As an important auxiliary unit of Modern large-scale thermal Power Unit, the performance of high-pressure feedwater heater will directly affect the performance of the whole unit. This paper introduces the calculation method of the exergy efficiency of the high-pressure feedwater heater, and compares the exergy efficiency with the thermal efficiency of the high-pressure feedwater heater system of a 1000MW unit. The results show that the exergy efficiency can clearly reflect the change of the performance of the heater when the terminal difference changes, and give a new work method of the energy saving and emission reduction.

The detection institution in this paper has higher requirements on precision and belongs to precision instrument. In order to improve the detection accuracy, the paper analyzes the deformation of the detection institution from many aspects, including the environmental temperature, the heat generated by the operation of the mechanism, and the structural stiffness. After determining the factors affecting the deformation of the institution, finite element analysis and experimental data analysis are carried out by software. According to the results of the analysis, the optimization scheme is designed, and the structure is optimized continuously to improve the accuracy of the detection mechanism.
