The development of non-noble metal catalysts for gas-phase propylene epoxidation with H2/O2 remains challenging due to their inadequate activity and stability. Herein, we report a Cs+-modified Ni/TS-1 catalyst (9%Ni-Cs/TS-1), which exhibits unprecedented catalytic performance, giving a state-of-the-art PO formation rate of 382.9 gPO·kgcat−1·h−1 with 87.8% selectivity at 200 °C. The catalyst stability was sustainable for 150 h, far surpassing reported Ni-based catalysts. Ni/TS-1 exhibited low catalytic activity. However, the Cs modification significantly enhanced the performance of Ni/TS-1. Furthermore, the intrinsic reason for the enhanced performance was elucidated by multiple techniques such as XPS, N2 physisorption, TEM, 29Si NMR, NH3-TPD-MS, UV–vis, and so on. The findings indicated that the incorporation of Cs+ markedly boosted the reduction of Ni, enhanced Ni0 formation, strengthened Ni-Ti interactions, reduced acid sites to inhibit PO isomerization, improved the dispersion of Ni nanoparticles, reduced particle size, and improved the hydrophobicity of Ni/TS-1 to facilitate propylene adsorption/PO desorption. The 9%Ni-Cs/TS-1 catalyst demonstrated exceptional performance characterized by a low cost, high activity, and long-term stability, offering a viable alternative to Au-based systems.

The issue of gender equality is still a challenge in various fields of life, including in politics and elections. Women often face limited roles and opportunities due to patriarchal social and cultural constructions that place them in the domestic sphere. Although regulations such as Law Number 7 of 2017 and KPU Regulation Number 8 of 2022 have regulated a minimum of 30% women's representation in the organization of elections, its implementation in the field is still far from ideal. This study highlights the low representation of women in the structure of the District Election Committee (PPK) in Denpasar City in the 2024 elections. The findings show that of the four sub- districts in Denpasar City, only three have one female member, while one sub-district has no female representation at all. This lack of representation is influenced by various factors, such as the dominance of male hegemony in politics, the double burden of Balinese women, and cultural and structural constraints that limit women's participation. This research will be a qualitative research to examine the natural conditions of the object, in this case the researcher acts as one of the instruments. This research will be descriptive, because the results are a description of the phenomena recorded in the form of written and spoken words from the people and behavior observed. With a gender theory approach, especially nurture and equilibrium theory, this research emphasizes the importance of transforming people's perspectives and increasing awareness of women's political rights. Women's involvement in elections is not only a form of quota fulfillment, but also a strategic step to create an inclusive, fair, and gender-equal democracy. AbstractExploring cathode materials with excellent electrochemical performance is crucial for developing rechargeable aqueous zinc ion batteries (RAZIBs). Zinc hexacyanoferrate (ZnHCF), a promising candidate of cathode materials for RAZIBs, suffers from severe electrochemical instability issues. This work reports using low contents of alkaline metal cations as electrolyte additives to improve the cycle performance of ZnHCF. The cations with large sizes, particularly Cs+, changes the intercalation chemistry of ZnHCF in RAZIBs. During cycling, Cs+ cations co‐inserted into ZnHCF stabilize the host structure. Meanwhile, a stable phase of CsZn[Fe(CN)6] forms on the ZnHCF cathode, suppressing the loss of active materials through dissolution. ZnHCF gradually converts to an electrochemically inert Zn‐rich phase during long‐term cycling in aqueous electrolyte, leading to irreversible capacity loss. Introducing Cs+ in the electrolyte inhibits this conversion reaction, resulting in the extended lifespan. Owing to these advantages, the capacity retention rate of ZnHCF/Zn full batteries increases from the original 7.0 % to a high value of 54.6 % in the electrolyte containing 0.03 M of Cs2SO4 after 300 cycles at 0.25 A ⋅ g−1. This research provides an in‐depth understanding of the electrochemical behavior of ZnHCF in aqueous zinc electrolyte, beneficial for further optimizing ZnHCF and other metal hexacyanoferrates.

Cultural reserve is something that must be preserved as it holds important values, including history, science, education, religion, and culture. The house of Nyoman Rai Srimben, where a woman gave birth to Ir. Soekarno, Indonesia's first president, represents these core values. In 2022, the Bali Provincial Cultural Service recommended that Nyoman Rai Srimben’s house be designated as a provincial cultural reserve site. Reflecting on the background, this research paper aims to achieve three main objectives. First, it will analyse the factors that motivated the Bali Provincial Cultural Service to designate the house as a cultural reserve site. Second, it will examine the underlying ideology behind this designation. Third, it will explore the implications of the designation. This research is qualitative study, using data collection methods such as observation, interviews, and document analysis. The theories used in this paper are the theory of power/knowledge relations and the theory of hegemony. A deductive approach is employed in the data analysis. The findings reveal that the Bali Provincial Cultural Service’s decision to designate the house as a cultural reserve site is based on two key factors: (1) an internal factor, originating from the community that owns the property who possess the historical knowledge; and (2) an external factor, related to the enforcement of Law No. 11 of 2010 concerning reserve. The final result focuses on the implications of the designation, which has led to shifts in the cultural, economic, and social aspects related to the house of Nyoman Rai Srimben. These shifts include changes in the protection, development, and utilization of the site. Keywords: ideology, designation, the house of Nyoman Rai Srimben, cultural reserve.

Every civil servant has the same opportunity to get a position to improve their career, including employees in the North Sulawesi Provincial Government Office. The structural position is a very strategic position for anyone who can reach the position. However, it is not uncommon to find gender inequality in a community group that can affect every employee in reaching the position. As for this study, it can be understood that there are several factors that cause an imbalance in occupying echelon positions. The existing factors are divided into internal factors that come from within the employee, and external factors that come from outside the employee and influence them to develop themselves, especially for female employees. All of these factors are expected to create gender equality in the Regional Government of North Sulawesi.

National Health Surveillance Agency (ANVISA) established in the decree number 54 maximum allowed levels for Ni and Pb in mineral and natural waters at 20 µg L-1 and 10 µg L-1, respectively. For screening analysis purposes, the high-resolution continuum source flame atomic absorption spectrometry technique (HR-CS FAAS) was evaluated for the fast-sequential determination of nickel and lead in mineral waters. Two atomic lines for Ni (232.003 nm - main and 341.477 nm - secondary) and Pb (217.0005 nm - main and 283.306 nm - secondary) at different wavelength integrated absorbance (number of pixels) were evaluated. Sensitivity enhanced with the increase of the number of pixels and with the summation of the atomic lines absorbances. The main figures of merit associated to the HR-CS FAAS technique were compared with that obtained by line-source flame atomic absorption spectrometry (LS FAAS). Water samples were pre-concentrated about 5-fold by evaporation before analysis. Recoveries of Pb significantly varied with increased wavelength integrated absorbance. Better recoveries (92-93%) were observed for higher number of pixels at the main line or summating the atomic lines (90-92%). This influence was irrelevant for Ni, and recoveries in the 92-104% range were obtained in all situations.

We present triplet and singlet scattering lengths for X–Cs133 collisions (X=Li6,7, Na23, K39,40,41, and Rb85,87). We consider the short-range potential-energy curves based on high-quality ab initio calculations and the long-range potential described by accurate dispersion coefficients available in the literature. Using a Fermi function to smoothly connect the short- and long-range terms we construct the potential for all R and evaluate the scattering length for each mixed species X–Cs. In particular, we predict that the cross section for inelastic processes between Na23 and Cs133 and between K40 and Cs133 will be small as compared with the respective elastic cross sections.
