Regulasi Diri Dan Self Compassion Pada Mahasiswa Yang Menyelesaikan Tugas Akhir Tepat Waktu

Riset ini bertujuan guna mengungkapkan hubungan antara regulasi diri dengan self-compassion pada Mahasiswa Psikologi Universitas Medan Area yang sedang menyelesaikan skripsi. Riset ini menggunakan metode riset kuantitatif. Sampel dari riset ini berjumlah 70 mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam riset ini ialah penyebaran skala likert. Hasil riset ini menyatakan ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara regulasi diri dengan self-compassion pada mahasiswa Psikologi Universitas Medan Area yang sedang menyelesaikan skripsi, dibuktikan dengan nilai rs ialah 0,526 dengan nilai p yaitu 0,001 0,005. Koefisien Determinasi (KD) dari hubungan variabel bebas (regulasi diri) dengan variabel terikat (self-compassion) ialah sebesar sebesar 27,7%. Yang berarti kontribusi atau sumbangan regulasi diri terhadap self-compassion ialah 27,7% sementara sisanya (72,3%) dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.

INOVASI SISTEM FULL DAY SCHOOL DI MADRASAH IBTIDAIYAH DAERAH PEDESAAN

This study aims to explain the implementation of Full Day School at MIN 4 Tapin and identify the supporting and inhibiting factors. This study uses a qualitative case study approach. Data collection was carried out using observation, interviews, and document studies. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing and verification. Data validity was ensured through triangulation of techniques and sources. The results of the study show that the Full Day School Planning Process at MIN 4 Tapin has been approved by 11 out of 12 teachers and 75% of parents. In its implementation, extracurricular and cocurricular activities have been carried out in accordance with the applicable curriculum. However, extracurricular activities have not been implemented, which has resulted in inconsistencies in the learning hours applied. This has become a subject of evaluation for the school for the coming academic year. Factors supporting the implementation of Full Day School at MIN 4 Tapin are adequate facilities and infrastructure, the condition of the teachers and parents, and a supportive social environment. The inhibiting factor is the occurrence of culture shock among students.

Representasi Pertemanan Toxic dalam Perspektif Interaksionisme Simbolik (Studi pada Mahasiswa di Kota Malang)

Toxic friendships among university students are a social phenomenon shaped by symbols and interpretations. This study aims to explore how social symbols are produced, interpreted, and used in the interactions of toxic friendships among students in Malang City. A qualitative approach with a phenomenological method was employed to examine students’ subjective experiences. George Herbert Mead’s theory of symbolic interactionism was adopted as the analytical framework, which emphasizes that meaning emerges through social interaction and individual interpretation. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, focus group discussions (FGDs), and participatory observations with students from various universities in Malang. The findings reveal that verbal symbols such as sarcasm, mockery, and ridicule, along with non-verbal symbols such as gaze, gestures, and selective ignoring, play a significant role in shaping toxic patterns of interaction. Students’ interpretations of these symbols are often driven by the desire to maintain group membership and pseudo-solidarity, which perpetuates the toxic dynamics. This study affirms that toxic friendships are a social construction sustained through symbols and interpretations, while also demonstrating the relevance of Mead’s symbolic interactionism in understanding the dynamics of student friendships.

Pengaruh Lingkungan Fisik Sekolah Terhadap Perilaku Bullying: Sebuah Tinjauan Sistematis

Lingkungan fisik sekolah berperan penting dalam membentuk perilaku sosial siswa, termasuk dalam mencegah bullying. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi pengaruh desain lingkungan fisik terhadap bullying melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Fokus kajian mencakup visibilitas, pengawasan, serta penerapan prinsip Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) dalam desain sekolah. Literatur dikumpulkan dari database seperti ScienceDirect dan Google Scholar, dengan kata kunci “school bullying” pada rentang 2014–2024. Studi yang dipilih merupakan penelitian empiris dalam disiplin ilmu sosial, psikologi, dan kesehatan, yang membahas hubungan desain fisik sekolah dan bullying. Kriteria inklusi mencakup studi yang meneliti desain fisik dengan fokus pada keamanan dan pengawasan, serta dampaknya terhadap pengurangan bullying. Studi non-empiris atau yang tidak relevan dikecualikan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa prinsip CPTED, seperti peningkatan visibilitas dan pengawasan alami, efektif menurunkan kejadian bullying. Area yang terbuka dan mudah diawasi terbukti lebih aman dibandingkan area tersembunyi. Selain itu, desain yang menunjang kenyamanan siswa turut meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikososial dan mencegah risiko gangguan mental di masa depan. Kajian ini juga menyajikan ilustrasi desain sekolah berbasis CPTED sebagai rekomendasi praktis dalam mendukung kebijakan anti-bullying di lingkungan pendidikan.

Strengthening Literacy through Learning to Read with the Syllable Method

Literacy activities in Early Childhood Education (PAUD) can be implemented through reading learning activities. The objectives of implementing this Community Service are (1) to provide training with the theme of strengthening literacy by implementing reading learning with the syllable method, (2) to provide assistance when teachers carry out learning, (3) to conduct discussions after providing assistance to find out strengths and weaknesses. The implementation method is through three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. Training is carried out by delivering topics: the concept of learning the reading method with the syllable method, pedagogical competence, and introduction to reading books with the syllable method consisting of 4 volumes and how to teach it. In mentoring activities, teachers are observed when implementing learning by applying the concepts obtained during training. Meanwhile, a discussion meeting after mentoring is held to evaluate learning and find solutions for follow-up. In general, the implementation of community service was successful. This can be seen from the optimal attendance during training, the enthusiasm of teachers when carrying out learning, and the enthusiasm of teachers in conducting discussions after mentoring.

Strengthening Resilience through Reflective Writing based on Surah Al-Fatihah

Mental health is one dimension of an individual's health in living life. Various life challenges have the potential to create tension and can lead to psychological distress. Including college students who have various role conflicts have their own challenges in being able to achieve balance in their daily lives. One individual concept that supports a healthy mental state is resilience. The aim of this research is to determine the extent to which psychotherapy in the form of reflective writing through Surah Al-Fatihah is able to have an impact on increasing resilience in college student respondents. Data was obtained through a Resilience questionnaire which had been tested for validity and reliability. This research is quantitative research involving 56 college student respondents. The results of statistical tests show that psychotherapy in the form of reflective writing through the surah  Al-Fatihah can increase resilience. Al-Fatihah is able to strengthen resilience because it contains the concept of tauhid so that it teaches more deeply about Allah SWT and the human relationship as a servant of Allah in carrying out various aspects of life.

Actualization of Indonesian Language and Culture for Teachers at San Fabian Elementary School Philippines

Acculturation of Indonesian culture and language into Filipino education is a crucial step in expanding cross-cultural awareness and strengthening international relations between the two countries. By introducing Indonesian culture and language to Filipino educators, it can enhance cultural ties between both nations. This research aims to actualize Indonesian language and culture among educators at San Fabian Elementary School. The study employs a descriptive qualitative research approach, with data sources consisting of 10 teachers from San Fabian Elementary School. Data collection techniques include a combination of observation and documentation. Data analysis follows Miles Huberman's approach, involving data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Data validity is ensured through triangulation techniques.The findings of this research indicate that the acculturation of Indonesian language and culture into the Philippines can strengthen international relations through understanding and appreciation of each other's cultures and languages. The approach taken at San Fabian Elementary School could serve as a concrete step in building a strong foundation for cross-border educational collaboration, which in turn can contribute to broader peace and international cooperation.   Akumulasi budaya dan bahasa Indonesia ke dalam pendidik Filipina merupakan langkah penting dalam memperluas kesadaran lintas budaya dan memperkuat hubungan internasional kedua negara. Dengan mengenalkan budaya dan bahasa Indonesia kepada para pendidik Filipina dapat mempererat ikatan budaya kedua bangsa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengaktualisasikan bahasa dan budaya Indonesia di kalangan pendidik di SD San Fabian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber datanya adalah para pendidik di SD San Fabian yang berjumlah 10 orang guru. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi kombinasi observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan Miles Huberman yang meliputi pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik triangulasi data. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa akumulasi bahasa dan budaya Indonesia ke Filipina dapat memperkuat hubungan antarbangsa melalui pemahaman dan penghargaan terhadap budaya dan bahasa masing-masing. Pendekatan yang akan dilakukan di Sekolah Dasar San Fabian dapat menjadi langkah konkrit dalam membangun fondasi yang kokoh untuk kolaborasi pendidikan lintas batas, yang pada gilirannya dapat berkontribusi pada perdamaian dan kerja sama internasional secara lebih luas.

Exploring The Financial Dynamics Of Green Building Adoption: Insights From Indonesia

This research purpose is to offer insights to property owners and developers whose focus tends to be solely on the initial costs of green buildings, and aligning with the requirements set forth by Minister of Public Works and Public Housing Regulation No. 21 of 2022, effective from 2022, which mandates green buildings to obtain Building Structure Approval (PBG) and Functional Worthiness Certificate (SLF). Drawing from the 2013-2018 Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI) report, which indicates a mere 2% certification rate for buildings exceeding 12 floors, this study seizes the opportunity to delve into how green building considerations influence financial decisions. Surveying 102 experienced respondents in green building practices, this research employs green building factor analysis, value engineering, life cycle cost analysis, and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)-PLS to scrutinize the factors influencing cost performance in green buildings. The findings spotlight 10 critical green building factors pivotal for securing certification, alongside unveiling correlations between initial costs, operational costs, and life cycle costs. Anticipated outcomes encompass facilitating compliance with Minister of Public Works and Public Housing Regulation No. 21 of 2021, and nurturing the development of green buildings in Indonesia. Implications span regulatory compliance, informed financial strategies, green building advancement, and knowledge dissemination. This study aims to simplify comprehension of the financial ramifications of green buildings, furnishing practical guidance for developers in navigating the intricacies of cost-sustainability equilibrium.

Investigating the Mediating Role of Organizational Commitment in the Relationship between Leadership, Motivation, Organizational Culture, and Work Discipline

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, motivation, and organizational culture on employee work discipline with organizational commitment as an intervening variable at MAN Tulungagung, East Java, Indonesia. The research method is quantitative with an explanatory research approach with a survey approach. Research data was taken from 79 teachers who were the sample for this research. This research analyzes data using multiple regression analysis. The results of the research show that 1) leadership has a significant effect on organizational commitment; 2) Organizational culture has a significant effect on organizational commitment; 3) Leadership has a significant effect on work discipline; 4) Organizational culture has a significant effect on work discipline; 5) Leadership has an indirect effect on work discipline through organizational commitment, which means there is a mediating influence. So, organizational commitment can mediate between organizational culture and work discipline. Organizational culture has an indirect effect on work discipline through organizational commitment, which means there is no mediating influence. So, organizational commitment cannot be a mediating variable between organizational culture and work discipline.

Teacher job satisfaction viewed from the perspective of work motivation and principal performance

This research aims to determine the effect of work motivation and principal's performance on teacher job satisfaction together at a senior high school in … sebutkan nama kota/kabupaten/provinsinya. This research uses a quantitative approach with associative methods. The analysis technique data used is simple and multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, and F test. The results showed that: 1) There is a significant influence between the principal's work motivation on teacher job satisfaction by 79.1%. This means that work motivation will affect the job satisfaction of teachers in schools for the achievement of maximum performance; 2) There is a significant influence between the principal's performance on teacher job satisfaction by 49.7%. Therefore, the two variables can go hand in hand, the better the principal's performance, the better the teacher's job satisfaction; 3) There is a significant influence between work motivation and principal performance on teacher job satisfaction by 81.4%. This means that the two variables, namely work motivation and principal performance, go hand in hand with teacher job satisfaction, meaning that the better the work motivation and performance of the principal, the higher the teacher's job satisfaction.

Pengembangan Buku Saku Relasi dan Fungsi Berbasis CTL

Peserta didik pada usia remaja seringkali mengeluh dengan buku yang terlalu besar untuk dibaca. Sementara hasil penelitian didapat bahwa pembelajaran dengan pendekatan kontekstual dapat meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah  matematis peserta didik. Sehingga penelitian dilakukan untuk menghasilkan sebuah buku saku CTL (Contextual Teaching and Learning) materi relasi dan fungsi yang valid dan praktis. Penelitian dilakukan pada peserta didik kelas X salah satu MAN di Pangkalpinang pada semester ganjil tahun pelajaran 2021/2022. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan atau development research yang terdiri dua tahap yaitu tahap preliminary yang meliputi persiapan dan desain kemudian formative evaluation yang meliputi self evaluation, expert reviews, one-to-one, small group, dan field test. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa buku saku yang dikembangkan sudah seusai dengan pembelajaran CTL dengan rata-rata tiap kategori sebagai berikut; kategori konten bernilai 4 dengan kriteria sangat valid, kategori konstruk bernilai 3,88 dengan kriteria sangat valid, dan kategori bahasa bernilai 3,33 dengan kriteria valid. Sehingga rerata hasil validasi didapat nilai 3,73 dan buku saku dinyatakan valid. Berdasarkan hasil penerapan pada siswa kelas X didapat bahwa buku saku yang dikembangkan praktis dan sangat baik digunakan untuk siswa SMA serta mempunyai efek potensial terhadap kemampuan siswa dalam memecahkan masalah kontekstual dilihat dari sikap, pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang secara umum dikategorikan baik.

MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN KOMUNIKASI MATEMATIS DAN KEPERCAYAAN DIRI SISWA MELALUI IMPLEMENTASI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE TALKING STICK

Tujuan dilaksanakannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa, kepercayaan diri siswa, dan mengetahui tanggapan siswa melalui implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe talking stick. Penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan selama tiga siklus di kelas V A dengan jumlah siswa  26 orang. Tes kemampuan komunikasi matematika dengan tes uraian yang dilaksanakan pada akhir tiap siklus, sedangkan angket untuk mengumpulkan data kepercayaan diri dan tanggapan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada peningkatan rata-rata kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa. Bermula dari 23,46 pada refleksi awal menjadi 76,36 pada siklus III. Begitu pula dengan ketuntasan belajar siswa yang mengalami peningkatan dari 7,69% pada refleksi awal dan terus meningkat menjadi 84,63% pada siklus III. Rata-rata skor kepercayaan diri siswa pada siklus I yang berawal dari 68,15 meningkat menjadi 77,96 pada siklus terakhir, dan tanggapan siswa berada pada kategori positif.  Ini menggambarkan bahwa implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe talking stick pada siswa SD merupakan solusi alternative untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi dan kepercayaan diri siswa.

University Governance and Dean’s Leadership in Improving Lecturer Performance

Research is based on the idea that university governance and the dean's leadership are very important for improving lecturer performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of university governance and the dean's leadership on the performance of lecturers at the Islamic University of Sheikh-Yusuf (UNIS).. The study uses a quantitative approach with correlation and regression analysis techniques. The sample size of the study was 40 lecturers taken using proportional stratified random sampling. The research gives the result that there is a positive and significant influence on the university governance on the performance of lecturers at the Islamic University of Syekh-Yusuf. University governance has a positive and significant effect of 71.06% on the performance of lecturers; dean leadership has a positive and significant effect of 16.40% on lecturer performance, and together there is a positive and significant effect of university governance and dean's leadership of 73.59% on the performance of lecturers at the Islamic University of Syekh-Yusuf.

Abstrak: Sudah menjadi kesadaran bersama bahwa dunia pendidikan merupakan cara yang telah dilakukan umat manusia sepanjang kehidupannya untuk menjadi sarana dalam melakukan transmisi dan transformasi baik nilai maupun ilmu pengetahuan. Demikian strategisnya dunia pendidikan sebagai sarana transmisi dan transformasi nilai dan ilmu pengetahuan ini, maka dalam rangka menanamkan dan mengembangkan karakter bangsa ini, tidak lepas pula dari peran yang dimainkan oleh dunia pendidikan. Pendidikan karakter penting bagi kehidupan manusia, maka peran yang dimainkan dunia pendidikan haruslah tidak sekadar menunjukkan pengetahuan moral, tetapi juga mencintai dan mau melakukan tidakan moral.
