رهیافت های فرهنگی - انتظامی موثر بر جرم یابی سرقت

پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی رهیافت‌های فرهنگی - انتظامی موثر بر جرم یابی سرقت انجام پذیرفت. در این پژوهش از تحلیل تماتیک استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر کاراگاهان و متخصصان جرم‌یابی بودند که از بین آن‌ها 14 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری با استفاده از رویکرد هدفمند ملاکی و معیار اشباع نظری انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها مصاحبه نیمه سازمان یافته بود که برای تعیین پایایی و روایی آن از چهار ملاک اعتبارپذیری، انتقال‌پذیری، تائیدپذیری و قابلیت اطمینان استفاده شد. داده‌ها نیز به صورت تحلیل مضمون تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد؛ رهیافت‌های فرهنگی - انتظامی موثر بر جرم یابی سرقت شامل 76 مفهوم پایه‌ای، 10 مفهوم سازمان‌دهنده و 2 مفهوم فراگیر می‌باشد. براین اساس اولین مفهوم فراگیر یعنی رهیافت‌های برون سازمانی شامل 4 مفهوم سازمان دهنده؛ ارتقاء تبادل اطلاعاتی سازمان‌های دیگر با پلیس، الزام قانونی سازمان‌ها در ارائه اطلاعات به پلیس، پشتیانی اطلاعاتی قوه قضاییه از پلیس و ارتقاء پشتیبانی پایش تصویری سازمان‌ها و ادارات دیگر از پلیس می‌باشد. همچنین رهیافت‌های درون سازمانی نیز شامل 6 مفهوم سازمان‌دهنده می‌باشد که عبارتند از؛ تسهیل دسترسی به بانک‌های اطلاعاتی، ارتقاء مهارت افزایی و آموزش تخصصی کارکنان، مهارت در تحلیل اطلاعات، پشتیبانی اطلاعاتی، تخصیص منابع مالی در خرید اطلاعات و راهکارهای فرهنگی اجتماعی موثر در جرم یابی از سرقت.

Similarity or Diversity Between Fields? The Case of Charity Markets in Türkiye

Neo-Institutional Theory assumes that there is homogeneity within and heterogeneity between organizational fields. However, institutional scholars prioritize in-field comparisons more than they do across organizational fields. Moreover, these comparisons have been made between exchange fields, or between exchange fields and issue fields. In this study, we compared charity markets described as interstitial issue fields based on 13 institutional infrastructure elements embedded within them, derived from the relevant theory and prior research findings. We conducted 44 in-depth interviews with experienced charity market organizers from 10 nonprofit organizations. Furthermore, four days of participant observation were conducted with field notes in each market lasted between 7-10 days. Data were analyzed with a directed content analysis technique adopting a deductive approach. Contrary to the basic premise of the Neo-Institutional Theory, we concluded that organizational fields could be isomorphic, just like organizations. This result is expected to present a new perspective on the theory’s basic assumptions.

Study of the Structural components and Meaning of the Headstones in the Shrine of Hazrat Suleiman (AS) in Shiraz during the Qajar Period

AbstractThe tile painting of the court of Hazrat Suleiman the Prophet and the demons is one of the artistic examples of the Qajar period, which, in addition to the artistic and religious characteristics, shows the relationship between art, religion and politics in the Qajar period, which has not been introduced and investigated so far. This rare transom was offered at the Bonams auction in 2010 and shows the tradition of tile painting of the Qajar period. The purpose of the research is to investigate the layers of meaning and symbolic values derived from the visual existence of this tile painting as signs in the entire structure of the door and the two mentioned columns, how to draw, analyze and then explain the origin of their formation and the aspect to recognize the content and concepts of this neglected work of the Qajar period in its historical and social context and identify it with the criteria of the Qajar period. The question of the research is as follows: What structural features and visual elements does the tile painting of this door with inspiration from Hazrat Suleiman's court have? What themes are mentioned in the head of the door and columns and is it related? The present research method is descriptive, analytical and qualitative. Collecting information is in a documentary (library) way. The result of the research shows that the design of this pediment and columns was influenced by the art of the Qajar period with the influence of Western art in the field of Iranian culture and the politics of the relationship between religion and art in the Qajar period, and it provided the reasons for the fusion of the achievements of Iranian-Islamic and Western art.

عوامل فرهنگی و اجتماعی مؤثر بر گرایش به فرزندآوری

هدف پژوهش حاضر، مطالعۀ عوامل فرهنگی و اجتماعی مؤثر بر گرایش زوجین در سن باروری به فرزندآوری بود. این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی-کاربردی و به‌­روش پیمایشی انجام شده است. جامعۀ آماری، کلیة زوجین در سن باروری بود که ساکن شهرستان بهبهان و روستاهای توابع بودند. داده‌­ها ازطریق پرسشنامۀ محقق­‌ساخته گردآوری شد. برای اعتبار پرسشنامه از روایی محتوایی و صوری و برای پایایی از ضریب آلفای کرنباخ استفاده شد، مقادیر آن برای متغیرها بیش از 70/0 حاصل شد که قابل قبول بود. تحلیل داده‌­ها با نرم‌­افزار SPSS و با استفاده از آزمون تفاوت میانگین­‌ها، تحلیل واریانس یک­‌طرفه و رگرسیون انجام گرفت. یافته­‌ها نشان داد که متغیرهای جنسیت، وضع سکونت، قومیت، تحصیلات زوجین و میزان استفاده از وسایل پیشگیری بر گرایش بر فرزندآوری موثر بودند، اما بین سن ازدواج زوجین و اختلاف سنی آن­ها با گرایش به فرزندآوری تفاوت معناداری دیده نشد. تأثیرپذیری از نظرات دیگران، رضایت از زندگی زناشویی، امید به آیندۀ ایران و مذهبی­‌بودن زوجین بر گرایش زوجین به فرزندآوری مؤثر بود اما اهمیت زنان به فرم بدن و میزان استفاده از وسایل ارتباط جمعی موثر نبودند.

Do Payout Policies and Channel Preferences of Banking Industries Shift during the Tranquil Periods? Evidence from Emerging Market

This study investigates whether the dividend policy (the decision to distribute funds, and the distribution channel preferences) of the banking sector of Pakistan is affected during any periods of domestic and global financial crisis. Using a sample of publically listed commercial banks, between the periods of 2002 till 2015, this research document that, unlike other countries, the banks in Pakistan fail to indicate a decline in the level of funds that are distributed to the investors. Even though the importance of the other means of distribution has increased over time, a major portion of the total payout is still covered by the cash dividends. Moreover, the results of the multinomial logit model, demonstrate that the payout policy of the commercial banks listed on the PSX, is not influenced by the global financial crisis. Furthermore, the analysis reveals that more liquid, profitable, and growth oriented banks have a higher tendency to pay dividends, than the other banks that do not fall in this category. The empirical results also indicate that the signaling hypothesis is a relevant economic phenomenon. These findings provide insights to different stakeholders in developing the relevant policies needed to cope up with crisis situations, such as the current ongoing Coronavirus pandemic.

The Image of Imam Ali (AS) in the Historiography of the Safavid Era

1.Introduction In addition to creating political developments, the emergence of the Safavids brought about many cultural changes in Iran. One of these changes was in historiography, which created changes not only in the appearance, but also in the content, and changed the way historians recorded the events. The promotion of the Twelver Shi'ism was one of the most important issues that the Safavid historians focused on in their works. Meanwhile, in the historiography of this age, the character of Amir al-Mu'minin Ali (AS) as an individual who was a common role model for the Shiites and Sufis has been taken into account from different aspects. After Safavids swept into power in Iran, a special unity among Iranians was formed to consolidate Shiism, and the attention paid to the Ahlul-Beit (PBUH) and, specifically, Imam Ali (AS) in the literary and artistic works of this period, was even beyond what was expected at the beginning of this dynasty. The historians of the Safavid era were considered elites who played a significant role in introducing the image of Amir al-Mu'minin (AS) as the hidden aid for Safavids in their extraordinary political, social achievements..   2.Methodology In this research, we will try to investigate the reasons why the historians of the Safavid era wrote so much about the various dimensions of Imam Ali’s (AS) character, and tried to depict the general image Amir al-Mu'minin (AS) in the historiography of the Safavid era logically and without any Shia sentiments. This research deals with the above-mentioned issues through utilizing a descriptive-analytic method. This research is based on the evidence extracted from the historical resources of the Safavid era and analyses have been presented along with the various topics discussed in this paper. Even in some cases, through a comparative outlook, a certain issue which has been addressed by two historians is compared and by doing so we have avoided being biased and try to pay special attention to the real truth.   3.Discussion The introduction of the status of Imam Ali (AS) to the Safavid authorities and the general public was one of the most important objectives that the historians of the Safavid era sought to institutionalize by narrating stories about Amir al-Mu'minin (AS) in the community. The introduction of Amirul-Mu'minin (AS) ,as the first role model of the Shia was accompanied by many praises regarding the character of Imam Ali (AS). Most of the historians of the Safavid period, who recorded the events of the Safavid government’s sweeping to power, referred to the great event of declaring Shiism as the official religion in the Tabriz Mosque, and specifically mentioned the reciting of the statement: "Ashhad Ana Aliun Valiol Lah" after many years. Uttering this statement was forbidden during the ruling of Sunni officials in Iran but the historians reported this event in their writings proudly. Also, historians of this period have recorded the stories related to the status of Amir al-Mu'minin (AS) in the eyes of Safavid kings which shows the respect they had for Amir al-Mu'minin (AS). The response of Shah Ismail to the sarcastic statement of Shibak Khan Uzbek, clearly shows his attitude regarding Amir al-Mu'minin (AS), and this event was recorded by one of the Safavid writers. In a sarcastic letter to Shah Isma'il, Shibak Khan Uzbek wrote: " Ismail Mirza must know that  we wish to go on pilgrimage to Mecca. Please make sure that all the broken bridges in our way are repaired. We are not interested in seizing the destroyed land of Iraq so we will not rest until we have captured  Mecca and Medina . On the back of the letter, Shah Isma'il wrote: Anyone who does not serve our Imam (Ali) will have nothing even if he has 100 Mecca and Medina "(unknown author, 1984, 259). Also, the history of the Safavid era is full of writings about dreaming. A significant number of these dreams was about saying Amir al-Mu'minin (AS) and receiving guidelines on how to make decisions in difficult situations. In most cases, the dreams were related to Shah Isma'il and Shah Tahmasb, in which, intentionally or unintentionally, these kings are introduced as superhuman. These dreams were retold by Shah Isma'il and Shah Tahmasb, which strengthened the devotion and belief of the disciples of the Safavids towards them. Part of the material written by the historians of the Safavid period regarding Amir al-Mu'minin (AS) in their books relates directly or indirectly to the discussion of relating the Safavids to the family of the Ahlul well-Bayt (PBUH). By doing this, they have confirmed the Safavids’ nobility, either unwillingly or unwillingly. Among the other effects mentioned in the history of the Safavid era about Amir al-Mu'minin (AS) are the issues raised about Imam Ali's holy shrine. These reports mainly speak of the pilgrimage of this holy place by the Safavid kings, the burial of the main figures of this period in the holy shrine and the news about the construction work of the holy shrine. Supplicating to the infallible Imams (AS) and asking help from them was one of the most common issues in the Safavid era, which, has not been ignored by the historians of this era and has been pointed out on several occasions. Safavid kings did most of these supplications and there are also stories of supplications of others. Of all the Imams (AS), Imam Ali (AS) was the main focus of such writings, and the second Imam was the center of attention was Imam Reza (AS) to whom people referred for help in the history of the Safavid period.   4. Conclusion The historians of the Safavid period have been the most effective individuals to introduce the Safavids' intentions and religious beliefs. In their writings, these historians, who, like the Safavids themselves, followed Twelver Shiism, supported the Safavid dynasty and advocated their actions in expanding Shiism in various ways. In the Safavid period, historians wrote about Ahlul Beit (peace be upon him) and, in particular, Imam Ali (AS), without creating a new style compared to their predecessors, they took advantage of the previous writing styles but gave them a religious fragrance, and focused on spreading Shiite culture. Historians of the Safavid period made great attempts to clarify the position of Amir al-Mu'minin (AS) in their works. They did so by focusing on the name of Imam Ali (PBUH) in an effort to explain the status of Imam Ali by narrating the dreams and vision, supplications, asking for help from the Imams and introducing the family of Safavid as the descendants of Imam Ali (AS) and spreading news about the holy shrine of Imam Ali. Considering the popularity of Imam Ali (AS) as a moral role model that was the link between Shiism and Sufism, the historians expressed the connection the Safavids had with the shining example of courage and spirituality, which could have turned the situation in favor of Safavids at the beginning of the ruling. The highest number of spiritual stories regarding Imam Ali in the historiography of Safavid era was related to Shah Ismail and Shah Tahmasb, and but later when Shia jurists took on the religious leadership and fought against Sufism, which had developed from the beginning of Shah Ismail’s ruling and reached its highest point during Shah Tahmasb’s ruling, rationality and pragmatism in religion took the place of dreaming and focusing on supernatural elements..

The Effect of Habitus on Practices Developed Under Multiple Institutional Logics

In this study, the effect of habitus on the practices developed by physicians under multiple institutional logics has been investigated. This study, examining the dynamics of practices developed at the micro-level through Bourdieu’s concept of habitus, shows how the historicity of the actors in the field is reflected in practices developed under multiple institutional logics. Particularly due to the consideration of the notions of capital and field, a different perspective is presented for the studies of multiple institutional logics in the study. This theoretical contribution has been demonstrated by an empirical study in the Turkish healthcare field, where multiple institutional logics have become highly visible since 2003. With the practices implemented after 2003, it has been observed that the cultural and symbolic capital of physicians has changed. Accordingly, it has been demonstrated that practices develop depending on ‘new type of medical habitus’ with the change in institutional logic and diversification in the field dynamics. Research findings have shown that different habituses are effective in the development of the logic of different applications, and that different sub-practices can be developed under these logics. As a result, it has been revealed that the concept of ‘habitus’, which refers to the reflection of ‘social’ dynamics in the actor, should be taken into consideration while analyzing the practices of actors under multiple institutional logics.

Analysis the Model of Employees' Leisure Time Management at the Workplace in Mix Method Approach

The present study aims to explain the model for employees' leisure management at the Workplace using the mix method approach and systematic grounded theory in its qualitative aspect. To this end, besides open interviewing with 16 university experts and managers of the selected hospitals in Shiraz City, a set of initial themes were collected via open coding process and some categories were extracted. Then, the connection among these categories was determined in axial coding stage under the titles such as causal conditions, the central phenomenon, strategies, intervening conditions, ground conditions, and consequences of leisure management in the framework of coding paradigm. In the selective coding stage, each element of the coding paradigm was explained and the model for employees' leisure management at the workplace was created. The fitness and   existing relationship of that qualitative pattern are evaluated with Amos 22 software with structural equation pattern and it is confirmed at the end.

Fibromialgia en Trabajo: explorando su Impacto en el Desempeño Laboral

Esta investigación cualitativa exploratoria pretende examinar la experiencia de la fibromialgia en el ámbito laboral y cómo la misma incide en el desempeño de las personas. Utilizamos el Modelo de Demandas y Recursos Laborales para entender cómo los recursos (laborales y personales) y las demandas afectan la efectividad en el trabajo de las personas con fibromialgia. Siete pacientes con fibromialgia residentes en Puerto Rico participaron en entrevistas semiestructuradas. Los resultados apuntan que la fibromialgia tiene un efecto negativo en el desempeño de tareas, principalmente si estas requieren de esfuerzo físico o continuidad en una misma postura por largos periodos. Además, el ambiente laboral incide en la sintomatología y está a su vez en el desempeño de las funciones. Por último, se presentan una serie de recomendaciones enmarcadas en la flexibilidad, recursos personales y la educación, las cuales buscan minimizar los efectos que tiene la fibromialgia en el trabajo.

Paradise, a Memory of Iranvij

Paradise is a word from ancient Iran which has entered Persian language and then from Iranian languages into all other languages in the world. The concept of paradise affected Islamic thought; though its concept has been altered in this outlook, establishing paradise, which has a long history in Iran, has continued in the Islamic period and its rearrangement have appeared in the carpet art in the form of paradisiac designs and ornaments. The word “paradise” and building places with this name appeared for first time in Achaemenid era and later it was imitated by Seleucids and Roman kings. In this study, it is tried to explore why places have been built with the name of paradise in Achaemenian period. In the proposed hypothesis, paradise is the manifestation of the ancient archetype of schema, i.e. the everlasting heaven, or Iranvij, in whose construction many factors play important roles; factors such as Iran’s geography, change in economic system of newcomer Aryans to the Iranian plateau from ranching to agriculture, and the political thought developed in Mede era.

Analysis of “Golriz”, a Love Story by Ziaodin ...

Nakhshabi’s Golriz, a story describing the love of prince Ajabmalek, son of the king of Turkestan, to Nushlab, Fairy King’s daughter, and the obstacles to their love. Written by Ziaodin Nakhshabi in 750 AH, “Golrize” reminds the reader of fairy stories like those in “One Thousand and one Nights”. Romantic and picaresque themes of traditional stories are also evident in this story. Although factors such as the creation of surprises, and imaginative settings make parts of this story accord with “One Thousand and One Nights”, nonconforming parts include matters as poet’s use of poetry and proverbs, inclusion of mystical themes, and an evident weakness of the plot. This study briefly introduces the author and presents an analysis of various structural and content aspects of “Golriz” from the perspective of elements of love stories.

Investigation The Relationship Between Impression Management and Job Burnout

The  present  study  was  conducted  to  investigate  the  relationship  between impression  management  and  job burnout. The study in terms of purpose  is  practical  and  in terms  of  methods  of  data  collection is survey  from  group  of  descriptive  researches. The  statistical  population  is  of  all  experts  employed  at  The  municipality of  region 6 of  Tehran 250  persons, the  number  of  sample  is 100 patients. The  tool  of  data collection  is  questionnaire  of  impression  management  is  provided  by Bolino  and  Turnley  and  questionnaire  of  job  burnout  is  provided  by Maslach. To analyze the data, is  used  the  Friedman  test, the  test  of  a  population  mean   and  tests  of  Two  sample  and  analysis  of  variance  and  correlation  test  of  Pearson by SPSS software. Research findings showed  that  according  to  results  of  The  Pearson  correlation test  there  is  a  significant  negative  correlation  between  components  self  promotion,    exemplification  and  supplication  and  job  burnout. but, a significant  relationship was  found  between  the  other  components. Also, there  is  the  between  total  score  impression  management and  job  burnout relationship (-0.492) and  significant. In  other  words, The  main  hypothese of  this  study is  confirmed

The purpose of this paper, an innovative leadership style as a factor in changing or creating proper strategy in organizations and The results of the studies on the organizational performance and achieve organizational goals. In terms of aim, this is an applied research, and in terms of data collection method, it is a descriptive – survey type study. Since statistical population consists of all Employees and directors of the Iranian aircraft company (HESA), the computed sample by Kokran sampling technique is 198 selected randomly as statistical population of the research. Questionnaire was the survey instrument and for testing hypothesis, structural equation modeling was used. the result showed that Innovative leader with a positive and significant impact on the transparency of the organization's strategy. Finally, recommendations are provided to improve the utility purposes and the Effectiveness of organizational performance.

A Model To Implement Of Strategic Plans

Strategic management contains three major stages, planning, implementation, and control, assessment. Implementation the strategies is the general stage of strategic management. setting up a strategy which never gone to be Implemented, is a waste. So the next step after setting the strategy is implementation, to transform long strategies to short activities and optimal targets. The implementation stage is the most difficult stages, since the ideas and strategic approach should transform to the practice. Many strategy plans just documented in organizations but there is no implementation, because manager dose not focuses to the implementation as well as setting the strategy. This paper emphases and focused to the specifications which can act as the variable to simplify implementation of strategies. In the other word the target of this study is to identify and determine suitable conditions in organizations to implement a strategy. In this paper two manufacturing companies (a public stock and a private stock) and a servicing company (private stock) is studied deeply and interviewed with more than 23 manager, advisor and, strategy planer across the companies. These companies had the documented strategy plan and implemented that strategy. Then by utilizing the fundamental Theory research methodology, the interviews texts were coded and various concepts and categories exported. These categories again approved by the interviewers and finally delivered a model base on the paradigm model framework. The constitutive factors of this model have shown how the strategic plans can implemented in a rational view. Actually this model has shown the transformation stage of strategy plan to the practice. In the other word the model determines the suitable conditions for implementation of the strategy. Using this model can fill the gap between setting a strategy and to put it in practice and make it implementable.

Combining AHP with Zero-One Goal Programming Technique for Selection of an Advanced Manufacturing System

To remain in the current competitive world as a manufacturingcompany, it is vital to use Advanced Manufacturing Systems (AMSs).AMS selection is now considered a strategic decision fororganizations, due to the effects it has on their future activities. Theprocess of decision-making involves some complexities which are notonly caused by the varied quantitative and qualitative factors involved,but also due to the conflictions between these factors, and the diverseviews of stakeholders. Thus, In order to choose AMS type, it isnecessary to take into account both the effective factors and thestakeholders' viewpoints; and finally, the most suitable system shouldbe recognized by the management, considering the limitations of thecompany’s resources. To date, different approaches have beendeveloped for AMS evaluation and selection, with their ownadvantages and disadvantages - some of them ignoring the qualitativefactors and others being time consuming, for instance. This papercombines the AHP method with zero-one goal programmingtechnique, enabling decision - makers to encompass diverse views ofstakeholders, and at the same time assess the conflicting factors. Theproposed method has been applied to a real world situation to furtherprove that this combined method can prepare more key information todecision-makers than the rest of the available technology-evaluatingmethods.

Survey of the influence of spirituality on efficiency of the banking industry

In recent years, the place of spirituality in organizations has been increasingly considered by managers, excecutives, employees, and researchers to be essential to the organization, s interactions with employees, customers, and the community. However, little attention has been paid in the literature to the investigation of spirituality as a cultural phenomenon that might influence organizational behavior It seems clear from the spirituality literature that people with higher levels of spirituality are healthier, happier, and more productive at work. The purpose of this thosis is considering the relationship between spirituality and efficiency of banking industry.

این پژوهش در یک سازمان دولتی انجام شد و طی آن رضایت شغلی، تعهد سازمانی و همچنین امنیت شغلی کارمندان از یکسو و ادراک آنان از شیوه های مدیریت از سوی دیگر مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در این بررسی، از یک مقیاس رضایت شغلی لینکلن بعنوان ملاک اعتبار، از مقیاس تعهد سازمانی پرتر، و همچنین از یک شاخص امنیت شغلی و شاخص های مدیریت پدرانه و ابعاد آن استفاده شد. این پژوهش نشان داد : 1. بین رضایت شغلی، تعهد سازمانی و امنیت شغلی همبستگی قابل توجه وجود دارد 2. کسانی که شیوه مدیریت را پدرانه تر ادراک کنند رضایت و امنتی شغلی و همچنین تعهد سازمانی بیشتری نیز بروز می دهند و 3. مدیریت پدرانه با مشورت با زیردستان، مشارکت دادن آنان در تصمیم گیریها و همچنین با توجه به خشنودی افراد تحت پوشش همبستگی مثبت دارد و با خودکامگی در تضاد است.

مقاله زیر با توجه به برنامه های پنج ساله دوم دولت و تاکید بر آموزش و پرورش نوشته شده است. ابتدا انواع برنامه ریزی ها را تشریح، سپس عواملی را که بر عرضه و تقاضای آموزش و پرورش و نقش دولت تاثیر می گذارد مورد بررسی قرار می دهد. نهایتا لزوم برنامه ریزی استراتژیک که آگاهی و استفاده از آن در طراحی یک نظام آموزشی موثرتر و کارامدتر حائز اهمیت فراوان است مورد تاکید قرار می گیرد.
