Sandi Prayudho, Ahmad Nasrulloh, Alexander Skaliy

Background and purpose Purpose: to identify and evaluate critically the evidence pertaining to pickleball injury risk factors. Material and methods The Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) framework was followed for conducting the systematic review. Google Scholar, PubMed, and Scopus article searches The Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) flow technique is used during the data collection phase of the literature review. The following factors are taken into consideration while looking for research journals: (1) variables that match the needs of the writing; (2) consistent data collection techniques; (3) measurable and reliable research findings; and (4) clearly and precisely stated data analysis. Researchers used the Google Scholar, PubMed, and Scopus databases to search for literature on the subject of risk factors for pickleball injuries. Google Scholar, PubMed, and Scopus were chosen because of their ease of access and eligibility to get complete and in-depth articles. In addition, researchers are looking for open-access articles so that they can access them for free. Keywords used include pickleball, injury, risk, and factor. In the initial search, 417 articles were found, consisting of 406 articles from Google Scholar, 9 articles from Scopus, and 2 articles from PubMed. After going through the selection process, 392 articles were automatically deleted, and 25 potentially relevant articles were obtained to go through the next selection process. Of the 25 articles, 5 that did not meet the inclusion criteria were removed, and 20 articles were found. Of the 20 articles reviewed through research titles and abstracts, 10 were deleted, and the remaining 10 were worth analyzing. Of the 10 articles analyzed by researchers, six were found to be reviewed. The deletion of 4 articles was due to 2 articles not being able to explain risk factors for injury to pickleball, 1 article being a systematic literature review, and 1 article not explaining injury to pickleball. Result Age, gender, technique, equipment, a lack of warm-up and stretching, past injuries, overuse, and court surface were found in six articles to be risk factors for pickleball injuries. Conclusion Excessive use and a lack of stretching and warming up are two things that require attention out of all the risk factors for injury that have occurred in the past. The greatest risk factor for injuries to recur years later is prior injuries. To reduce the likelihood of more injuries, the best therapy must be given. A pickleball player must be aware of the volume, intensity, and rest intervals of their activities as these can be risk factors for injury. Prior to participating in sports, especially pickleball, it's important to take into account the lack of a warm-up and stretching routine. Despite the lack of particular study on this topic, it is crucial to lower the risk of harm.

Encep Sudirjo, Anggi Setia Lengkana, Dinar Dinangsit et al.

Background and purpose Background. Developing children's cognitive since childhood is very important for parents so that children can develop optimally. There are many benefits if children have good cognitive abilities or skills, such as reasoning and solving problems they face better. Cognitive abilities are very important for children because they are a provision in living everyday life and working as adults. Purpose. Therefore, this study aimed to look into how brain jogging affected elementary school school students' cognitive capacities. Material and method An experimental methodology with a pretest-posttest-one-group design was employed in this investigation. The research instrument used was the Intelligenz Structure Test (IST) which was used as a memory test; the Digit Symbol Substitution Test (DSST) was used to test attention; and the Grid Concentration Test (GCT) was used to test concentration. The sample in this study were elementary school students with an average age of 10-11 years who joined six elementary schools in Sumedang Regency, Indonesia, totaling 75 people, consisting of 40 boys and 35 girls. Non-probability sampling with the purposive sampling method, or purposive sampling only, was used. That is, the location of the sample is close to the research location. Results Based on the calculation of the hypothesis test using the Paired Sample t-test, the difference in the average pre-test and post-test data from the child's cognitive ability through the IST test obtained a P-value of 0.000. Then the DSST test obtained a P-value of 0.000, and the GCT test obtained a P-value of 0.000. Thus, there is a difference between the average pre-test and post-test scores indicated by a P-value less than 0.05. Conclusions The results of this study prove that the brain jogging program significantly affects the cognitive abilities of elementary school children. The significant effect is because the brain jogging program focuses on several coordination activities that lead to mental processes related to abilities in the form of general recognition, which is mental and is marked by the representation of an object in a person's mental picture, whether in the form of symbols, responses, ideas or ideas, and values or considerations.

Separate issues of determining the characteristics and types of public property as an object of administrative and legal relations

V.M. Pyshchida

In the article, based on the analysis of normative legal acts and scientific works, the analysis of the features of public property as a legal category and object of administrative-legal relations was carried out, the types of public property were distinguished and the author's approaches were proposed regarding the classification features of its division into types. It has been established that the separation of public property according to its intended purpose into: 1) public property, which should include: a) railway, automobile, water, air routes, is of significant importance for the definition of public property as an object of administrative and legal relations with the exception of those that are in private ownership in accordance with the norms of current legislation, for example, Article 25 of the Law of Ukraine «On Motorways»; b) boulevards, streets, alleys, roads, squares, squares, embankments, parks, entrances, driveways , parks whose legal status is defined in Art. 83 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and classified them as lands owned by territorial communities and not subject to transfer into private ownership; c) houses and premises of public purpose, the list of which is defined in the State Building Regulations of Ukraine, which are grouped into the following groups: houses, buildings and premises of preschool educational institutions, houses, buildings and premises of educational institutions, health care and recreation facilities, physical education and health and sports facilities, cultural and performing arts facilities, establishments of trade, food and household service enterprises, institutions of social protection of the population, scientific and research institutions, transport premises intended for direct service of the population, institutions of communal economy (except production, storage and transport buildings and structures); 2) property that ensures the functioning of public administration bodies: furniture, office equipment, motor vehicles, means of communication, special equipment, firearms and ammunition, information databases, archival documents, etc.; 3) public funds: funds of world and European institutions, involved in the use in Ukraine for the needs of the development of the public sphere, funds of the State budget, funds of local budgets, revenues, costs and expenditures of the budget, funds from the provision of additional administrative services provided by entities authoritative powers.

This article is devoted to the problem of applying in practice the norms of recreational load in specially protected natural areas (SPNA). Results of efforts related to the determination of the permissible recreational load on the ecosystems of the Lake Dus-Khol natural monument in the Republic of Tyva are summarized. A brief critical analysis is made of the methodological basis for determining recreational loads in national SPNA, and the methods used to calculate the load norms for the study area are shown. The load norms introduced are analyzed for the functional areas of SPNA, boarding houses and the undeveloped coast, and the landscapes. It is concluded that currently the coast is considerably congested by visitors, the modern level of development of recreation is not consistent with the lake’s potential, the low level of recreation and “wild” forms are due to the material inadequacy of infrastructure as well as due to an extremely low level of service, and the lack of planned management. On the basis of the scenario method, the possible trends in the development of the natural monument and the entire resort area are established. The directions of interaction of factors and images of the most possible states of the lake’s coast are described. According to the results of a structural analysis of the three most likely scenarios (the inertial development of the lake’s coast (preservation of the trends that have developed to date), the installation of an elementary infrastructure on the coast (observance of sanitary and epidemiological standards), innovative development (creation of a special economic zone of tourist-recreational type of republican significance)), the key stages of making managerial decisions are identified. They will ensure systematic monitoring of compliance with the rules in practice. Each stage: regulatory and legal lawmaking, scientific and research support for management decisions, examination of project documentation, monitoring of design decisions, is represented by elementary standard functions of state institutions in the field of science, nature conservation, management, and control. The synthesis of functions forms a system of state control. It eliminates the need to monitor the stay and behavior of an individual vacationer. An algorithm for standardizing and monitoring recreational load in SPNA is proposed. It is useful as a discussion idea for researchers in the field of nature conservation, conservation studies, administrations of SPNA, and specialists of environmental agencies.

FUNCTIONAL FEATURES AND TYPOLOGY OF SUBURBAN TERRITORIAL COMMUNITIES OF TERNOPOL

P. Tsaryk, L. Tsaryk, Oksana Olyvko

Peculiarities of the timing of suburban (in relation to the city of Ternopil) territorial communities are considered. Such parameters as the area of suburban territorial communities were analyzed; peculiarities of the number, density and location of the population of communities; financial condition and capacity of communities, according to their incomes, expenses, transfers, location of industry, features of transport infrastructure. Attention is drawn to the main environmental problems of suburban communities, possible ways to overcome them, the availability and peculiarities of the use of recreational resources and the spread of recreational infrastructure are motivated. The functional structure and spatial arrangement of the territories of the nature reserve fund were analyzed. The problems of the development of territorial communities at the present stage are becoming particularly urgent. Important aspects of development are ensuring coherence of economic, social and environmental vectors, taking into account the potential of local resources, as well as additional favorable factors, such as investments, logistics and infrastructure. Within territorial communities, an inventory of the resource base is carried out, investment passports are created, development strategies are developed, existing problems are analyzed and ways to solve them are substantiated. Solving these complex tasks requires a high level of professional training of management personnel and effective monitoring of development processes. The authors have published a series of articles devoted to the analysis of the potential of natural resources, problems of environmental development management, unbalanced land use and other aspects. The choice of suburban territorial communities of the city of Ternopil is due to their belonging to the former Ternopil district (according to the old administrative and territorial system) and their location around the regional center. What determines the specificity of the structure of agriculture, the location of the population, industry, transport infrastructure, environmental conditions, etc. The adoption of the state regional development strategy for 2021-2027 is the main legal document aimed at strategic planning of effective development, including territorial communities. The main methodological approaches are the strategy of sustainable development, the concept of balanced ecological-social-economic development and the principles of the system approach. The suburban territorial communities of Ternopil include: Biletska, Baikovetska, Velikobirkivska, Velikogaivska, Velikoberezovytska and Pidhorodnyanska territorial communities. Recreational resources in the studied communities are represented mainly by forest areas and a pond network, which is often equipped with the necessary infrastructure. Historical and architectural resources are represented by a network of ancient churches, cultivated springs, etc. Separately, we can recall the arched railway bridge in the village. Butsniv at the end of the 19th century. A much better developed tourist infrastructure is represented by recreation centers, numerous hotels, and catering establishments. The general ecological state of the main components of the natural environment shows an increase in the degree of environmental pollution. Areas of excessive pollution are observed around industrial centers, large industrial facilities, landfills, radiation-contaminated territories, where various types of pollution are deposited and along hydraulic networks, highways and railways, which affects the natural living conditions of the population. The conducted research showed that suburban territorial communities have an unsatisfactory land use structure. The population of the communities is prone to pendulum migrations, due to better employment opportunities and a greater number of various services in the regional center. Within the studied communities, it is necessary to optimize the structure of land use, increase the area under natural lands, carry out measures to replant and afforest unproductive and eroded agricultural lands. Plant forests to create a full-fledged integrated green zone of the city of Ternopil, which will perform important recreational and ecological stabilization functions. The conducted analysis demonstrates a significant inhibition of the ecological vector of sustainable development. We see a perspective in the development of geoecological projects, environmental measures in schools, organizations and institutions, communities. It is necessary to create new and expand existing nature reserves. In general, optimization measures aimed at improving the ecological condition of the territory and the quality of life of the population should be carried out. The results of the study can be useful to the administrations of suburban territorial communities for the implementation of optimization measures of various levels and directions. Key words: territorial community, financial capacity, infrastructure, ecological condition, nature reserve fund.

Paata Aroshidze E-mail: aroshidze.paata@bsu.edu.ge Associate Professor, Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University Batumi, Georgia https://orcid.org/0000-0001-5723-8261 Abstract. The main challenge of the Covid-19 pandemic crisis was the perfection of remote work, which lasted not a few days, but several months and even a year in some organizations. In this research, the main focus is not on legal entities under public law and the impact that remote work has brought, but on private structures as legal entities independently performing management functions. During the pandemic, the functioning of organizations underwent significant changes. Some organizations have remained on the market with limited functions, some have changed their profile, and some have completely disappeared from the business arena. Despite the fact that on May 5, 2023, the World Health Organization declared the end of the global health emergency related to the Covid-19 pandemic, obviously, the changes caused by the pandemic in the new understanding of paradigms of "management functions" have not yet been analyzed. The paper examines the impact of forced remote work on "management functions". Organizations of various directions, which were forced to switch to remote work during the pandemic, were included in the research. The in-depth interview method was adopted as the research methodology. The majority of organizations have more or less preserved their organizational structure and managerial hierarchy, although it was not uncommon to optimize stuff. The goal of structural optimization was mainly to reduce costs, not to improve the communication process and to better perform the duties assigned to a small number of employees. According to Geostat (National Statistical Service of Georgia), the number of employees during the pandemic period (2020-2022) decreased the most in the industry sector (141.3 thousand - 137.2 thousand), in the field of accommodation and food supply (36 thousand - 33.4 thousand), arts, entertainment and recreation field. These are the areas that suffered the most from the so-called "Lockdown" process. The first period of remote work for the Horeca sector turned out to be relatively easy because, due to seasonality, the number of employees was already reduced to a minimum. As a result of analyzing the data, it was determined that in the conditions of remote work, the function of leadership and control decreased the most. Also, the motivation of remotely working employees decreased, which resulted from the reduction of the control function. It turned out to be quite difficult to maintain the leadership function and implement it perfectly. The number of employees involved in the planning and decision-making process has also decreased. As can be seen from the table, remote work had less impact on the planning function since most of the research organizations make their planning only involving upper management levels, and lower management levels are less involved in this process. In many cases, employees in non-managerial positions do not know the overall plan of their company and do not understand the mission and vision. Such an approach contributed to the fact that the work performed outside the place of employment has affected lees on the management function of planning.

H10 An Oscar for Lassar

Huda Al-Kutubi, Maryam Salimi, P. Patel et al.

Oscar Lassar (1849–1907) was born in Hamburg to a wealthy merchant family and received a top-class education. After enrolling in the school of medicine at Heidelberg, he volunteered for military service at the outbreak of the Franco–Prussian war in 1870. He served on the front line, was promoted to officer in reserves and decorated with the Iron Cross for his bravery. He returned to complete his medical training and would eventually open a dermatology hospital in Berlin, which unified patient care, research and teaching. In only a few years this hospital would become world renowned. Catering for both inpatient and outpatient care, he was able to offer a wide range of treatments, including complex topical therapy, electrotherapy and surgical procedures. His pasta salicylica (Lassar’s paste) remains to this day a great topical treatment for atopic dermatitis. Lassar recognized the importance of an experienced nursing team to support these activities. Furthermore, he understood the importance of a well-equipped dermatology department and was quick to acquire innovative technology to expand therapeutic options, including X-ray equipment for the treatment of tumours and a Finsen carbon arc lamp for treating lupus vulgaris, thus augmenting his reputation as a Wunderarzt. Lassar made great contributions towards solidifying dermatology as a highly regarded speciality through the establishment of journals and speciality societies. He involved himself in public health measures by campaigning for the establishment of public baths, which would allow even the poorest in society to enjoy clean water facilities at a low cost, thereby reducing the spread of infectious diseases. As a man, he was described as a larger-than-life character with a personal style that meant newspapers gladly reported on his activities, making him an excellent public relations master. Lassar’s recreation was chiefly riding and driving. He was an excellent linguist, an admirable host and fond of children, for whom he wrote Geschichten und Gedichten fiir kleine Kinder (Stories and Poems for Little Children). He died in an automobile accident and his burial on Christmas Eve was marked nationally by the German newspapers, and internationally by his patients and colleagues. In Lassar, we have a great historical example of effective visionary leadership that enabled the expansion of dermatological practice and the promotion of patient care at the time.

Comparative Efficacy of Interventions for Aggressive and Agitated Behaviors in Dementia

Jennifer A Watt, Zahra Goodarzi, A. Veroniki et al.

Dementia, which affects 50 million people worldwide, is characterized by progressive and deleterious effects on cognition and function (1, 2). As many as 75% of persons with dementia experience neuropsychiatric (behavioral and psychological) symptoms, including aggression, agitation, and anxiety (3, 4). Compared with those who do not have neuropsychiatric symptoms, these persons are institutionalized earlier and have poorer ability to complete activities of daily living (ADLs), greater cognitive decline, lower quality of life, and increased risk for death (57). In addition, their caregivers report worse quality of life than caregivers of patients without behavioral and psychiatric symptoms (8). Both pharmacologic (for example, antipsychotics and antidepressants) and nonpharmacologic (for example, exercise and massage therapy) interventions are used to treat neuropsychiatric symptoms in dementia (912). Pharmacologic interventions have been associated with potential harms in this patient population, including falls, fractures, and death (13). However, rates of drug prescribing remain high despite guidelines supporting use of nonpharmacologic interventions first and initiatives aimed at deprescribing (1417). Our understanding of the comparative efficacy of pharmacologic and nonpharmacologic interventions for treating neuropsychiatric symptoms in dementia has been limited by a lack of head-to-head randomized controlled trials (RCTs). This incomplete understanding, coupled with the potential adverse outcomes associated with certain pharmacologic interventions, leads to uncertainty in decision making and variation in practice. Therefore, our objectives were to determine the comparative efficacy of pharmacologic and nonpharmacologic interventions and the best interventions for treating aggression and agitation in persons with dementia. Methods We registered (PROSPERO: CRD42017050130) and published our protocol and followed established guidance for reporting systematic reviews incorporating network meta-analysis (NMA) (18, 19). The methods and protocol deviations are presented in Supplement Files 1, 2a, and 2b. Supplement. Supplementary Material Data Sources and Searches We searched MEDLINE, EMBASE, the Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials, CINAHL, and PsycINFO for citations published in any language from inception until 28 May 2019. We also searched gray literature, reviewed reference lists of included studies and related systematic reviews, and searched MEDLINE from inception until 4 July 2019 for NMAs related to dementia care. Study Selection We included RCTs of pharmacologic or nonpharmacologic interventions used to treat aggression and agitation in persons with dementia. Pharmacologic interventions were limited to those with final approval from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or Health Canada as of our literature search date. Eligible comparators were usual care or another pharmacologic or nonpharmacologic intervention. Twelve dementia care partners (nurses, allied health professionals, physicians, and a caregiver) selected our study outcomes (18) by independently ranking a group of commonly reported neuropsychiatric symptoms (for example, aggression, agitation, and sleep disturbances) in descending order of importance. The care partners selected change in aggression as our main outcome and change in agitation as our secondary outcome. These are commonly classified further to identify the following specific aggressive or agitated behaviors: physical aggression, verbal aggression, combined physical and verbal aggression, physical agitation, verbal agitation, and combined aggression and agitation (incorporating physical aggression, verbal aggression, physical agitation, and verbal agitation as a single outcome) (20, 21). We included studies reporting these outcomes using any outcome measure (such as the Neuropsychiatric Inventory or the Cohen-Mansfield Agitation Inventory) (4, 21). We reviewed the components of each outcome measure in relation to the 4 factors described in the Cohen-Mansfield Agitation Inventory (physical aggression, verbal aggression, physical agitation, and verbal agitation) to determine the behaviors reported in each outcome measure (20). For example, if a scale reported both physically and verbally aggressive behaviors, we classified it as reporting combined physical and verbal aggression (Supplement Table 1) (21). After pilot testing, pairs of reviewers (J.A.W., Z.G., V.N., P.A.K., M.G., and Y.T.) independently screened all citations and full-text articles to assess eligibility for inclusion. Discrepancies regarding study inclusion were resolved by deliberation within the reviewer pairs or with input from a third reviewer. Data Abstraction and Quality Assessment Pairs of reviewers (J.A.W., Z.G., V.N., P.A.K., M.G., and Y.T.) abstracted data from each included full-text article and appraised each study using the Cochrane Risk of Bias Tool (22). For studies that reported 2 or more measures for the same outcome, we established a hierarchy for determining the data to be abstracted (Supplement File 2b). We contacted study authors as appropriate for additional information about study design and reported outcome measures. Discrepancies regarding data abstraction and quality assessment were resolved by deliberation within the reviewer pairs or with input from a third reviewer. Data Synthesis and Analysis Two clinicians (J.A.W. and Z.G.) categorized and then coded the interventions (Supplement Table 2), with input from our dementia care partners; disagreements were resolved by a third clinician (S.E.S.). We assessed network connectivity by preparing network diagrams in Stata, version 15.1 (StataCorp) (23), and we assessed network transitivity by visually inspecting tables containing the number of patients per treatment comparison; the number of studies per treatment comparison; and the following study characteristics: study duration, patient age, proportion of women (50% or 0) in our primary analyses. Using the network command in Stata, we assessed for publication bias with comparison-adjusted funnel plots (23). Treatments were ordered by expected efficacy (for example, recreation therapy would be expected to be more efficacious than usual care). To facilitate clinical interpretation of our findings, we back-transformed SMDs to mean differences (MDs) measured by the Cohen-Mansfield Agitation Inventory and then compared these values with a minimum clinically important difference derived as per a distribution-based approach (30, 31). Role of the Funding Source The Alberta Health Services Critical Care Strategic Clinical Network funded this study but had no role in its conception, design, conduct, analysis, or reporting; review of the manuscript; or the decision to submit the manuscript for publication. Results We screened 19684 article titles and abstracts and 3369 full-text articles (Figure 1). We included 189 articles (25736 persons with dementia) in our systematic review and 163 articles (23143 persons with dementia) in our analysis (reference citations are provided in the Supplement). In 1 instance, different outcome measures of interest for the same study population were published in 2 separate articles (32, 33). Of the 33 authors we contacted for additional information, 14 (42%) responded, and 4 (29%) of these provided further data to include in the NMAs. Figure 1. Study flow diagram. Anthropometric parameters of elite male runners sprint: are body height and body weight predictors of results

Ratko Pavlovic, Ilona Mihajlović, Nikola Radulović et al.

Purpose. Athletic sprint runs are cyclical movements of maximum intensity. Speed, reaction time, agility and explosiveness are of special importance in sprinters. The main goal of the research is to determine the influence of Body height (BH) and Body weight (BW) with the best achieved results of  in sprint disciplines (60m,100m,200m). Material and methods. In study included 40 competitors, top male sprinters (BH=180,45±6,88cm; BW=78,83±7,69kg). Their achieved best results in sprint disciplines were analyzed (60m, 100m, 200m). Pearson correlation coefficient was used to determine the relationship between body height and body weight and the results of sprint disciplines. Also a univariate model of regression analysis was applied and the relevant coefficients were calculated. The level of acceptance of statistical significance was set to p<0.05. Results. The simple regression analysis did not show a statistically significant influence of body height and body weight on the result of sprint running. Low correlations (BH vs. 100m = -0.306), (BW vs. 100m = -0.226) and (BH vs. 200m = -0.221) and insignificant correlations with an inverse relationship between results and anthropometric measures are mainly evident. Conclusion. Body height and body weight did not have a statistically significant effect on the results of the 60m sprint, while their influence is evident in the 100m, and especially in the 200m (but without statistical significance). This influence on the result of running 100 and 200m is a consequence of the exceptional motor-functional abilities of the sprinter to show greater force in the last phase of the rebound. Otherwise in the sprint, the rear rebound phase is much more important than the front rebound phase. A long step with the body weight (muscle) of the sprinter produces a higher rebound force, which with a big frequency of steps and good tecnique guarantees a good result.

The importance of developing the sports sector in society. Ketapang Regency is based on the level of public awareness of the importance of exercise which is increasing day by day, in line with the recommendations of health experts. This final project aims to design sports facilities that are not only functional but also multifunctional. The Ketapang Regency Sports Building design method is carried out in several stages, namely ideas, theory reviews, data collection, analysis, synthesis, pre-design, and design. The design analysis resulted in several functions of the sports building into three functions, namely primary functions (sports and competitions), secondary functions (administration and recreation), and tertiary functions (maintenance/service). The analysis of the area pattern is taken from the elements of the formation of the sports building area in general by adjusting the location of the site. The characteristics of the sports building follow the shape of the sports building by using a wide span structure with a spaceframe roof system.
