The transition towards 5G-based smart network industries is concomitant with a fundamental change of the traditional physical infrastructures driven by digitalization which pervades all decision-relevant components of the infrastructure value chains. The goal of this paper is to develop a network economic foundation for 5G-based network slicing based on a generalization of the concept of virtual networks combining a required sequence of virtual networks in order to fulfill the necessities of smart network industries. The key concept to analyze the economic incentives of the different actors involved is the well-established concept of opportunity costs of usage of scarce network resources. The allocation problem of traffic service providers fundamentally differs from the allocation problem of virtual network providers. Whereas interoperability and interconnection between different virtual networks are not standardized significant standardization efforts via network slicing can be observed in particular from the perspective of end-to-end QoS guarantees. 5G-based big data use cases with cross-border challenges for network slicing, and the subsequent interoperability of virtual networks, enable tremendous potential for innovation in smart physical infrastructures. The 5G-based European Future Railway Mobile Communication System and cross-border oriented, 5G-based connected, cooperative, and automated mobility applications are investigated with a large and open set of heterogeneous use cases requiring cross-border standardization of QoS-differentiated network slices.

This chapter proposes methods for assessing the quality of entry into the glide path using autocorrelation functions and regarding the psycho-physiological state of the human operator. This is due to the possible increase in the psycho-physiological tension of a human operator in special flight situations. The analysis of the pilot's ability to control the trajectory of the aircraft is presented. A method for alerting the crew about the failure in the system for obtaining data on the angle of attack and airspeed to prevent non-coordinated turn is given. The majority of the calculations are based on the method of determining the correlation fields during the flight.

This chapter states the result of the development of optimal control methods for deterministic discontinuous systems of optimal control problems for deterministic compound dynamical systems (CDS) with branching paths. The necessary conditions for optimality of the CDS branching paths are formulated in the form convenient for subsequent development of algorithms for the operational synthesis of these paths. The optimality conditions developed by the authors allow both preliminary and in real time (on-line) optimization of the CDS branching paths. The need for an operational synthesis of the CDS branching trajectory is caused by the inaccuracy of prior knowledge of information about the factors affecting CDS movement which are critical for the implementation of the CDS end-use. The developed conditions are universal for solving problems with any finite number of branches of a branching trajectory and are focused on the use of artificially intelligent systems which allow analyzing the structure of optimal control of CDS components as they move along the path branches.

The paper is devoted to luxury industries. They produce goods and demands on the basis of creativity and heritages. The management of their heritages is the key point of their strategic management.
