This study aims to identify the best predictive model for analysing online product reviews (OPRs) in the electronics industry, with a secondary focus on leveraging unstructured customer feedback to support product improvement. Using a dataset of 9,675 Oppo mobile phone reviews, this study employs three classification models—Random Forest, Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Logistic Regression–paired with Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) or bidirectional encoder representation transformer (BERT) as the embedding models to analyse customer sentiment and derive actionable insights. The methodology features a comprehensive analysis pipeline that includes text preprocessing with the Natural Language Toolkit (NLTK), feature extraction using) vectorization and BERT embeddings, and sentiment prediction through various classifiers. The results indicated that BERT was the most effective, achieving the highest accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. This superior performance stems from the Random’s ability to handle high-dimensional, sparse data and effectively utilize the weighted word importance provided by TF-IDF, which makes it particularly well suited for sentiment classification tasks involving structured text representations. This study contributes to this field by providing an effective framework for analysing online reviews. This can help businesses understand customer needs for refining product offerings and laying the groundwork for future applications across different product categories.

In this work, we examine the methodology for numerically computing the dispersion diagram of three-dimensional periodic structures using commercial electromagnetic simulators. Examples of periodic structures based on body-centered cubic, face-centered cubic, and monoclinic lattices are used to illustrate this methodology. We first outline the characteristics of these structures in both physical and reciprocal spaces from a theoretical point of view. On this basis, we provide a comprehensive explanation of how to adjust the setting in simulation software commonly used in microwave engineering to generate the dispersion diagrams of these structures. The appropriate simulation conditions are tabulated to serve as a further guide for other researchers. This study also explores the influence of the elements of the unit cell on the dispersion characteristics. Additionally, we evaluate and contrast the dispersion properties of identical periodic elements when having simple cubic, body-centered cubic, and face-centered cubic arrangements. We found that symmetries, such as those seen in body-centered cubic and face-centered cubic arrangements, can improve the isotropy and maintain low-dispersion characteristics over a wider frequency range. The monoclinic structure is also taken as an example to demonstrate that the reported analysis method can be applied to the dispersion analysis of other more complex noncubic lattices. Our findings offer useful information for the examination and engineering of three-dimensional periodic structures, which can be used to design microwave and antenna devices.

Low concentrations of phosphorus limit grain legumes’ yield in the northern part of Ghana. Smallholder farmers could benefit from P-fertilizer blends to improve yield. This study evaluated the responses of soybean, cowpea and groundnut to P-fertilizer blends and their profitability in researcher-managed and farmer-managed trials in Northern, Upper West, and Upper East regions. The experiment was set up in a cross-factorial arranged in randomized complete block design with four replications. The treatments were two types of P-fertilizer blends (triple superphosphate and new yaraLegume applied at 30 kg P ha−1), a control and three varieties each of soybean (TGX 1835-10E, TGX 1789-8E and TGX 1834-5E), cowpea (Padituya, Wang-Kae and Kirkhouse), and groundnut (Samnut 23, Samnut 22 and Yenyawwaso). P-fertilizer blends increased grain yield of grain legumes in researcher-managed trials. In the researcher-managed trials, P-fertilizer blends doubled the nodulation of soybean varieties but did not influence the nodulation of cowpea and groundnut. P-fertilizer blends increased P-agronomic efficiency over control; however, the different P-fertilizer blends had similar P-use efficiencies. In farmer-managed trials, only the yield of groundnuts varied with the different P-fertilizer blends in the Upper West region, suggesting that P utilization may be location-specific for groundnuts. P-fertilizer blends increased the grain yield of soybean and cowpea varieties in the Northern and Upper West regions but not the Upper East region. The interaction between soybean and cowpea varieties and P-fertilizer blends was not significant. P-fertilizer blends recorded a higher value cost ratios (VCRs) that can offset uncertainties in price fluctuations. The high VCRs indicated that P-fertilizer blends were profitable and could be used to improve the livelihoods of smallholder grain legume farmers. The study demonstrated that grain legumes responded to P-fertilizer blends and are profitable. However, the non-responsive nature of the Upper East soils needs to be investigated to make P-fertilizer blends profitable in the region.
Background The impacts and mechanisms of morning hypertension (MHT) on the risk of new-onset atrial fibrillation (AF) in the elderly have not been clarified. We aimed to investigate an association between MHT and new-onset AF and explore a mediating effect of subclinical inflammation on this association. Methods From 2008 to 2010, 1789 older adults aged ≥60 years were recruited in Shandong area, China. Morning blood pressure (BP) was assessed using 24-hour ambulatory BP monitoring. MHT was defined as BP ≥ 135/85 mm Hg during the period from wake time to 0900 a.m. Subclinical inflammation was assessed by hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hsCRP), tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α), systemic immune-inflammation index (SII), neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR), platelet-to-lymphocyte ratio (PLR), and galectin-3. New-onset AF was rated during the follow-up period. Results Over an average 129.0 [standard deviation (SD): 21.58] months of follow-up, the hazard ratio of new-onset AF in MHT patients was 1.39 (95% confidence interval: 1.01 to 1.91) compared with non-MHT participants (Padjusted = 0.027). The risk of new-onset AF was 1.17-fold with one-SD increment of morning systolic BP. Subclinical inflammation was significantly associated with new-onset AF. The hazard ratios of new-onset AF were 2.29, 2.04, 2.08, 2.08, 2.03, and 3.25 for one-SD increment in hsCRP, TNF-α, SII, NLR, PLR, and galectin-3, respectively (Padjusted < 0.001). The analysis showed that hsCRP, TNF-α, SII, NLR, PLR, and galectin-3 separately mediated the process of MHT inducing new-onset AF (Padjusted < 0.05). Conclusions MHT is associated with an increased risk of new-onset AF. The subclinical inflammation might play a mediating role in this association.

Motivation is a response to an action, motivation will be stimulated by the goals to be achieved. Motivation to learn is the need to develop self-ability optimally, in order to be able to do better, excel and be creative. Many approaches can be used to increase learning motivation, one of which is the reality approach. The reality approach aims to help individuals become rational and mentally strong. This study aims to explain how the application of counseling with a realistic approach to increase student motivation. This research is a literature review research where this research examines several previous studies. The method used in writing this article is systematic literature review, namely a literature search from national and international article sources was carried out using Publish Or Perish (Google Scholar, crosser and sematic sholar) and VOSviewer as bibliometric analysis. Literature reviewers used the PRISMA method. The articles reviewed in this study are the latest 1789 articles from 2015 to 2022, and the results are divided into 10 articles. The results of this study are that the application of reality counseling is very effective in increasing student learning motivation and it can be recommended that the reality counseling approach can increase student learning motivation.
Although currently on a declining trend, large scale piracy off the coast of Somalia cannot be safely dismissed as a thing of the past: since the mid-2000s, piracy in the Western Indian Ocean has put in peril the international and regional security. Maritime threats are interdependent, asymmetric, persistent, shifting and generated by manifold and mutually-reinforcing root causes, hence their high probability of recurrence or relocation in the absence of a generally improved and self-sustaining security environment. Confronted with these complex challenges, numerous state and non-state actors have taken steps to prevent, mitigate or suppress piracy off the Somali coast. Within the security governance framework, the present paper outlines the major actors activating in the counter-piracy field in the region and their specific responses, focusing on the comprehensive measures undertaken by the EU in this realm.

This study aimed to evaluate the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of Arnica montana 12CH comparatively to ketoprofen in dogs undergoing ovariohysterectomy. Sixteen female dogs were randomly distributed in two groups of eight animals and received 1mg kg-1 of ketoprofen (TC) and 5 globules of Arnica montana 12CH (TA) by oral route. After 60 minutes, the dogs were sedated with acepromazine (0.05mg kg-1, IV), followed by anesthetic induction with propofol (5mg kg-1 IV) and maintained with isoflurane. Heart rate, respiratory rate, systolic blood pressure, arterial blood gases, serum cortisol concentration and degree of analgesia and inflammation were measured. Additional morphine (0.5mg kg-1IM) was given when the analgesia was insufficient. Statistical analyses were performed by ANOVA and Tukey tests (P<0.05). Cardiopulmonary stability was observed in both treatments during the surgery. The degree of analgesia and inflammation did not differ between groups. Rescue analgesia was administered to two dogs from each group. It was concluded that Arnica montana 12CH provides similar analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects when compared with ketoprofen, suggesting that this treatment is a safe and effective option to dogs undergoing ovariohysterectomy.
