This study explores the optimization of English pronunciation skill through the use of HelloTalk, an AI-powered learning app. The research employed a quasi-experimental design, involving 17 English Department students of Universitas Serambi Mekkah as the research sample. Data were collected through pretest and posttest, assessing the aspect of pronunciation accuracy. After the pretest, a four-week intervention was given to the students through the use of HelloTalk to see if their English pronunciation competence could improve. The data was analyzed statistically using SPSS 16.0, and the statistical analysis showed a significant improvement in their pronunciation skill before and after the intervention, indicated by the mean scores of the pre-test and post-test (49.71 and 79.12, respectively). The findings also showed a strong correlation between the use of HelloTalk and students’ pronunciation skills, particularly after the use of HelloTalk features, such as Partner Matching, Text Chat, Voice Messages, Voice and Video Calls, Moments Feed, and Community Interaction that enable students to engage in direct verbal communication and exchange messages with native speakers of English. Pronunciation Help with voice recognition and Correction Feature also AI-driven features that also contribute to the considerable improvement. This research is expected to contribute to the existing body of literature by providing insight that HelloTalk can be an effective learning tool to increase articulation accuracy in English. Future research could explore the effect of HelloTalk on other pronunciation aspects, such as intonation, stress, rhythm, and pitch.

Indonesia, salah satu negara yang memiliki hutan tropis terbesar di dunia dengan keanekaragaman jenis vegetasi yang sangat tinggi. Kawasan Hutan Dengan Tujuan Khusus (KHDTK) Wanadipa yaitu hutan pendidikan yang dikelola oleh Universitas Diponegoro dengan luas sebesar 99,65 Ha. Konflik penguasaan lahan antara pengelola kawasan tersebut dengan masyarakat yang tinggal di sekitar hutan, perubahan kebijakan pengelola hutan, serta minimnya partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam proses pengelolaan KHDTK menjadi masalah yang sering kali terjadi di kawasan tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis faktor internal dan eksternal dalam konservasi dan pengelolaan KHDTK Wanadipa berbasis peran serta masyarakat untuk meningkatkan simpanan karbon. Penelitian ini dilakukan di KHDTK Wanadipa, Kecamatan Ungaran Timur, Kabupaten Semarang. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini dengan wawancara dan studi dengan Dokumen Rencana Pengelolaan Jangka Panjang KHDTK Universitas Diponegoro Tahun 2023-2043. Secara umum, proses pengelolaan KHTDK Wanadipa dipengaruhi faktor internal berupa program kegiatan KHDTK Wanadipa, serta manajemen kelembagaan. Selain itu, faktor eksternal berupa komunikasi dan koordinasi KHDTK Wanadipa dengan berbagai pihak, serta faktor alam. Berdasarkan hasil analisis SWOT, menunjukkan bahwa salah satu strategi pengelolaan KHDTK Wanadipa berbasis partisipasi masyarakat guna meningkatkan potensi simpanan karbon yaitu berupa melakukan kegiatan penanaman, khususnya mahoni yang bekerja sama dengan mitra serta melibatkan petani pesanggem di dalam pelaksanaannya.

The Qur'an, as the divine revelation to Prophet Muhammad, employs Arabic language, necessitating a deep understanding of Arabic linguistics, including semantics (ʿilm al-dalālah). This study explores the phenomenon of tadhadh (antonyms) in the Qur'an from a semantic perspective, aiming to identify and analyze antonymic word pairs and their implications in Qur'anic discourse. Using a qualitative approach with library research methods, the study examines Qur'anic verses, classical and modern linguistic sources, and scholarly works on Arabic semantics. The findings reveal five types of antonyms based on Al-Khammas’ classification: (1) absolute antonyms (taḍādd ḥādd), (2) graded antonyms (taḍādd mutadarrij), (3) converse antonyms (taḍādd ʿaks), (4) perpendicular antonyms (taḍādd ʿamūdī), and (5) straight-line antonyms (taḍādd imtidādī). Examples from various Qur'anic verses illustrate how these antonyms enhance rhetorical and theological depth. The study underscores the importance of semantic analysis in Qur'anic exegesis, contributing to broader linguistic and interpretive studies of the Qur'an.
Abstract. This article aimed to review the concept of missio Dei in the thought of Lesslie Newbigin, as well as to examine the criticisms and evaluations directed towards him. At first glance, Newbigin's concept of missio Dei emphasizes centrifugal movement rather than to centripetal movement within the church. In this regard, utilizing the missio Dei framework proposed by Stefan Paas, the author conducted a reexamination of Newbigin's thought and evaluates the criticisms directed towards it. This study demonstrated that in Newbigin's conceptualization, which tends to emphasize centrifugal aspects, also contains centripetal aspects within it.
Abstrak. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengulas kembali konsep missio Dei dalam pemikiran Lesslie Newbigin, serta meninjau kritikan maupun evaluasi yang ditujukan kepadanya. Sekilas dalam konsep missio Dei Newbigin sangat menekankan gerakan sentrifugal dibandingkankan gerakan sentripetal di dalam gereja. Dalam hal ini, dengan menggunakan kerangka pemikiran missio Dei dari Stefan Paas, penulis melakukan penyelidikan kembali terhadap pemikiran Newbigin, dan mengevaluasi kritikan yang ditujukan kepadanya. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konsep pemikiran Newbigin yang cenderung menekankan aspek sentrifugal, di dalamnya juga terkandung aspek sentripetal.

This study aims to investigate whether integrating life skills into volleyball training can enhance life skills development. The study utilized a group experimental design with 40 training participants divided into a control group and an experimental group. The control group received only volleyball training, while the experimental group received volleyball training integrated with sub-dimensions of life skills such as teamwork, goal setting, time management, emotional skills, interpersonal communication, social skills, leadership, and problem-solving. The results of the study showed that the experimental group experienced a significant improvement in life skills development compared to the control group. Integrating life skills into volleyball training can provide effective benefits for training participants, especially in terms of important social and emotional skills in daily life and the workforce. Therefore, integrating life skills into sports training and education can be an effective alternative to comprehensively enhance life skills development. The findings imply that sports coaches and educators should consider incorporating life skills into their training curriculums to provide young individuals with the necessary skills to succeed in their personal and professional lives. Additionally, policymakers can utilize the results of this study to develop strategies and policies promoting life skills education in schools and sports programs. Overall, the study emphasizes the importance of holistic approaches to youth development and highlights the potential benefits of integrating life skills into sports training for enhancing life skills development.
Inovasi pendidikan adalah pembaruan dalam bidang pendidikan atau inovasi yang dilakukan untuk memecahkan masalah pendidikan,inovasi pendidikan merupakan suatu ide,barang, metode yang dirasakan, diamati sebagai hal baru bagi seseorang atau kelompok orang,baik berupa hasil invensi atau discovery yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan atau memecahkan masalah pendidikan.Di era globalisasi telah banyak perkembangan dan pembaharuan dalam bidang pendidikan. Oleh karena itu,upaya harus dilakukan untuk beradaptasi dengan kondisi ini. Untuk mempersiapkan hal tersebut, diperlukan banyak inovasi akademik. Guru sebagai ujung tombak dunia pendidikan dituntut untuk tetap waspada guna menghasilkan generasi yang berkualitas. Salah satu peran guru adalah sebagai inovator, artinya guru harus membangkitkan ide-ide baru dalam pembelajaran. Karena dengan inovasi, guru dapat menciptakan suasana baru di dalam kelas. Dalam pelaksanaan inovasi pendidikan, guru harus memperhatikan aspek materi yang akan diterapkan. Dengan adanya inovasi pembelajaran maka proses kegiatan belajar mengajar dapat berjalan dengan lancar, kondusif dan kreatif sehingga dapat menumbuhkan semangat belajar peserta didik.

Breast cancer is a disease that causes cells in the breast tissue to change and divide uncontrollably. BSE or breast self-examination is one of the early detection of breast cancer, but awareness of doing BSE is still low. BSE awareness can be increased by increasing knowledge first. The Bali Provincial Health Office recorded that in 2016, there were 389 cases of breast cancer in Bali, five of which were suffered by adolescents with an age range of 15-19 years. Teenagers are usually friendly and open with their peers. This study aimed to determine the effect of peer education methods on the level of knowledge about breast self-examination in adolescent girls. This study used a pre-experimental design with one group pretest posttest. The population of this study were young women who activly members of the Student Union and School Security Patrol namely 41 young women. Taking samples using total sampling, so amounted to 41 young women. The data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test to compare the results of the pretest and posttest. The results of the study obtained a p value = 0.000 which indicates that the peer educator methods can increase adolescent girl’s knowledge about BSE, it is recommended for health workers and educational institutions to be able to form adolescent cadres who are ready to provide direct health counseling to other adolescents either at school or in community.

Textbooks are one of the learning resources used in the learning process. As the main learning resource, textbooks serve as a medium for educators and students in an effort to achieve learning objectives. This study aims to describe errors in textbooks. The focus of the research was done by looking at syntactic errors, vocabulary, and writing Arabic words. The source of the data in this research is the Arabic book for Class II Madrasah Ibtidaiyah written by Sunaryo Putro published by PT. Three Series of Independent Libraries, Solo. The research method used is the method of content analysis with the analytical technique used is to record the types of errors contained in the textbook. The results showed that there were 13 errors in the textbook that the author examined with details of 3 errors in syntax, in the form of an error in the final vowel of a word that is not in accordance with its maqam i'rab, 3 errors in vocabulary (mufradat) which is the vocabulary in the book. not in accordance with the actual meaning, as well as 7 errors in writing words that do not refer to the writing of Arabic words that are good and correct, in accordance with the rules of Islamic science.
This study aims to determine the influence of inequality in metacognition and adaptability to the achievement of science scores at the student level and school level in Indonesia. Science learning is expected to be able to develop high-level thinking skills needed in the educational process in the industrial era 4.0, including factors of metacognition ability and ability adaptation. This research is an expost facto study with a qualitative exploratory descriptive type. The data is secondary data derived from the 2018 PISA survey. Data analysis using multilevel linear models through the Jamovi 1.6.23 program. The multilevel model used consists of 3 models, namely (1) intercept model without predictor, (2) intercept model with predictor level 1 , ( 3) intercept model with predictor level1 & level 2. The results of the analysis show that model 2 is considered significant that the achievement of students' science scores is more influenced by student abilities, while the type of school does not have a contribution which is significant to the achievement of science scores.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pendidikan karakter dalam Tradisi Barikan untuk anak Sekolah Dasar di Desa Sedo. Tradisi Barikan di Desa Sedo yang merupakan sebuah warisan dari leluhur masih tetap dilestarikan dengan tujuan agar tetap terjaga dan tidak punah tergerus oleh zaman.Bentuk-bentuk Tradisi Barikan bertujuan untuk kepentingan pribadi dan kepentingan masyarakat. Tradisi tersebut dianalisis tentang kandungan nilai karakternya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang akan dilaksanakan di Desa Sedo. Objek yang diteliti adalah Tradisi Barikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara mendalam, pemotretan, pencatatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tradisi barikan dilaksanakan pada jumat wage bulan Rajab dengan cara melaksanakan ritual dan acara lain di makam mbah Mirah dan Mbah Ronggo Warsito sebagai ungkapan rasa syukur kepada Allah SWT dan untuk menjaga kerukunan masyarakat luas terutama masyarakat desa Sedo. Nilai-nilai karakter yang terkandung dalam Tradisi Barikan untuk anak sekolah dasar yaitu nilai karakter Religius, jujur, displin, tanggung jawab, santun, peduli, dan percaya diri. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Tradisi Barikan merupakan warisan leluhur yang dilestarikan untuk menjaga kebudayaan dan tradisi yang sudah turun temurun. Tradisi Barikan mengandung nilai karakter yang sangat positif, oleh sebab itu dapat dijadikan sarana pendidikan untuk anak Sekolah Dasar dan masyarakat sekitar.
Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan produk media pembelajaran flash berbasis joyfull learning untuk siswa kelas IV, yaitu pembelajaran IPA dengan materi “Gaya” Tema 7 (Indahnya Keragaman di Negeriku). Studi ini menggunakan metode research and development (R&D). Adapun model yang digunakan mengacu pada model Dick & Carey yang terdiri dari delapan tahap. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran flash berbasis joyfull learning yang dikembangkan bisa memenuhi kebutuhan belajar siswa, sekaligus menambah variasi media ajar pada proses pembelajaran IPA dengan materi “Gaya” Tema 7 (Indahnya Keragaman di Negeriku). Hal ini didasarkan pada hasil uji validasi: (1) ahli produk media dengan nilai sangat baik; (2) ahli materi dengan nilai baik; (3) guru kelas dengan nilai sangat baik. Adapun pada tahap uji coba perorangan, diperoleh nilai rata-rata skor 4,1 (baik), sementara uji coba kelompok kecil dengan nilai rata-rata 4,6 (sangat baik), dan uji coba kelompok besar diperoleh nilai rata-rata 4,1 (baik).

This research was conducted to analyze the decision making by the principal. The analysis is carried out on the stages of decision making, influencing variables and factors, so that decision making is better. Effective decision making will make the school able to realize its vision and goals. This research uses the literature study method. The main source of research data is articles on school principals' decision-making obtained from Google Scholar. The technique of data collection is done by the method of documentation. The results showed that the principal has carried out the decision-making process by following six decision-making steps: problem identification, gathering information, developing alternative solutions, choosing the best alternative, implementing alternatives, and evaluating decisions. There are five variables that influence decision making by the principal. The five variables are self-efficacy, administration knowledge, management information system, emotional quotient and personality. Decision-making by the principal will be more effective by involving teachers and education staff.
The intolerance that has threatened Indonesia in the last ten years is an important trail to show that the management of diversity in Indonesia is currently having a complex problem. Many parties are starting to question the wisdom of schools as a participatory diversity laboratory. This research emphasizes best practice tolerance education that is integrated into the realm of the learning curriculum in schools, this study more focused on three high school level schools in Malang city based on religion using a comparative descriptive method described by a qualitative critical approach. There is a perspective that is the finding of this research, namely the vision of tolerance and the definition of diversity built-in schools to give birth to patterns of student interaction in daily synergy with other different students. This perspective theoretically can produce five patterns of diversity interaction, namely: first: collegial interaction, second; dialogical experiment, third; intergroup community formation, fourth; participatory ethics, and fifth; transformative action. These five patterns were naturally formed by the vision of tolerance created by the three schools through various activities, both intra and extracurricular, and became patterns of intense participatory interaction in daily activities at school.

The purpose of this research is to improve students reading comprehension at the fourth grade of SD Muhammadiyah 6 Pekanbaru. The type of this research was classroom action research, which was in two cycles. The result showed that there was an increasing students’ reading comprehension ability in each cycle. The average grade score of students reading comprehension before implementing PQ4R learning method was 68. After the implementation of PQ4R method at cycle I, the average grade score increased to 76 with a large increased of 12%. In the second cycle, the score increased to 84 with a large increased of 23%. In the cycle I, the teacher’s activities in the first meeting were 62.5% in moderate criteria. Then, in the second meeting, the percentage increased to 70.8% in moderate criteria. Then in the cycle II, the teacher’ activities in the first meeting the percentage became 83.3% in high criteria and in the second meeting increased to 87.5% in very high criteria. In the cycle I, the students’ activites in the first meeting were 58.3% in low criteria. In the second meeting, it increased to 66.7% in moderate criteria. In the cycle II, the students’ activities in the first meeting had the percentage becoming 79.2% in high criteria and then increased to 83.3% in high criteria on the second category. The result of the research proves that the application of PQ4R method can improve students’ reading comprehension ability.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui upaya dan kendala-kendala guru pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan dalam mengimplementasikan pendidikan karakter pada siswa SMA Negeri 2 Donggo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Subyek informasi adalah guru PPKn, Kepala Sekolah, dan Siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan pursposif sampling. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Jenis data berupa data kualitatif. Sumber data yaitu sumber data primer dan sekunder. Analisis data yang dipakai adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verivikasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa upaya guru pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan dalam mengimplementasikan pendidikan karakter pada siswa sudah terlaksana dengan baik. Hal ini terlihat dari pengintegrasian pendidikan karakter oleh guru dalam setiap kali pertemuan melaui mata pelajaran dan di luar mata pelajaran atau partisipasi nyata. Sedangkan kendala-kendala guru pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan dalam mengimplementasikan pendidikan karakter terhadap siswa yaitu faktor sikap dari siswa, faktor keluarga, dan faktor lingkungan pergaulan. The purpose of this research is to know the effort and constraints civics and Citizenship teachers in implementing character education in students of SMA Negeri 2 Donggo community. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The subject of the information is PPKn teachers, principals, and students. The technique of sampling using purposive sampling. Research data obtained through the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The type of data in the form of qualitative data. Data sources, namely primary and secondary data sources. Analysis of the data used is the reduction of the data, the presentation of data, and verify. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the efforts of the civics and Citizenship teachers in implementing character education on students have already done well. This is apparent from the integrating character education by teachers in every time the meeting via the subjects and outside subjects or real participation. While constraints civics and Citizenship teachers in implementing character education towards students i.e. students of attitude factors, family factors, and environmental factors in socialization.
Dalam pendidikan, transformasi pengetahuan bisa terjadi kapan saja dan dimana saja disetiap pertemuan, tidak hanya di tempat pendidikan formal namun pada tempat non formal sering terjadi pertukaran pendidikan itu secara tidak langsung. Namun kadang kala ada banyak pendidik atau guru tidak pernah menyadari bahwasannya pendidikan pertama itu adalah etika keseharian guru yang selalu Nampak dan ditemuai oleh peserta didik dilingkuangan sekolah baik dalam tutur kata, teguran, hukuman dan bahkan perilaku berkomunikasi sesama pendidikpun akan diperhatikan oleh para peserta didiknya.
Sebab etika merupakan Pedoman dalam bersikap dan Berperilaku yang di dalamnya berisi Garis Besar Nilai Moral dan Norma yang mencerminkan lingkungan Sekolah yang edukatif, kreatif, santun dan bermartabat, untuk kepentingan bersama warga sekolah terutama siswa dan masyarakat lingkungan sekolah pada umumnya.
Mengacu pada persoalan ini berarti pelajaran atau pendidikan yang paling pendasar bagi para siswa adalah etika seorang guru sebagai pelajaran yang paling utama yang akan menjadi tauladan atau ditiru mulai dari tutur kata, sapa salam dan bahkan pada hukuman dan teguran semuanya menjadi factor nilai yang paling mendasar yang dapat merubah peserta moral peserta didik.
Education does not merely promote cognitive intelligence as a person's priority to be accepted in society. The development of all children's potential is the duty of every educator to be able to create a generation that has religious and humanist values. The existence of the concept of humanizing humans need to be introduced from the first time they go through the education process, in order to present a learning process that actually opens a space for children to become creative and imaginative, and to develop their abilities optimally. Throwing away the words that weaken students and assuming them that they have failed in undergoing the educational process becomes an important point of the concept of religious and humanist education. If the education process does not try to emphasize that children are the best masterpieces of educators, children need fun learning methods, children do not get discriminatory behavior from educators, then it will be very likely that the time will bring education to a much better change going forward. In particular, Islamic basic education is a meaningful requirement of the concept of religious and humanist education.
The purpose of this research is to know the difference of mathematical representation skill, the result of science learning and its influence on problem-based learning and discovery learning model. The population of this study was 16 students of PGSD FKIP University of Lampung. Among 534 students, there were two experimental classes consisting of 35 students and each was determined through cluster random sampling. The data on mathematical representation skills and learning outcomes of science were obtained through a description test, five questions for assessing mathematical representation skills, and ten questions for assessing science learning outcomes. From the instruments that had been tested to 30 respondents, it was obtained a valid and reliable instrument with a score of 0.505 for mathematical representation skills, and 0.832 for learning outcomes. Furthermore, the data were analyzed by using normality test, homogeneity test, independent sample t-test, correlation test, and simple linear regression test. The results showed that there was no difference in the result of mathematical representation skill and science learning outcomes, between the problem-based learning model and real discovery. But there is a positive and significant linear influence between the mathematical representation skill and the learning outcomes of science, through a problem-based learning model of discovery.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan perbedaan hasil menulis esai antara kelas kontrol dengan kelas eksperimen melalui strategi permainan catalisting yang berorientasi pada kecerdasan linguistik pada mahasiswa tingkat III di STKIP Siliwangi Bandung. Desain penelitian ini adalah kuasi eksperimen (Quasi Experimental Design) dengan menggunakan bentuk nonequivalent control group design. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, angket dan tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa strategi permainan catalisting yang berorientasi pada kecerdasan linguistik pada mahasiswa tingkat III di STKIP Siliwangi Bandung terbukti efektif, baik dari segi pembelajaran maupun proses pembelajaran. Secara rinci dijelaskan sebagai berikut, (1) Nilai rata-rata kelas eksperimen adalah 76,39 sedangkan kelas kontrol nilai rata-ratanya adalah 70,31. Hasil uji statistik menunjukan nilai signifikasi pada uji independent t test nilai sig. 0, 03 < 0,05 maka ada perbedaan di antara nilai kelas eksperimen dengan kelas kontrol. Dengan kata lain Ho ditolak, Ha diterima. Maka dapat disimpulkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan pada hasil belajar menuls esai antara kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen. (2) Hasil respons tanggapan mahasiswa terhadap penggunaan strategi permainan catalisting yang berorientasi pada kecerdasan linguistik dalam pembelajaran menulis esai menunjukkan respons yang baik, yaitu sebanyak 91,81% (32 mahasiswa) memberikan respons positif sedangkan 8,19% (3 mahasiswa) memberikan respons negatif. (3) pembelajaran menulis esai dengan strategi PC-KL lebih menyenangkan dan memudahkan mahasiswa dalam mencari ide sebuah tulisan.
