and practical skills development to prepare students for the challenges of globalization and the industrial revolution 4.0. Through a thematic approach and focus on essential materials, the Merdeka Curriculum aims to reduce academic burdens, promote teaching innovation, and strengthen collaboration between schools, homes, and communities. The article also discusses the challenges of implementing the Merdeka Curriculum, particularly in changing teaching paradigms among teachers and educators. This study highlights the importance of strong policy support, teacher competence improvement, and ongoing educational innovation to enhance education quality in Indonesia. AbstrakArtikel ini menganalisis perubahan kurikulum pendidikan di Indonesia, khususnya peralihan dari Kurikulum 2013 ke Kurikulum Merdeka. Kurikulum Merdeka dirancang untuk menyederhanakan struktur materi pembelajaran, menekankan pendidikan karakter, dan meningkatkan keterampilan praktis guna mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi tantangan era globalisasi dan revolusi industri 4.0. Dengan pendekatan tematik dan fokus pada materi esensial, Kurikulum Merdeka bertujuan untuk mengurangi beban akademis siswa, mendorong inovasi pengajaran, serta memperkuat kolaborasi antara sekolah, rumah, dan masyarakat. Artikel ini juga membahas tantangan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka, terutama dalam mengubah paradigma pengajaran para guru dan tenaga pendidik. Pembahasan tentang mutu pendidikan di Indonesia, tidak dapat dipungkiri bahwa pendidikan bagi Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus di Indonesia hingga saat ini kurang diperhatikan dan belum bisa ditangani secara maksimal. Anak berkebutuhan khusus memang berbeda dengan anak normal pada umumnya, baik dari segi fisik, mental, intelektual maupun sosialnya. Sebagai warga negara, anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK) memiliki hak dan kuwajiban yang sama sebagai warga negara serta memiliki kesamaan perlakuan, termasuk dalam memperoleh pendidikan. Pendidikan inklusif adalah sistem penyelenggaraan pendidikan yang memberikan kesempatan kepada semua peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus untuk dapat mengikuti pendidikan atau pembelajaran dalam lingkungan pendidikan secara bersama-sama dengan peserta didik pada umumnya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan, dengan mengunakan buku-buku dan sumber yang lainnya.

Portfolio ownership in the excess return model at Indonesian stock exchange

This research is to analyze and answer the phenomena of Foreign Portfolio Investment (FK), Global Risk (Rwf), Small minus Big (SmB), High minus Low (HmL), Win minus Lose (WmL) as determinants of Foreign Ownership (FO) which have implications for Excess Return (ER). The formula is to maximize the value of Excess Return through Portfolio Ownership, the object of research for companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. First results; an increase in FK can explain the impact on an increase in FO, these results confirm the prevailing theory. Other results are not like the existing theory, namely a decrease in SmB can explain the impact on a decrease in FO, while Rwf, HmL, and WmL cannot explain its effect on FO. Second result; the increase in HmL, WmL and FO can explain the impact of the increase in ER. Another thing FO can also explain its function as an intervening variable. Rwf can also explain the impact but it is not in line with the negative correlation theory. The FK has no impact on ER. These results are expected to help as a guide for foreign investors in the Indonesia Stock Exchange to obtain maximum excess returns.

The Influence of Internal Quality Assurance System on Quality Improvement of Accreditation in State Islamic Religious Universities Using The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM)

This study aims to analyze the effect of the internal quality assurance system on improving the accreditation quality of State Islamic Higher Education by using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The research method used is quantitative. The research is an explanatory survey explaining the influence of the variables contained in the SPMI Information System in Higher Education. The research results show that; 1) There is a positive and significant effect of 62.4% both partially and simultaneously on all TAM variables on the use of the SPMI system; 2) There is a positive and significant effect of 53.5% both partially and simultaneously on all SPMI information system variables on improving the quality of accreditation. This research has implications for the importance of using other resources to improve the quality of education in tertiary institutions.

The Use of Nasi Pelleng Local Wisdom as Social Science Teaching Material

Local knowledge and traditions have a lot of potential as a result of Indonesia's diverse cultural landscape. Several regional Indonesian proverbs have been used in the classroom as teaching aids. Nasi pelleng, a form of indigenous knowledge, is still hardly ever acknowledged or utilized in the classroom. Making Nasi Peleng traditional knowledge into a tool for teaching social science is thus novel. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the viability of including Nasi Pelleng traditional knowledge in the social science curriculum. Data collection methods for the qualitative approach adopted in this study include observations, recordings, interviews, and other sources that are connected to Nasi Peleng traditional knowledge. Additionally, content analysis is utilized to examine the data gathered. Based on its practical qualities and local wisdom values, the research's findings—which take the form of a presentation of Nasi Peleng's local knowledge—are appropriate for use as social sciences teaching materials. The religious, austere, and cooperative principles found in the Nasi Pelleng heritage can be used as a guide for how to behave in society, and this integration can be one of the attempts.maintaining communal knowledge that is beginning to be lost. Consequences of According to this study, children can learn to live simply and form communities by cooperating and showing respect for one another through the use of educational materials based on the Nasi Peleng tradition. Instrument and evaluation of students’ involvement in learning Mathematics in 21-century skills at senior high schools of Riau province

Student engagement is the most crucial factor in learning activities because it is the main factor in improving student learning outcomes in class. This study aims to develop instruments and evaluate student involvement in learning mathematics to achieve maximum learning outcomes at school. The population in this study was all high school students in Riau Province. The sample is 150 high school students selected by multiple-stage random sampling based on high, medium, and low student achievement levels. Data analysis in this study was carried out four times: (1) data analysis based on the results of expert assessment of the instrument with the Aiken formula; (2) small-scale validity data analysis with first-order CFA; (3) large-scale data analysis with second-order CFA analysis; (4) descriptive analysis to see the categorization of student learning engagement in Riau Province whether in very good, good, not good and very not good. The analysis using the Aiken formula shows that 24 out of 27 items developed are valid. The first-order CFA analysis shows that the 24 items distributed are valid. The second-order analysis shows that the construct validity of the learning involvement variable is valid and reliable. The analysis of learning involvement results shows that students' involvement in learning mathematics is in the not-good category. The Riau provincial government needs to maximize student learning engagement which can be done by regulating students' effective study hours at school and home. Collaboration between parents and schools must be improved so parents can control student learning outside of school.

Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Interaktif Berdiferensiasi untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Matematika Peserta Didik

Hasil belajar matematika peserta didik di SMK Negeri 5 Denpasar saat ini masih tergolong rendah, salah satu penyebabnya adalah kurangnya minat dan motivasi belajar peserta didik. Ada peserta didik yang memiliki gaya belajar visual (belajar melalui indera penglihatannya), gaya belajar auditori (belajar melalui indera pendengaran) dan gaya belajar kinestetik (belajar melalui pengalaman langsung). Ketiga jenis media tersebut disiapkan secara bersamaan untuk satu Kompetensi Dasar yaitu peluang suatu kejadian, sehingga peserta didik dapat memilih sendiri media pembelajaran yang cocok dengan gaya belajar masing-masing. Kualitas media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan diukur berdasarkan validitas, kepraktisan dan efektifitasnya dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar baik dalam ranah kognitif (pengetahuan), ranah afektif (aktivitas dan motivasi belajar) serta ranah psikomotorik (keterampilan). Memenuhi syarat validitas isi berarti media pembelajaran telah sesuai dengan prosedur pengembangan Plomp dan karakteristik pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Untuk validitas konstruk dinilai oleh dua orang pakar media pembelajaran dengan kategori sangat valid karena skor rata-rata berada pada rentang  Untuk tingkat kepraktisan penggunaan media pembelajaran berdasarkan angket respon peserta didik dan pendidik memiliki kategori praktis karena skor rata-rata berada pada rentang . Tingkat efektifitas media dalam ranah kognitif yaitu 67,25 dengan kategori sangat baik, ranah afektif dengan rata-rata skor aktivitas peserta didik 3,51 dengan kategori sangat aktif dan ranah psikomotorik ketuntasan klasikal peserta didik sebesar 90%.

Pengembangan Sikap Cinta Tanah Air untuk Anak Sekolah Dasar dalam Memajukan Kualitas Bangsa

Sikap cinta tanah air dapat dibuktikan dengan usaha dalam membela, menjaga, serta rela berkorban demi kepentingan bangsa dan negara. Perasaan cinta tanah air perlu dipupuk sejak dini dalam jiwa setiap masyarakat sebagai upaya menjadi warga negara yang baik dalam upaya mencapai tujuan negara. Tujuan penelitian ialah menumbuhkan sikap rasa cinta tanah air untuk memajukan kualitas bangsa indonesia terhadap generasi muda terutama anak sekolah dasar, dan juga menambahkan pengetahuan muatan Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan di buku tematik sekolah dasar. Metode penulisan jurnal ini menggunakan studi literatur melalui buku, buku ajar buku tematik dari Kemendikbud revisi 2013, jurnal, tesis, maupun sumber terpercaya lainnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah menggunakan buku ajar tematik sebagai acuan pembelajaran. Kesimpulannya sebagai pendidik dimasa depan kita harus menumbuhkan sikap cinta tanah air melalui pembelajaran yang ada di sekolah dasar melalui berbagai pendekatan dan metode ajar.

IMPLEMENTASI PENDIDIKAN HOLISTIK DI PONDOK PESANTREN AMANATUL UMMAH MOJOKERTO

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to describe and analize the implementation of holistic education in Amanatul Ummah Islamic Boarding School which is exploring in the terms of educational objectives, curriculum, learning methods, educators and evaluation. This study was uses qualitative approach research with the type of case study. That was describing and analyzing the implementation of holistic education in the Amanatul Islamic Boarding School. Implementation of holistic education in the Amanatul Ummah boarding school were carried out in a strict, responsible and disciplined manner while carrying out all things. The whole educational process from several elements includes: 1) Educational Objectives: the purpose of education in general is to form a whole human being with moral character while specifically covering. Becoming a cleric, a conglomerate, the nation's leader, and be a professional in every fields. 2) curriculum that implemented by using an integrative curriculum between the national curriculum and the standard of Al-Azhar Egypt’s curriculum. 3) Educators are demanded to be professional and has excellent personalities for being a role of models for santri. 4), the methods that applied was various, including traditional methods and contemporary methods. 5). Evaluation: the evaluation was carried out every week, monthly, semester, and yearly. All educational elements are evaluated to realize the Islamic Boarding School's vision and mission. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis implementasi pendidikan holistik pesantren Amanatul Ummah yang dieksplorasi dari segi tujuan pendidikan, kurikulum, metode pembelajaran, pendidik dan evaluasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus, yaitu mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis implementasi pendidikan holistik di Pesantren Amanatul Ummah Mojokerto. Hasil penelitian Implementasi pendidikan holistik di pesantren Amanatul Ummah Mojokerto dilaksanakan dengan ketat, bertanggung jawab dan disiplin dalam melaksanakan segala hal. Penerapan proses pendidikan secara utuh dari beberapa elemen meliputi: 1). Tujuan pendidikan secara umum adalah membentuk manusia utuh yang berakhlakul karimah sedangkan secara khusus meliputi. Menjadi ulama`, menjadi konglomerat, menjadikan pemimpin bangsa, menjadi profesional di bidangnya. 2) kurikulum yang diimplementasikan menggunakan kurikulum integratif antara kurikulum nasional dengan kurikulum muadalah berstandar Al-Azhar Mesir. 3) Pendidik dituntut untuk profesional dan memiliki kepribadian yang mantap agar menjadi teladan bagi santri. 4), metode yang diterapkan bervariasi meliputi metode tradisional dan metode kontemporer. 5). Evaluasi: pelaksanaan evaluasi dilakukan setiap mingguan, bulanan, per semester, dan tahunan. Semua elemen pendidikan dievaluasi untuk mewujudkan visi-misi pesantren.

IMPLEMENTASI PENDIDIKAN POLITIK PADA PARTAI POLITIK DI INDONESIA

Abstrak Artikel ini mengungkapkan tentang pendidikan politik pada partai politik di Indonesia. Penyelenggaraan pendidikan politik merupakan tuntutan yuridis yang diamanatkan dalam Undang-Undang Partai Politik Nomor 2 Tahun 2011. Partai politik sebagai sarana demokrasi pada pemilu berkewajiban untuk menjalankannya. Esensi pendidikan politik dimaksudkan untuk membentuk pemahaman, kesadaran, dan partisipasi masyarakat sebagai warga negara dalam kehidupan berpolitik. Berbagai bentuk pendidikan politik yang dijalankan partai politik, baik secara perorangan ataupun kelompok, secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Kampanye politik berupa partisipasi dalam konferensi pers, peluncuran paket-paket kebijakan politik, safari politik ke daerah-daerah, talk show di TV, perbincangan di radio, penyampaian informasi di media cetak, debat antar-kandidat, pemasangan spanduk/baliho/poster dan pidato-pidato politik dilihat sebagai media untuk kampanye. Efektivitas kampanye politik sebagai media pendidikan politik memberikan nuansa, wawasan, dan argumentasi bagi warga masyarakat atas pilihannya. Hak-hak warga negara akan tersalurkan dan menentukan pada jumlah suara yang didapatkan di saat hari pemilihan. Kata kunci: pendidikan politik, partai politik, demokrasi, rule of law.

Analisis Kebijakan Pendidikan Islam Pada Awal Era Reformasi (1998-2004)

Kondisi dan keberadaan pendidikan Islam di Indonesia hari ini tidak bisa dilepaskan dari sejarah panjang yang berkenaan dengan pengaruh konstelasi politik serta kebijakan-kebijakan yang lahir pada periode-periode sebelumnya. Era reformasi yang lahir pasca-tumbangnya orde baru memencikkan harapan baru akan kondisi yang demokratis di semua bidang, termasuk pendidikan. Artikel ini dimaksudkan untuk menganalisis kondisi sosial-politik pada masa awal reformasi serta pengaruhnya terhadap lahirnya kebijakan dan kondisi pendidikan Islam pada masa tersebut. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa gejolak yang terjadi pada awal era reformasi menyita perhatian pemerintah untuk melakukan stabilisasi di bidang politik dan keamanan. Penentuan arah baru atau reformasi pendidikan –termasuk pendidikan Islam–  baru tampak setelah kondisi politik dan keamanan stabil. Hasil yang paling menonjol dari upaya reformasi pendidikan tersebut tampak dalam Undang-Undang tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional yang terbit pada tahun 2003.
