Annotated PIM Bibliography
Peter M. Kogge
Processing in Memory (PIM) and similar terms such as Compute In Memory (CIM), Logic in Memory (LIM), In Memory Computing (IMC), and Near Memory Computing (NMC) have gained attention recently as a potentially ``revolutionary new'' technique. The truth, however, is that many examples of the technology go back over 60 years. This document attempts to provide an annotated bibliography of PIM technology that attempts to cover the whole time-frame, and is organized to augment a forth-coming article.

Social Network Analysis of Editorial Board Interlocking Phenomena from the Perspective of Astronomy and Astrophysics Journals
Farshid Danesh, Samaneh Kesht Karan, Lili Banihashemi
et al.
Editorial board members (EBMs) of journals play a pivotal role in authentic international scientific journals. Editorial Board Interlocking (EBI) phenomenon reflects the effectiveness and importance of the scholarly journal's editorial boards in various scientific fields. The primary purpose of this paper is to conduct a Social Network Analysis (SNA) of EBI phenomena from the perspective of astronomy and astrophysics journals. The present study is applied research based on EBI, SNA, and the descriptive-analytical approach. The statistical population of this study consists of the editorial board members of all journals of astronomy and astrophysics indexed in the JCR and official journal websites. There are 1597 job positions in 67 astronomy and astrophysics journals occupied by the 1394 scholars. Data analysis shows EBI for 95 scholars and 79 organizations. "Aleksei A. Starobinsky" from Russia and the Russian Academy of Sciences, "Daniel J. Scheeres" from the United States, and the University of Colorado Boulder have the highest EBI contributions in five journals. "Daniel J. Scheeres," with a centrality of 39, has the highest degree of centrality measurement among the EBMs. The presence of more than five times as many men as women indicates that astronomy and astrophysics journals are considered "masculine" by the editorial board. The EBI phenomenon is observed in astronomy and astrophysics journals due to the limited number of peop le eligible for the editorial board. Due to EBI, a limited number of famous scholars are made macro-policies such as publishing the articles, referees selections, and the reviewing process. Astronomy and astrophysics journals have "elite" academic networks. Gender inequality exists among EBMs, and the majority of them are male. Accordingly, these journals are "men's journals."

Commemorating Anniversaries of the Life and Work of Francysk Skaryna in Lithuania from the Viewpoint of Book Studies and Scholarly Communication
Aušra Navickienė
The aim of this article is to reconstruct the history of how anniversaries of Francysk Skaryna’s life and work were commemorated in the Lithuanian academic environment. It looks for answers to questions of when these anniversaries began to be celebrated in Lithuania, which part of the academic community was involved in these activities, and how they have contributed to the dissemination of the knowledge of book studies.
The author analysed scholarly events and anniversary publications dedicated to Francysk Skaryna by discussing the authors and the content of scholarly publishing results, as well as the organizers, topics, and participant geography of scholarly events. Collection of data from written sources, such as various bibliographic resources, official documents, memoirs, and informational articles published in periodicals in various historical periods, was aided by examining informational and scholarly publications de visu and applying other methods of historical research. The collected historical facts were studied in the context of Skaryna studies and the historiography of the Lithuanian book, evaluated from the viewpoint of scholarly communication and systematized by using the already-established periodization of Lithuanian book studies.

Furthering a Comprehensive SETI Bibliography
Julia LaFond, Jason T. Wright, Macy J. Huston
In 2019, Reyes & Wright used the NASA Astrophysics Data System (ADS) to initiate a comprehensive bibliography for SETI accessible to the public. Since then, updates to the library have been incomplete, partly due to the difficulty in managing the large number of false positive publications generated by searching ADS using simple search terms. In preparation for a recent update, the scope of the library was revised and reexamined. The scope now includes social sciences and commensal SETI. Results were curated based on five SETI keyword searches: "SETI", "technosignature", "Fermi Paradox," "Drake Equation", and "extraterrestrial intelligence." These keywords returned 553 publications that merited inclusion in the bibliography that were not previously present. A curated library of false positive results is now concurrently maintained to facilitate their exclusion from future searches. A search query and workflow was developed to capture nearly all SETI-related papers indexed by ADS while minimizing false positives. These tools will enable efficient, consistent updates of the SETI library by future curators, and could be adopted for other bibliography projects as well.
Homogeneity and related topics: An extended bibliography
Gregory Cherlin
We give a bibliography of works relating to homogeneous structures in the sense of Fraïssé, and related topics, mainly through 2016, with some narrow updating through 2021. We first give a list arranged by topics, with references to the main bibliogrphay, which follows.
How Long Can We Build It? Ensuring Usability of a Scientific Code Base
Klaus Rechert, Jurek Oberhauser, Rafael Gieschke
Software and in particular source code became an important component of scientific publications and henceforth is now subject of research data management. Maintaining source code such that it remains a usable and a valuable scientific contribution is and remains a huge task. Not all code contributions can be actively maintained forever. Eventually, there will be a significant backlog of legacy source-code. In this article we analyse the requirements for applying the concept of long-term reusability to source code. We use simple case study to identify gaps and provide a technical infrastructure based on emulator to support automated builds of historic software in form of source code.

Bibliography of distributed approximation beyond bounded degree
Laurent Feuilloley
This document is an informal bibliography of the papers dealing with distributed approximation algorithms. A classic setting for such algorithms is bounded degree graphs, but there is a whole set of techniques that have been developed for other classes. These later classes are the focus of the current work. These classes have a geometric nature (planar, bounded genus and unit-disk graphs) and/or have bounded parameters (arboricity, expansion, growth, independence) or forbidden structures (forbidden minors).

Towards a Comprehensive Bibliography for SETI
Alan Reyes, Jason T. Wright
In this work, we motivate, describe, and announce a living bibliography for academic papers and other works published in the Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence (SETI). The bibliography makes use of bibliographic groups (bibgroups) in the NASA Astrophysics Data System (ADS), allowing it to be accessed and searched by any interested party, and is composed only of works which have a presence on the ADS. We establish criteria that describe the scope of our bibliography, which we define as any academic work which broadly: 1) advances knowledge within SETI, 2) deals with topics that are fundamentally related to or about SETI, or 3) is useful for the better understanding of SETI, and which has a presence on ADS. We discuss the future work needed to continue the development of the bibliography. The bibliography can be found by using the bibgroup field (bibgroup: SETI) in the ADS search engine.

Homonym Detection in Curated Bibliographies: Learning from dblp's Experience (full version)
Marcel R. Ackermann, Florian Reitz
Identifying (and fixing) homonymous and synonymous author profiles is one of the major tasks of curating personalized bibliographic metadata repositories like the dblp computer science bibliography. In this paper, we present and evaluate a machine learning approach to identify homonymous author bibliographies using a simple multilayer perceptron setup. We train our model on a novel gold-standard data set derived from the past years of active, manual curation at the dblp computer science bibliography.
Parameter and State Estimation in Queues and Related Stochastic Models: A Bibliography
Azam Asanjarani, Yoni Nazarathy
This is an annotated bibliography on estimation and inference results for queues and related stochastic models. The purpose of this document is to collect and categorise works in the field, allowing for researchers and practitioners to explore the various types of results that exist. Our focus is on papers that deal with mathematical queueing models as well as related stochastic models motivated by queues. We attempted to make this bibliography exhaustive, yet there are possibly some papers that we have missed. As it is updated continuously, additions and comments are welcomed. Note that this bibliography is also a companion to our survey of parameter and state estimation in queues [20].
