Leveraging Partnership in the Cuban National Health System to Protect People from the Health Harms of Climate Change
Guillermo Mesa Ridel, Teddie Potter, Barbara Astle
et al.
In Cuba and elsewhere, climate change is harming human health in myriad ways. This article reviews the climate change-related health risks faced by people in tropical small-island developing nations throughout the Caribbean. It provides an overview of Cuba’s partnership- and solidarity-oriented National Health System (Sistema Nacional de Salud de Cuba, or SNS), which, despite severe financial and material limitations, maintains a strong focus on universal coverage, primary care, and disease prevention. This highly effective and efficient system can be further leveraged to prevent harms to people’s health from climate change. As an example, we focus on chronic kidney disease and describe current efforts and future potential for leveraging the partnership-based Cuban model to address this climate change-related health threat. We conclude by examining how the Cuban model could be harnessed in other nations to effectively mitigate and adapt to the human health impacts of climate change.

Management and Organization Research on Both Sides of the Atlantic: The Case of New Institutional Theory
Serkan Dirlik
This study compares the neo-institutional studies published by researchers in North American institutions in leading management and organization journals based in North America with those published by researchers in European institutions in leading management and organization journals based in Europe. The comparison is based on methodological preferences employed in studies that reveal differences in researchers' approaches to organizational analysis in the two geographic regions and tendencies to reference prominent European thinkers, referred to as "European-ness." The findings confirm significant differences in methodological approaches and referencing of prominent thinkers in the neo-institutional studies conducted by academics in both geographic regions. The findings indicate that dominant research traditions in those geographies shape theories adopted in different geographies.

ATTITUDE, KNOWLEDGE, AND PRACTICES TO BOOST FOR SUSTAINABLE HEALTHCARE
K. Madhusudhana
The traditional Knowledge prototypes are available in every loop and corner of life, They are innumerable, in numbers, they blend in the culture and tradition as well as you can see them daily in our societies we will call them as occult science, For instance, Ayurveda, Yoga , Unani , Siddha like many systems of medicine originated in our holy land only; but we labelled them as “alternative medicine,” and “complementary”. While Western medicine is having predominantly based on lab intermediation to cure the disease rather than to prevent it. The disparity, between Complementary and Alternative system, is considered the body as a whole. While western is analytical one a nonholistic. There I no boundary for Knowledge only thing we require w come out from jail like the classroom and have to study under our environment. INTRODUCTION Burden from diseases influences on GDP of every country, as it affects the working hours of human resource worldwide. Till now there is no Health care system sustain in the world against proper management of maladies, the paradigm shift from communicable to non-communicable diseases requires more asset, As Sustainable health systems require investment in different six building blocks, out of 17 The Sustainable Development Goal main ones are rightly mentioned by “lona” they are workforce, medicines and financing. As Louis Pilard in his own words says that “Healthcare establishment’s presently gaining significance in the areas like energy efficiency, reduced waste and lean systems, has been slower in the health sector than some other industries. Sustainable Healthcare sets a goal for Health care of excellence health, cost compatible one and finally have a low influence on the universal system which endure us. As per Alma-Ata declaration on primary health care level governance is recognized as an important but challenging element of health system development in low and middle-income countries 1. Futility is a unique concept for the pharmaceutical industry. There is evidence available regarding the even during the time of Hippocrates. But sad to mention, the problem lies in healthcare professionals fails to estimate the dimensions of it 2. The curse of corruption is felt in every Luke and corner. This is a new epidemic is spreading like yellow fire. Corruption contributes immensely to the inhibition of economic performance; it negatively affects investment and economic growth, which is detrimental to national development 3. If corruption discourages speculation, investment, it will reflects on limits of the economic growth and alters the composition of government spending, vice versa. It automatically, inevitably, hinders future economic or financial development and justifiable growth. We must know how specific scandals have impacted anti-corruption initiatives in the countries and how to overcome it 5.Once corruption becomes deep-rooted and customary in a culture it infiltrates into the value-based system. It destroys organizational legitimacy because it hinders the effective delivery of public services. For instance, Safe and potent therapeutics to battle cancer. We all know that each chromosome is supposed to contain around 100,000 genes, this gene atmosphere disparity seems to be at the root of various degenerative illnesses. 6 According to grate cardiologist Prof BM Hegde, former vice-chancellor of MAHE says that Cancer is not a disease. It is an ageing process of cell .some age slowly, left age faster, and leads apoptosis due to environmental and our lifestyle change mutates to its DNA and leads cancer. Where Environs and genes together work in the manifestation of the disease. The same above mentioned cancer model applied in the healthcare delivery activities and plans are must be planned according to the quality health of global standards. The most critical factor for the success of this model is its internal strength, aptitude to remain relevant and contemporary and its capacity to get ahead and proactively manage change. Farm out has captured the attention of many motivated and service-minded people especially younger generation with the intention growing, Outsourcing encouraged to bring out best and restore health care delivery. But the efficacy and effectiveness depend on the combination of cost-effective models as well as innovative ideas. Of course, it is our moral responsibility to make sure if there are bad outsourcing agencies, and close them down by removing. Outsourcing prevents spent on infrastructure development, absorption of skilled health care professions, Legal issues like medical negligence, consumer protection etc. completely fresh approach that involves genuine investment in health care infrastructure and improving public health with environmental indicators for various modes of health care delivery may be an eye-opener. All these factors encourage individuals to cycle for short distances, where they sense harmless and safe and not apprehensive, will be a boon. DISCUSSION In the research, it is observed that Health care creates a large amount of healthcare waste or biomedical waste, which is multifaceted administration because of its diversity create well-being and call them safety hazards 7. The most significant barrier is reporting accuracy, the waste of time to examine, comprehend, and understand research outcome 8. Attitude, Knowledge, and practices, the prime one is disaster management. In case of disaster management, there are various types of hazards are exciting like occupational, radiation and chemical threat. The new entry in this new emerging entry in bio waste management threat. Technological hazards also may arise directly as a result of the impacts of a natural hazard event. Lack of quantitative data on specific failures to reproduce published research. Improper reporting of study design and results. Develop the gaps and to deliver better care. Various concerns remain on how to overcome. And make successful the WHO vision on health for all in 2020, but the main hurdle to achieve this is potential risks of treating sick people which create may be dangerous to health. Like not using research outcome in practice. Poor or lack of fund. Not using Innovative technology Lack of research skill, Fail to attract strategy makers attention or people attention. Improper biomedical waste management guidelines, creating awareness about bio waste management. The healthcare model of an organization plays an important role in shaping exact the mission and vision of an organization will be achieved effectively or not. A culture that supports the execution of healthcare approaches enables giants of health care management for proper selection and sustain a full improvement directly connected to high significance. It is Organizational responsibility must be a focus on the compliance to provide population priorities and patient-centered care. Portrayal of Iranian Identity in the Literary The Role of Names in Ancient Persia
vahid rooyani, Morteza Niazi
Abstract Names have always been the most important factor for giving identity to and distinguishing people in a society. The selection of a name not only shows the persons' attitude to society and nature, but also reveals their religious thought. Reviewing the literature of historical and social studies concerning the selection of special words can demonstrate the ethnicity, religion and social distribution of each era. As historical records show, several factors have influenced the selection of ancient Persian names; however, the religion has had a fundamental role. Therefore, the aim of the present study was to determine position of name and the rituals associated with naming in the ancient Persia and particularly in the Sassanid era. Then, the ways in which people selected names for their children was determined. The role and functions of the name in Avesta, the most important book that has remained from ancient Persia, was another goal that this paper followed. The results indicated that the taboo and strength involved in sacred and mythological names have been among the issues that Sassanid Kings used in order to reach their goals. Moreover, it was found that the taboo of name in Zoroastrianism religion and Sassanid kings' thoughts were other major issues. It was also revealed that durability concern was the incentive for building many valuable monuments in Sassanid era and the factor for legislating some civil and juridical laws.

The Role of Oljaitu in Urbanization Activities in the Ilkhanid Era
mozhgan khanmoradi
During the Ilkhanid period, although urbanization and architecture started with Holagu Khan, it flourished during Oljaitu’s riegn. He built four cities, namely, Sultanieh, Sultanabad, Chamchamal, Oljaitu Abad, and Aq’qaleh. Being aware of the necessities and needs of the Royal city and the capital, using the successful urbanization experiences of Qazan, inheriting a rich treasury, the existence of expert workforce and willing contractors encouraged Oljaitu's urbanism. Contrary to Qazan's period, when new cities formed adjacent to old ones, now the new cities were completely separate and independent. Oljaitu was a strict follower of Iranian- Islamic traditions in urbanization, and considered all the needs of citizens. Sultanieh is a perfect example of modern cities. Decree issued by the king for constructing a city, and a predetermined plan of city are among the noticeable aspects of urbanization during Oljaitu's reign. Using historical texts and architectural data, the present study presents a general view of urbanization during Oljaytu’s time and the influencing factors in urbanization.

Building a Sustainable Society: The Necessity to Change the Term 'Consumer'
Sabrina Chakori
The profit-seeking system leads to many negative environmental impacts. Within this economic system, consumption reflects an important relationship between humans and nature. However, despite the growing international attention to environmental sustainability, our society does not necessarily acknowledge consumerism as the cause of global environmental degradation. Deconstructing the consumption culture and redefining what determines well-being, this paper will attempt to provide a comprehensive overview of the existing definition of people in the economic system. Many authors have defined our role in the economy; however, in terms of customer, citizen-consumer, and socially conscious consumer, most of the literature in this domain remains rooted in consumerism. Consumerism cannot be fixed with further consumerism; therefore this paper discusses the importance of reclaiming our identity and the need to define new terms for people in a new economic system. Any new terms should integrate interests and responsibilities that go beyond simple utility maximization. Moving beyond the term “consumer” will change our worldview. This cultural transformation may help facilitate long-term environmental sustainability.

Angélica Quiroga Garza, Carlos Alberto Vallejo Leija

The Toxic Climate of Organization: Conceptualization and Measurement
Sometimes the climate of organization, as an organism, is impregnated to toxicity. Since this kind of climate conveys dysfunctional consequences to organization members, it is requisite to explore the dimensions and components of such a climate and also to develop an instrument to measure it. Thus, the aim of this paper is to develop and validate a questionnaire for measuring organizational toxic climate. In this regard, after studying literature, dimensions and components of mentioned concept were explored. Then a primary questionnaire was developed and after confirming its internal consistency distributed among 600 employees of administrative organizations in Arsanjan, Saadt-Shahr, and Marvdasht based on disproportionate stratified sampling. In order to test the primary validity of measure and avoid the threat of common method variance, exploratory factor analysis and Harman single-factor test were deployed respectively. To validate the questionnaire, stability and equivalence reliability and convergent and divergent validity were assessed. SPSS, Smart PLS, and Amos Graphics, were also uesd. As a result, the toxic physical structure, toxic interpersonal communication, toxic reward, reputation system, and toxic leadership were confirmed as the dimensions of toxic organizational climate. The final measure was a 5 point Likertquestionnaire with 57-items.

compuesta (CR mayores a .70), y validez convergente (AVE mayor a .50).

Deploying eHealth: a new approach to face depression in the basque country
J. T. Suarez, A. Zabala, E. M. Keenoy
et al.
Introduction/context : Depression is one of the most frequent mental health diseases worldwide, with approximately 350 million of individuals affected. Antidepressants are still the mainstay of treatment for depression in healthcare settings. In the Basque Country, about 400.000 people suffer from depression; 10% of them with mild or moderate symptoms. cCBT has proven to be effective to fight depression, enabling the patient to change destructive patterns. This type of cCBT can be self-administrated at any time and place; this is why it contributes to improve accessibility to treatment. Also, it enables the delivery of care at the natural environment, minimizing the negative effect of mental health stigma, and contributing to the acceptance of the one's own condition. Description/aim : The Basque Country, within the European project Mastermind, has deployed a Computerized Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (cCBT) service. The Mastermind project started in March 2014 and finishes in Febrary 2017. During the implementation phase, barriers and facilitators related to both clinical and organizational areas have been identified and analyzed. The cCBT platform enables a two-way patient-professional communication, a close patient´s follow-up, while providing the patient with tools to manage its own condition and prevent future episodes. Methods : The practice being implemented in the Basque Country comprises three main work areas: 1. Develop a cCBT platform, called “Supera tu depresion” together with other 3 Spanish partners of the project, taking into account the needs for patient-professional interaction and fluid communication, integration within information systems and therapeutic content that nurtures the platform. The piloting in the Basque Country started in January 2016 and finishes in Febrary 2017, due to the finalisation of the project. 2. Deploy a protocol for comprehensive care that includes key professionals (primary care, mental health and emergency) adapted to the context of the Basque Country. 3. Put into practice an integrated care intervention targeting individuals over 18 years old, diagnosed of low or mid depression. 4. Pre-post assessment of quantitative and qualitative aspects (by focus groups to clinicians and semi structured interviews to managers) according to the MAST model. Results/discussion/lessons learned : The results are to be measured according to the MAST model in terms of health problems, application features, safety, clinical effectiveness, patient and professional perspective and economic, organizational, socio-cultural, ethical and legal aspects. The following data is being analyzed in the Basque Country and the results will be published in the first quarter of 2017. Out of the 182 patients took part in the project, 23 have finalized the therapy and 89 are drop outs. Nowadays, 70 patients still continue in the therapy, and their data will be analyzed after the finalization of the project (Febrary 2017). Although the overall quantitative analysis is ongoing, some conclusions can be highlighted from the qualitative perspective: The patients who complete the therapy are very satisfied with it, although the technical difficulties and lack of time of the professionals have been important barriers. The simplicity of the software and its robustness has been identified as critical success factors, both for patients and professionals. This project will raise awareness about the key issues underpinning online cCBT integration within regular care, generating the knowledge and expertise needed for the extension of this type of care. Transferability : The inclusion of the therapy in the day-to-day practice is being raised in the Basque public Health Provider, Osakidetza. The final decision will depend on the results of the analysis that are being performed during the last months of 2016. If positive, the possibility to provide the cCBT service using existing corporative tools will be assessed.
