The role of flourishing on career well-being and turnover intention of employees in entry-level positions

Background: Millennials and Generation Z tend to constitute most of the employees in organisations, especially in entry-level positions. Given the ongoing changes in the workforce, having a younger, more aspirational and tech-savvy workforce can create enormous difficulties for both the company and the employees. Objectives: To investigate the relationship between flourishing and career well-being of employees in entry-level positions in selected private organisations in Windhoek. To investigate the relationship between flourishing and turnover intention of employees in entry-level positions in selected private organisations in Windhoek. Methods: A quantitative, cross-sectional correlational research design was employed in this study. Through purposive sampling, 119 entry-level employees at selected private organisations in Windhoek, Namibia, participated. Results: Flourishing, which entails psychological, social and emotional well-being, positively and significantly correlates with career well-being of entry-level employees. Social well-being significantly impacts entry-level employees’ intentions to resign. Conclusion: When entry-level employees flourish, they thrive in their careers. As such, interventions focused on the emotional, social and psychological well-being of entry-level employees are crucial. Contribution: Organisations must enhance their human resources practices to ensure that entry-level employees’ well-being is safeguarded in the workplace.

Introduction. The relevance of the problem of the content of vocational guidance and career counseling for students of professional higher education is due to a number of deep socio-economic, educational, and psychological factors that determine the current conditions of personal development and integration into the labor market. Today's labor market is in a state of constant transformation: rapid technological change, digitalization, globalization, and the instability of the economic situation, especially in the context of war and post-war recovery, create new challenges for young people. In these conditions, students of vocational higher education often find themselves having to make difficult decisions about their professional paths without sufficient information, life experience, or support. The lack of targeted career guidance can lead to an erroneous choice of profession, loss of motivation to study, low level of involvement in professional activities, or even early termination of the educational process. The urgency of the problem is also reinforced by the shift in social emphasis toward the practicality of education and its relevance to the real needs of the economy. Educational institutions are increasingly obliged not only to provide knowledge, but also to provide students with the conditions for an informed choice of a professional trajectory that meets both personal capabilities and interests and labor market demand. Professional orientation and career counseling are becoming key tools for such support, forming a bridge between education and future employment. In the context of constant stress and social tension caused by the hostilities, the problems of self-identification and determining life goals are becoming particularly acute. Students need not only information about specialties, but also psychological support, the opportunity to understand themselves, their values, potential, and prospects. Thus, professional counseling should include components of emotional stabilization, self-confidence development, and motivation support, which is especially important in times of national uncertainty. In the context of Ukraine's post-war recovery, the problem of vocational guidance is gaining another important dimension: it is becoming a tool for forming a new generation of professionals who can effectively engage in the process of rebuilding the country. Students' awareness of their role in this process, understanding of the social significance of their chosen profession, and the formation of a sense of responsibility and belonging to the national cause - all this is largely laid down at the stage of professional orientation. The relevance of the problem of the content of vocational guidance and career counseling for students of professional higher education is determined by the need to form a conscious, adaptive, and responsible professional choice of young people in the context of deep social transformations and national recovery. Purpose. To determine and substantiate the content of professional orientation and career counseling for students of professional higher education for the post-war economic recovery of Ukraine. Methods. The following methods were used in the study: analysis and synthesis of literary sources on the research problem; analysis of the basic concepts of the study, synthesis, and forecasting. Results. The study found that professional orientation and career counseling are gaining new importance due to changes in the country's socio-economic environment. The main result was the understanding that modern approaches to shaping the content of orientation work should take into account not only the individual interests and inclinations of students, but also the needs of the economy recovering from armed conflict. The study has shown that the aspects of realizing the social significance of the chosen profession, understanding their potential in the context of the country's needs, as well as developing adaptability and flexibility in the face of instability are particularly relevant for applicants for professional higher education. It has been found that effective career counseling in the context of post-war reconstruction of Ukraine should combine psychological support with professional and practical guidance, help young people realize their own role in the process of restoring the country, and form long-term motivation to learn and self-realization. The analysis also found that the content of vocational guidance should be closely linked to the real conditions of the labor market, in particular the demand for specific specialties important for rebuilding infrastructure, healthcare, education, construction, technology, and energy. At the same time, special attention should be paid to the development of students' personal qualities: responsibility, initiative, sociability, and teamwork. In the post-war reality, the effectiveness of vocational guidance largely depends on intersectoral cooperation - cooperation between educational institutions, employers, local governments, and NGOs. Such cooperation allows for the creation of relevant content for orientation that meets both educational and economic challenges. The findings became the basis for writing recommendations for improving approaches to vocational guidance and career counseling, taking into account the needs of the post-war society and the prospects for the development of young people as an active force for national recovery. Originality. The social significance of the study lies in its focus on: helping students to build and implement a realistic educational and professional trajectory that meets the capabilities and interests of the individual; harmonizing career plans of the individual and the needs of society for qualified personnel in the context of martial law and post-war economic recovery of Ukraine. Career guidance and career counseling have a comprehensive impact and contribute to improving the quality of the professional potential of society, as they affect: reducing unemployment, increasing social stability, preventing social problems caused by the wrong choice of further educational and professional trajectory by vocational education students. Conclusion. The article reveals the essence of the concept of “the content of professional orientation and career counseling for students of professional higher education in the context of post-war economic reconstruction in Ukraine” and characterizes its components. The essence of the discrepancies between their educational trajectories and future employment is detailed, which leads to dissatisfaction, underemployment, or the need for expensive retraining. The preventive role of professional orientation in reducing the dropout rate of students by strengthening their commitment and motivation is highlighted. The psychological and emotional aspects of career development are defined. The post-war period in Ukraine is characterized, which is marked by the emergence of new industries, changing forms of work, and increasing dependence on digital tools and global partnerships.

The problem of the study is caused by the need to improve career guidance in the system of vocational and professional higher education in Ukraine. The transformation of the labor market, the shortage of personnel and the growing mobility of labor resources actualize the need to create an effective system of career guidance. Its effectiveness should be assessed by clear socio-economic and pedagogical indicators that contribute to the quality training of young people and the rational use of labor potential. Vocational guidance is gaining strategic importance as a tool of state personnel policy that maintains a balance in the labor market and strengthens the competitiveness of the economy. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to analyze the socio-economic and pedagogical effectiveness of the system of vocational guidance and career counseling for students of vocational (vocational-technical) and professional higher education as components of the State personnel policy, with an emphasis on the development of criteria and indicators of the formation of professional self-determination of students, as well as on assessing their impact on improving the quality of vocational training and adaptation of young people to the requirements of the labor market. Methods. Analysis of scientific literature, regulations and strategic documents, statistical data, results of surveys of students of vocational (vocational-technical) and professional higher education, teachers and employers, as well as an assessment of the effectiveness of career guidance activities to generalize approaches and draw conclusions about their socio-economic and pedagogical effectiveness. Results. The key criteria and indicators of socio-economic and pedagogical effectiveness of the system of vocational guidance and career counseling for students of vocational (vocational-technical) and professional higher education are identified and substantiated, and it is proved that the effective implementation of these mechanisms within the framework of the state personnel policy contributes to the formation of competitive human resources, improvement of the quality of professional training and adaptation of young people to the labor market. Originality. The scientific novelty of the study is to clarify approaches to assessing the socio-economic and pedagogical effectiveness of the system of vocational guidance and career counseling for students of vocational and professional higher education. For the first time, a set of criteria and indicators of the effectiveness of career guidance activities is substantiated, taking into account the transformation of the labor market and the priorities of the state personnel policy. The effectiveness of career guidance activities is analyzed based on the results of a survey of students, teachers and employers, and the directions for improving career guidance in educational institutions are outlined. Conclusion. The article outlines the key resources and approaches to improving the career guidance system in view of the current socio-economic challenges in Ukraine. The effectiveness of such changes depends on the systematic, practical orientation and compliance of career guidance with the real needs of students and the peculiarities of regional development

Implementation of a Unified Model of Professional Orientation of Students in the Focus of Problems of the Pedagogical Council

The scenario of the pedagogical council «Vocational guidance of students: state, problems and ways of development» is presented. Special attention is paid to the implementation of a Unified model of vocational guidance for students in grades 6-11 of general education organizations of the Russian Federation implementing educational programs of basic general and secondary general education.

Technical Vocational Education and Training in Uganda: Career guidance and practices

Background: Effective career guidance is critical in Technical Vocational Education and Training in Uganda (TVET). The current career guidance practice is weighed down by lack of; funds, trained personnel, and policy. Since many studies explore career practices in secondary schools, examining the specific approaches in TVET as an entity is new. Objective: This study investigated the established career guidance practices for TVET in Uganda and it also aimed to determine the definition and goal of career guidance in TVET, including the related activities, impacts, and challenges. Method: A qualitative study using open-ended questions and interviews was employed. The questions were hosted on Google Forms. The questionnaire link was shared on the participant’s WhatsApp group by a contact person. Seventeen participants responded plus interviewees (3). The data was transcribed and synthesized in Microsoft Word with a three-column table to identify emerging patterns and themes. Results: The findings reveal that career guidance is very vital in TVET as much as it is in secondary schools, and it needs funding, trained personnel, policy, and planning. In addition, a model for institutions to follow in implementation of career guidance is relevant to streamline the service to all students. As well as a categorical service that caters for each student’s ability, talent, interests, and growth. Conclusion: The non-uniformity in career guidance implementation can be solved by creating a model that can be followed by all institutions. Looking into the major setbacks such as poor funding, few trained personnel, and no policy framework is paramount. Contribution: The current situation, engagements and potential of career guidance in Technical Vocational Education and Training in Uganda was explored in this article.

The Development of Loose-Leaf Teaching Materials Based on the Concept of Outcome-Based Teaching Model and Its Effectiveness

At present, loose-leaf teaching materials are attracting more and more attention in higher vocational institutions and have become a hot topic now. However, since the development of loose-leaf teaching materials is still in its beginning and exploratory stage, the examples of loose-leaf teaching materials for specialized courses are very hard to find. In fact, there is little research and application of how teaching objectives, content structure, teaching methods and teaching effectiveness reflect the original intention of loose-leaf teaching materials, especially there is little empirical evidence and reporting on teaching effectiveness. In this paper, we adopt the concept of outcome-based teaching model and take “Check-in” in Professional English for Hotel Staff course as an example to demonstrate the development and design of loose-leaf teaching materials and their features of career guidance, brevity and clarity, simplicity and practicality, real time and flexibility. By comparing the fourth semester exam results of 125 students majoring in hotel management from the class of 2013 to the class of 2016, who used traditional hotel English textbook,with the fourth semester exam results of 112 students from the class of 2017 to the class of 2020, who used loose-leaf teaching materials of hotel English in a higher vocational college, the advantages of the “4Es” embodied in loose-leaf teaching materials, namely, easy to teach, easy to learn, easy to understand and easy to use, and their effectiveness are revealed. According to the current study and preliminary teaching results, the development of the loose-leaf textbook based on the concept of outcome-based teaching model has been effective.

پیش‌بینی خودکارآمدی کارآفرینی از طریق تحمل ابهام با واسطه‌گری چابکی سازمانی

مطالعه حاضر با هدف پیش‌بینی خودکارآمدی کارآفرینی از طریق تحمل ابهام و چابکی سازمانی در دانشگاه فرهنگیان استان فارس انجام‌ شده است. این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش جزء پژوهش‌های توصیفی_ همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه کارکنان دانشگاه فرهنگیان استان فارس بود (270N= ) که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای و با استفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان، تعداد 155 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. در پژوهش حاضر برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه استاندارد تعدیل‌یافته استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها در دو بخش آمار توصیفی (شامل آزمون‌های میانگین، مد و میانه) و آمار استنباطی (شامل مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری) با استفاده از نرم‌افزارهای SPSS16 و Amos24 انجام پذیرفت. یافته‌ها نشان دادند که فرضیه‌های پژوهش مورد تائید قرار گرفتند و مدل پژوهش نیز از برازش مناسبی برخوردار بود. در یک جمع‌بندی بر اساس نتایج اگر سازمان‌های آموزشی چابک از جمله دانشگاه فرهنگیان به دنبال توسعه رفتارهای کارآفرینانه در بین کارکنان خود می‌باشند ابتدا باید باورهای کارآفرینانه کارکنان خود را ارتقا دهند که این مهم نیازمند ایجاد جو و محیطی با سطح پیچیدگی بالا در سطح سازمان آموزشی است لذا این سازمان‌ها باید شرایطی را فراهم نمایند که میزان پذیرش عدم قطعیت و ریسک‌پذیری را در بین کارکنان خود ارتقاء دهند. این پژوهش پیشنهادهای کاربردی را برای توسعه رفتارهای کارآفرینانه در سازمان‌های آموزشی چابک به همراه دارد تا از این طریق بتوانند میزان سازگاری خود را با تغییرات محیطی با سرعت بیشتری ارتقا دهند.

توسعه کارآفرینی از طریق بهبود بهره‌وری نیروی کار (مطالعه نظام‌های مختلف تولید چغندرقند استان گلستان)

امروزه با توجه به کمیابی منابع و عوامل تولید، ارتقای بهره‌وری به‌عنوان بهترین و ﻣﺆﺛﺮﺗﺮﻳﻦ روش جهت دستیابی به رشد بخش کشاورزی، بسیار مهم و ضروری است. در بین عوامل تولید نیز کمیت و کیفیت نیروی‌کار در مراحل مختلف تولید اهمیت به‌سزایی دارد. لذا، اندازه‌گیری بهره‌وری ‌نیروی‌کار و بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر آن، موجب بهبود وضعیت کلی سیستم تولید می‌شود. بر این اساس در این مطالعه به تعیین بهره‌وری نیروی‌کار در تولید محصول چغندرقند استان گلستان، همچنین بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر آن از طریق فرم‌های تابعی مختلف پرداخته شد. اطلاعات موردنیاز از طریق تکمیل تعداد 166 پرسشنامه به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای در سال زراعی 1400-1399 جمع‌آوری گردید. نتایج نشان داد میانگین بهره‌وری جزئی نیروی‌کار در تولید چغندرقند استان گلستان در نظام‌های مختلف خرده مالک، متوسط و عمده مالک به ترتیب معادل 6/3، 1/4 و 7/4 کیلوگرم به ازای هر نفر روزکار می‌باشد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد متغیرهای سطح زیرکشت، هزینه کل ماشین‌آلات و هزینه کل نیروی‌کار تأثیر مثبت و معنی‌داری بر بهره‌وری نیروی‌کار و متغیر تحصیلات با اثر منفی، رابطه معنی‌داری با بهره‌وری نیروی‌کار ندارد. افزایش هزینه نیروی-کار زمانی منجر به افزایش بهره‌وری می‌گردد که ناشی از افزایش دستمزد در ازای افزایش کیفیت نیروی‌کار نظیر استفاده از نیروی-کار با مهارت بالا، خلاق و کارآفرین باشد. بنابراین پیشنهاد می‌گردد شرایط مناسب جهت به‌کارگیری نیروی‌کار با مهارت بالا، خلاق و کارآفرین در فرایند تولید بخش کشاورزی فراهم گردد تا ضمن توسعه کارآفرینی،‌ افزایش بهره‌وری نیروی‌کار را نیز به همراه داشته باشد.

Development and improvement of the mechanism of professional orientation activities in the conditions of modern society

In modern society, career guidance activities are becoming more and more relevant, as rapid changes in the labor market require people to constantly adapt and develop professional skills. The development and improvement of the toolkit of the career guidance mechanism becomes a strategic task aimed at ensuring effective training and orientation of young people in modern conditions. The article is devoted to the analysis of modern trends in the development of vocational guidance tools and the determination of ways of its improvement. During the study of the toolkit of the career guidance mechanism, a bibliometric analysis was performed using such software tools as VOSviewer, Web of Science, Scopus Tools Analysis and Google Trends. A bibliographic analysis of the problems of development and improvement of the toolkit of the mechanism of career guidance activity, carried out with the help of the Scopus® database, made it possible to determine the high level of relevance of the selected research direction. In this study, the clustering of scientific papers on career guidance activities was carried out using the VOSviewer software. Seven research clusters have been identified that reflect modern tools in career guidance activities. Each cluster focuses on specific aspects, such as professional orientation of students, use of mentoring, consideration of the human factor, motivation of career decisions, analysis of career choices, development of modern skills, interests and psychological features. Clusters have important interrelationships and reflect a wide range of approaches to career guidance activities. The results of the study emphasize the importance of further development and improvement of tools and strategies for professional guidance of students and pupils. The article proposes the main elements of career guidance activities, which form a complex mechanism aimed at supporting students in choosing the most suitable career path. Within the framework of the mechanism, the most popular and relevant (based on the Google Trends database) career guidance tools are singled out.

بازبینی رویه‌های استخدامی و آموزشی با توجه به رابطه بین هویت سازمانی و وضوح خود-پنداره کارکنان (مورد مطالعه: مجتمع مس سرچشمه رفسنجان)

هدف: گزینش، استخدام و آموزش صحیح کارکنان همواره بعنوان یک دغدغه سازمانی مطرح بوده است. در قدم اول، جهت دست‌یابی به یک رویه کارآمد در این خصوص، لازم است تا عوامل تاثیرگذار بر رفتار کارکنان شناسایی شوند روش: بدین منظور، این پژوهش، که از حیث هدف کاربردی و از حیث روش توصیفی-همبستگی است، طراحی گردید. کارکنان رسمی مجتمع مس سرچشمه، که در زمان انجام پژوهش (1399) بالغ بر 5190 نفر بودند، بعنوان جامعه آماری، و 428 نفر از آنها، که با روش تصادفی طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند، بعنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. به ترتیب از پرسشنامه‌های وضوح خود-پنداره کمبل و همکاران (1996) و پرسشنامه هویت سازمانی چنی (1983) جهت جمع‌آوری داده‌های وضوح خود-پنداره و هویت سازمانی استفاده شد. با استفاده از تکنیک مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری و آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه، داده‌های جمع‌آوری شده مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته‌ها: بر اساس تحلیل داده‌ها، با افزایش وضوح خود-پنداره کارکنان، هویت سازمانی آنها نیز افزایش می‌یابد. همچنین، به نظر می‌رسد هویت سازمانی و وضوح خود-پنداره یک رابطه متقابل با یکدیگر دارند. نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس نتایج بدست آمده ضروری است تا؛ سیاست‌های جذب نیروی انسانی به گونه‌ای تنظیم شوند تا در شرایط مساوی، افرادی جذب سازمان شوند که از وضوح خود-پنداره بالاتری برخوردار باشند. و، جهت بهبود هویت سازمانی افرادی که در حال حاضر در استخدام شرکت هستند، اجرای برنامه‌ آموزشی، که بر اساس نتایج این تحقیق و در جهت بهبود وضوح خود-پنداره کارکنان تدوین شده است، در دستور کار شرکت قرار گیرد.

تبیین مدل اکوسیستم کارآفرینی در بستر نظام آموزش عالی کشاورزی در ایران

نظر به تجربه اندک بخش کشاورزی کشور برای توسعه اکوسیستم این بخش می توان از آموزه ها و تجربه‌های بخش های پیشگام کارآفرینی به‎ منظور توسعه مدل مناسب اکوسیستم کارآفرینی در بستر نظام آموزش عالی کشاورزی کشور بهره برد. این تحقیق با هدف تبیین مدل اکوسیستم کارآفرینی در بستر نظام آموزش عالی کشاورزی در ایران انجام شد که از منظر گردآوری داده ها از نوع میدانی، از منظر کنترل متغیرها از نوع غیرآزمایشی، از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ روش جزء تحقیقات آمیخته اکتشافی ‎متوالی (کیفی-کمی) بود. در بخش کیفی با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند دیدگاه 15 نفر از خبرگان حوزه‎ کسب ‎و‎کارهای نوپا تحلیل گردید. در بخش کمی جامعه آماری 1800 نفر از فعالان استارت آپی کشور بودند. با استفاده از فرمول کوکران نمونه‌ای به حجم 286 نفر به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شد. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزارهای SPSS22 و AMOS24 و آماره فراوانی در بخش توصیفی و تحلیل عامل تاییدی در بخش استنباطی استفاده شد. مطابق یافته ‎های بخش کیفی مؤلفه‎ سرمایه‎‎ ‎انسانی بیشترین کدها را به‎ خود اختصاص داد و مؤلفه‎ های سیاستگذاری، فرهنگی‎ اجتماعی، حمایتی‎ پشتیبانی، توسعه‎ بازار و ‎ ‎مالی ‎اقتصادی به‎ ترتیب در رتبه های بعدی قرار گرفتند. مطابق یافته‎ های بخش کمی مؤلفه‎ های حمایتی‎ پشتیبانی، سرمایه ‎‎انسانی، سیاستگذاری، توسعه ‎بازار، فرهنگی‎ اجتماعی و مالی ‎اقتصادی به‎ترتیب در رشد اکوسیستم کارآفرینی در بستر نظام آموزش عالی کشاورزی ایران اهمیت داشتند.

امروزه جنبه‌های اقتصادی ورزشی در جهان بسیار گسترش یافته است و علاقة سرمایه‌گذاران زیادی را راه‌اندزای کسب‌وکار در این بخش برانگیخته است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر نیز ارائه الگوی توانمندسازی دانشجویان در کارآفرینی در کسب و کارهای ورزشی است. این پژوهش کیفی با روش نظریه بنیانی انجام شد. جامعه آماری در بخش کیفی شامل خبرگان حوزه مدیریت ورزشی، مدیریت آموزشی و اساتید کارآفرینی آگاه به موضوع پژوهش بود. با بهره‌گیری از روش نمونه‌گیری گلوله‌برفی و تکنیک اشباع نظری 12 مصاحبه انجام شد. در مرحله کمی، 150 گویه در قالب شش مولفه اصلی توسط 384 نفر از کارآفرینان، اساتید، دانشجویان و همچنین مدیران کسب و کارهای ورزشی کشور موردِ ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. اطلاعات مستخرج از مصاحبه‌ها به شیوه کدگذاری چندمرحله‌ای تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها در چارچوب الگوی پارادایمی تدوین شد. شرایط علی شامل عوامل فردی (شامل انگیزشی، دانش و اگاهی و مهارت‌های روان‌شناختی)، سیستم آموزشی، عوامل سازمانی، عوامل مالی و نقش دولت، شرایط زمینه‌ای شامل موارد مرتبط با قوانین، امکانات، منابع انسانی، سازمان‌های متولی، برنامه‌های آموزشی و ارتباطات، شرایط مداخله‌گر شامل دو گروه تسهیل‌کننده (دانشجویان، علمی/تکنولوژی، امکانات و زیرساخت‌ها و نمونه‌های موفق) و مخرب (حمایتی، عملکرد آموزشی، مالی، مدیریتی و قانونی)، راهبردها شامل راهبردهای آموزشی، مدیریتی، قانونی/حقوقی و پیامدها نیز شامل شغلی، توسعه صنعت ورزش، کیفیت آموزش، مالی و انگیزشی بودند. در بخش کمی نیز مشخص گردید که همه مؤلفه‌ی اصلی پژوهش از برازش مناسبی برخوردار هستند.

Learning to Be Employable Through Volunteering: A Qualitative Study on the Development of Employability Capital of Young People

Over the last decades, consistent research showed that voluntary work could be considered as a tool for professional development and concrete employment: volunteering could be either experienced as a desire to improve career opportunities or to acquire new skills. The study aimed to investigate voluntary work as a context of informal and non-formal workplace learning and vocational guidance, useful to develop skills and abilities, namely the capital of personal and social resources, that could promote future employability. Participants were 38 young volunteers who experienced the Universal Civil Service, a national Italian program addressed to young people aged up to 28 years, giving them both the opportunity to engage in social activities useful for the community and have the first contact with a working context. In line with the objectives of the study, participants were invited to describe their volunteering experience in a diary, highlighting if and to what extent this context contributed to enhancing their employability capital, namely the asset of skills, knowledge, and networks acquired, that they could transfer to a future professional domain. The narrative data collected were examined through diatextual analysis, a specific address of discourse analysis designed to catch the relationship between enunciators, text, and context of the talk. This qualitative analysis allowed us to investigate the meanings young people attributed to these activities. In light of these results, the paper contributed to investigate volunteers’ perceptions about the conditions that could best foster this specific kind of workplace informal and non-formal learning and at proposing a qualitative perspective on the analysis of the employability capital they developed.

Psychological attachment in the new normal working context: Influence of career navigation and career well-being attributes

Background: The new normal working context, characterised by fast changes, rapid upskilling, adoption of technology, and remote working, requires employees to remain psychologically attached to their organisations. More insight is needed regarding how career navigation (as an attribute of career agility) and career well-being attributes explain the psychological attachment of employees in order to invest in their career development amidst the chaos and demands driven by the new normal working context. Objective: The study explored career navigation and career well-being attributes (i.e. positive career effect, career networking/social support, and career meaningfulness) as potential explanatory mechanisms of individuals’ psychological attachment. Method: The study used a cross-sectional research design, which involved a convenience sample (n = 177) of national and international employees (mean age = 34 years; standard deviation [SD] = 10.14), represented by 39% managerial employees, 38% staff, and 23% professional consultants. Most of the participants (72%) were employed by South African organisations. Results: Multiple regression analysis revealed that career navigation explains higher levels of psychological attachment (including affective, normative, and continuous attachment). Positive career effects significantly predicted continuous attachment, whereas social support/career networking positively predicted overall psychological attachment and affective and normative attachment. Career meaningfulness was found to explain higher levels of overall and affective psychological attachment. Conclusion: The findings contribute new insights into the construct of career navigation and career well-being attributes and extend research on the antecedents of psychological attachment in the new normal working space, characterised by remote working and technology.

کاربرد فرآیند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی در رتبه‌بندی مؤلفه‌های کارآفرینی درون سازمانی مبتنی بر نوآوری باز در آموزش عالی (AHP)

هدف از این مطالعه فرآیند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی در رتبه‌بندی مؤلفه‌های کارآفرینی درون سازمانی مبتنی بر نوآوری باز در دانشگاه پیام نور بود. پژوهش حاضر از نوع کاربردی- توسعه‌ای بوده و از نظر روش گردآوری داده‌ها آمیخته (کیفی-کمی)، اکتشافی-تاییدی است. نخست با 22 نفراز خبرگان بر اساس تخصصشان در زمینه موضوع پژوهش مصاحبه اکتشافی صورت گرفت. در مرحله بعد مصاحبه نیمه ساختارمند با خبرگان، بر اساس روش گلوله برفی1 صورت گرفت. در این پژوهش و بر اساس اشباع نظری 135مصاحبه به انجام رسیده است. برای یافتن تم‌ها، ابتدا داده‌های کیفی حاصل از مرور مبانی نظری و مصاحبه‌ها کدگذاری ودسته‌بندی شدند. درابتدا 4‌ تم اصلی (ابعاد) و 32 تم فرعی (شاخه‌ها) نوآوری باز شناسایی شدند و در نهایت با استفاده از پرسشنامه غربالگری وبهره‌گیری مجدد از نظر خبرگان، همچنین با استفاده از روش فرآیند سلسله مراتبی و انجام مقایسات زوجی به کمک نرم افزار‌Expert Choice11، تعداد2 تم اصلی ابعاد و24 تم فرعی (شاخه‌ها) نوآوری باز در دانشگاه، انتخاب و اولویت-بندی گردید. براساس نتایج حاصل از رتبه‌بندی ابعاد ومولفه‌های کارآفرینی درون سازمانی مبتنی برنوآوری باز، با استفاده از روش فرآیند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی‌(AHP)، مشخص گردید که بعد سازمانی نسبت به بعد انسانی از اولویت بیشتری برخوردار است. اولویت بندی مولفه‌ها به تفکیک ابعاد در مورد مولفه‌های بعد سازمانی به ترتیب مولفه‌های فرآیند (287/0)، مولفه‌های ساختار سازمانی (226/0)، مولفه‌های محتوایی (113/0) بود. مولفه‌های بعد انسانی به ترتیب شامل عوامل انگیزشی (152/0)، رهبری (103/0)، وفرهنگ (072/0) بودند.

Analysis of the vocational orientation in the educational units of Ecuador

Vocational Guidance, in secondary education, takes on a relevant value because it is the moment in which students must take good decision-making to choose their professional career, it is for this reason that the vocational and professional guidance processes need to be taken into account within the educational units with the dedication that these deserve. The objective of this research is to analyze the Vocational Guidance in the Educational Units of Ecuador, so the research is documentary where different theories of various authors were used to give the respective analysis. From this perspective, the development of this documentary article is justified by the need to substantiate the importance of vocational guidance in the educational units, where many of the cited authors converge on the idea of prioritizing said professional intervention, so that students discover definitively their abilities, capacities and work potentialities that are decisive in the choice of a profession.

Study of Foreign Experience of Learners’ Vocational Self-Determination As an Innovative Potential of Advanced Professional Training

The study of Russian as well as foreign experience concerning the effective practices for performing learners’ vocational training and self-determination allows the educators to extrapolate the most adequate ideas, principles, technologies, approaches to the development and implementation of career guidance and vocational training programs intended for specialists. The acquired knowledge can be further used for analysis, comprehension and application of the best practices in the system of advanced vocational training. The article considers the features of the dual secondary vocational training system of Germany and focuses on the career guidance experience in schools and colleges in the UK. It also presents approaches that are not widespread and less known in Russia than in other countries to apply them to the dual higher education system. Some elements of effective foreign practices of vocational training, self-determination and career guidance can be used in advanced vocational training centers as well as in institutions involved in general secondary, secondary vocational and additional education.

بررسی تاثیر گرایش به کارآفرینی و بازاریابی کارآفرینانه بر عملکرد کسب وکار:تبیین نقش میانجی مشارکت کارکنان

امروزه کسب‌وکارها برای ماندن در صحنه رقابت و برای حفظ مزیت رقابتی در بین رقباء باید درک عمیقی از عملکرد خود داشته باشند. لذا هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تاثیر گرایش به کارآفرینی و بازاریابی کارآفرینانه بر عملکرد کسب‌وکار با تبیین نقش میانجی مشارکت کارکنان است. این پژوهش به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی است که به صورت توصیفی- پیمایشی اجرا شده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق، کلیه کارکنان بانک ملت استان گلستان به تعداد 462 نفر بودند که حجم نمونه مطابق جدول کرجسی و مورگان 212 نفر تعیین و برای نمونه‌گیری از روش تصادفی ساده استفاده شد. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه‌ای 55 سوالی که برگرفته از تحقیقات پیشین درباره گرایش به کارآفرینی (آنتونیک و هیسریچ، 2003)، بازاریابی کارآفرینانه (بچرر و همکاران، 2012)، عملکرد کسب و کار (هووانگ و همکاران، 2015)، مشارکت کارکنان (ماروان و همکاران، 2018) استفاده شد. تحلیل داده‌ها با روش معادلات ساختاری با نرم‌افزار اسمارت پی‌ال‌اس انجام شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد گرایش به کارآفرینی و بازاریابی کارآفرینانه بر مشارکت کارکنان تاثیر مثبت و معنی‌داری دارند. مشارکت کارکنان بر عملکرد کسب‌وکار تاثیر مثبت و معنی‌داری دارد. همچنین یافته‌ها، نقش میانجی مشارکت کارکنان در رابطه بین گرایش به کارآفرینی و بازاریابی کارآفرینانه بر عملکرد کسب‌وکار را تایید کرد.
