General M.P. Stepanov and Establishment of Museum of Fine Arts Named after Emperor Alexander III

This study investigates various aspects related to the formation of one of Russia's most important modern museums — the State Museum of Fine Arts named after A.S. Pushkin in Moscow, originally known as the Museum of Fine Arts named after Emperor Alexander III before the Revolution. It specifically examines General M.P. Stepanov’s involvement in creating this museum under the patronage of Grand Duke Sergei Alexandrovich. The research draws on extensive correspondence between key figures such as I.V. Tsvetaev and Y.S. Nekhaev-Maltsev, along with diaries of Grand Duke Sergei Alexandrovich and other archival materials. For the first time, it highlights previously unexplored contributions made by M.P. Stepanov during two distinct periods: from 1897 to 1905 while Grand Duke Sergei was alive, and then again from 1905 until 1912 following his assassination up through the official opening of the museum. This analysis reveals specific characteristics of Stepanov's activities within the Committee responsible for establishing the museum at each stage. Ultimately, it concludes that Stepanov played a pivotal role in ensuring the successful establishment of the institution.

Exploring Effective Reading Strategies: Enhancing Text Comprehension and Pedagogical Approaches in Diverse Learning Settings

Abstract: This research explores the intricate realm of effective reading strategies seeking to understand the text better and pedagogical approaches across diverse learning settings. The research problem identifies complex efficacy in the diversity of reading strategies. Methodologically, it attempts to explore and explain contextual nuances that determine reading practices and their impacts on comprehension. Key areas in study discuss effectiveness of various strategies, assumptions with respect to reading strategies and comprehension. The effectiveness of the practice of reading is dependent on context, and contributions to the understanding of reading processes. The structure of the research goes largely through key findings, assumptions, contextual influences, and contributions, thus offering a broad perspective on including various domains of effective reading strategies. Yet, the study does acknowledge that there are certain in-built limitations in research, thereby reflecting some insight into the complexities and challenges that the researcher may have experienced throughout this study. A Study of Nietzsche's Concept of Ubermensch in David and Uriah by Abbas Nalbandian

Seasoning his dialogues with politics, philosophy and various other subjects, Abbas Nalbandian presents his argument about the mirage of truth through poetic and literary expressions. Although Nalbandian has been influenced by Western philosophers and playwrights, he has been successful in localizing such influences in his works. Reading David and Uriah from the perspective of the Nietzschean Ubermensch shows that not only does Nalbandian transform this concept into an artistic work, but also he uses it both as an ideological springboard and a structural element in organizing his play. The present paper emphasizes the importance of reading David and Uriah through a Nietzschean interpretive framework and explores the role that Nietzsche’s thought plays in this work. The methodology is, therefore, comparative and interdisciplinary. We discuss the ways in which Nietzsche’s idea contributes to a new understanding of David and Uriah’s main character and the play’s artistic form. Moreover, the paper shows he ways inwhich this knowledge provides readers with a better understanding of the playwright as an artist and an individual. The findings of this study demonstrate how Nalbandian, by drawing on Nitzchean philosophy, has localized and appropriated the concept of Ubermensch in David and Uriah and, thus, enriched Persian literature.

ان دراسة موضوع الجندري او المساواة بين الرجل والمرأة فأن اول ما يهمنا هي التمييز التعليمي الجندري ،حيث يعد التعليم الخطوة على طريق التحرر الفكري والثقافي للإنسان عموما و للمرأة خصوصاً يعدها المربية الاولى في الاسرة ، وان امكانية تعزيز عنصر الاناث في مستويات التعليم المختلفة والتي تكمن فيها بوادر التقدم الثقافي الذي هو في حقيقته التغير نحو الافضل ن وان عملية التنمية والتطوير الاجتماعي و السياسي والثقافي تتأثر بمدى مساهمة المواطنين كلهم دون تمييز ، من خلال الاليات التي يمكن اعتمادها لرفع مكانة المرأة في الاسرة وفي المجتمع وبالتالي تمكينها اقتصاديا واجتماعيا .

Conceptual normalization of senar terminological neologisms

Abstract: Terminologies’ Conceptual Normalization (P. I. Coulibaly, 2018, p. 429), a linguistic approach of terminology normalization within the theoretical framework of optimal terminology (P. I. Coulibaly, 2016) is based on the morphological (K. O. Yéo, 2012) and syntactic rules (A. D. Assanvo, 2010) of the language to be enriched with specific terminologies for a given terminological domain. In fact, the conceptual normalization is applied to the education domain in order to formalize into orthographic scripture the educational concepts’ denominations in senar language for teaching/learning senar language in Côte d’Ivoire modern educational system. The objective of Optimal Terminology Conceptual Normalization is the adaptation of the «mental lexicon» (I. Plag, 2003) collected from senar speaking community to the senar specialized lexicon of teaching/learning domain.

L’image de la France dans Freie Gedanken zur Verbesserung der menschlichen Gesellschaft (1752) de Johann Michael von Loen

The study focuses on the image of France that emerges from the various essays by J.M. von Loen (1694-1776), which were published in the Freie Gedanken zur Verbesserung der menschlichen Gesellschaft (1752) and hitherto little discussed by critics. It tries to assess the part of gallophobia which characterizes those essays, in the spirit of the anti-French libels of the 17th century. The first part of the study focuses on the psychological portrait of the French, which oscillates between nuances and stereotypes. The second part is devoted to the denunciation of French hegemony which takes different forms. The final part shows how Loen pleads for change in the balance of European Powers, this balance being threatened by France.

Improvement of Organization Management Performing Arts Ludruk Irama Budaya Sinar Nusantara

Purpose: Ludruk has a socio-cultural role for the people of East Java in the effort to preserve and develop the local culture. Especially as performing arts, ludruk can act as entertainment that can be enjoyed by various layers of society in East Java, the purpose of this study is: Describe the Improvement of the Management of the Organization of Performing Arts Ludruk Irama Sinar Nusantara Culture. Design/methodology/approach: This research is a qualitative sociological phenomenological study, based on the literature review. The data in this study form qualitative data consisting of three types, namely data behavior, oral data, and writing data. Instruments in this study are researchers themselves. Data analysis in this research consists of several activities that are done jointly, according to Miles and Huberman data reduction, display data and conclusion drawing / verification. Findings: The results of this study are: 1) In general in the approach of critical theorists of art and entertainment ludruk is the idea that they deserve attention for three reasons. First, the contents of art and works present a potentially revealing story of the human, social, and world way of working in the same way as the myth that offers a mimetic representation of the world of life experience. Secondly, ludruk as a means of art and entertainment produced reflects something from the way people live with real conditions is significant. Third, ludruk as an art, if not entertainment how able to entertain the fans as they start to switch to other entertainment. 2) Changes in the paradigm of technical managers in management skills so that the focus to practice the skills required to successfully manage ludruk seriously from various circles to preserve and develop it, to build maximum functional relationships with internal and external clients, it must have a management infusion by adopting the model most recently covering the organizational structure, the function of the marketing channel for the performing arts will lead to the improvement of the delivery of performing arts through more effective inter-organizational management, or certain services to predetermined consumption points, and more importantly improved performance is a change organizations in which managers and organizations that organize organizations place and manage programs that measure the current level of organizational performance and then generate ideas to modify organizational behavior and infrastructure incorporated into the temp at to achieve higher results. Este número de Inmaterial rastrea debates emergentes sobre el posthumanismo en una amplia gama de perspectivas y considera ejemplos de prácticas de diseño emergentes que enfatizan las interrelaciones entre los actores humanos y los no humanos. Los cuatro artículos que lo conforman trazan un itinerario que transita desde “Hablar con las cosas: antropomorfismo, causalidad e incertidumbre”, de Alexandre Viladrich; “Erótica, vínculos e interdependencia. Diseños de cuidado”, de Jaron Rowan; “Posthumanismo y búsquedas autocompletadas”, de Pablo Sánchez, hasta “La mirada tecnológica en los siglos XIX y XX: fundamentos del diseño de herramientas y metodologías basadas en el control”, de Paloma González Díaz, para informar sobre el desarrollo de nuevas metodologías y prácticas en el campo del diseño y mostrar que las perspectivas emergentes en este ámbito pueden apoyar valores como justicia, igualdad, entrelazamiento, interdependencia, etc.., entre diferentes actores humanos y no humanos, cuando tradicionalmente estos últimos habían sido ignorados en los procesos del diseño.

Esse texto apresenta um relato de experiência referente ao desenvolvimento da prática instrumental e composicional realizado com três turmas da disciplina de flauta doce em um curso de Licenciatura em Música ao longo de dois semestres. As variações foram analisadas por critérios musicais e de execução. Como aporte teórico, são considerados os conhecimentos e habilidades musicais (BALLANTYNE, 2005, 2006), os conhecimentos do conteúdo da matéria (SHULMAN, 1986) e conhecimentos e habilidades do conteúdo (WEICHSELBAUM, 2013), neste caso, a disciplina flauta doce. Ao finalizarmos essas reflexões, ressaltamos o quanto essa atividade foi instigante e desafiadora não só para os nossos alunos, mas também para nós professoras, no sentido de ampliarmos os nossos fazeres musicais em sala de aula e trabalharmos com diferentes propostas para a flauta doce no contexto do Ensino Superior, inclusive com o propósito de exercitarmos a escrita e análise de partituras e textos em conjunto.

Para discutir essa ideia, exploramos a série de Polagens do artista brasileiro Marcos Bonisson, que combina tiras de polaroides de maneira a mixar diferentes espaços e tempos.

Tecendo memórias e ausências: Autobiografia como matéria da arte

Este artigo buscou compreender a autobiografia como matéria da arte tendo como referência os  artistas Louise Bourgeois, Frida Kahlo e José Leonilson. Bourgeois transforma suas memórias, perdas e traumas em arte. Kahlo dribla a dor, expressa sua paixão pela vida. Leonilson enfrenta a proximidade da morte. Encontrei conexão com estes artistas cujas vidas e obras se confundem. O procedimento metodológico parte da investigação teórica e do trabalho prático em relação dialética ao longo de todo o processo. De Gaston Bachelard, interessa o conceito de casa/corpo, como lugar da dimensão onírica da recordação. Philippe Lejeune discute autobiografia e a escrita de diário com a função de conservar a memória. E Georges Didi-Huberman trata a ausência como presença, vestígio, e a pele como lugar dos sinais tanto do envelhecimento/memória quanto do  desejo/toque. Resultaram desse processo três obras que se conectam aos artistas elencados e aos conceitos trazidos pelos teóricos, e evidenciam o uso da memória, da autobiografia e das ausências como expressão singular.     Palavras-chave:  Memórias. UT PICTURA POESIS: ENTRE PALAVRA E IMAGEM

O artigo pretende discutir as relações entre palavra e imagem, apresentando uma revisão da polêmica nomeada ut pictura poesis (poesia é como pintura), derivada de uma frase de Horácio e presente em vários momentos da história da arte ocidental. A reflexão procura compreender as relações entre palavra e imagem na contemporaneidade a partir de suas raízes mais remotas. O texto parte da leitura de uma obra da artista brasileira Marilá Dardot, de 2016, intitulada Demão. Nesse trabalho, texto e imagem se coadunam, colaborando ambos de modo equilibrado para a fruição. Ao se indagar sobre esse aspecto, o artigo procura questionar as relações entre a poesia e a pintura, discutindo o percurso histórico dos questionamentos a esse respeito em diferentes períodos, incluindo algumas manifestações da antiguidade, do renascimento, do século dezoito e do período das vanguardas.

Anila Hanxari

Anila Hanxhari nació en Durrës (Albania) y vive en Lanciano (Italia). Es poetisa, pintora, narradora, traductora y presidenta de la asociación cultural Italfida, con la que ha ideado y organizado diversas actividades culturales y congresos internacionales. Actualmente es directora responsable del sector cultural de Ascom Abruzzo ocupándose de la iniciativa “Poesia e Impresa”. Ha publicado las antologías de poesía Io tu e l’Anima (Ianieri, 1997), Assopita erba dell’est (Noubs, 2002), Cicatrici d’acqua (Noubs, 2007, con prólogo de Giuseppe Conte), Brindisi degli angeli (La Vita Felice, 2012, con prólogo de Maurizio Cucchi), Tiro a sorte la libertà (Tabula Fati, 2016, con prólogo de Davide Rondoni y Rolando D’Alonzo). Sus poemas han aparecido, entre otras, en las antologías Nuovissima poesia italiana (Oscar Mondadori, 2005, editada por Antonio Riccardi y Maurizio Cucchi), La parola che ricostruisce. Poeti italiani per l’Aquila (Tracce, 2009), además de en la colección Specchio de La Stampa y en numerosas revistas. Ha ganado diferentes premios, como el Premio Camaiore-Proposta (2002), el Premio Matacotta a la opera prima 2003, el Premio Valle Senio o el premio Poesia nella vita (2011).

«Quadri di Lorenzo Loto numero cinque»: documenti e ipotesi sulla dispersione dei dipinti dalla guardaroba della Santa Casa di Loreto / «Quadri di Lorenzo Loto numero cinque» (Five paintings by Lorenzo Lotto): documents and hypothesis about the dispersion of the paintings from the wardrobe of the Holy House of Loreto

Il contributo presenta alcuni documenti inediti su Lorenzo Lotto in grado di ampliare le conoscenze sul pittore veneto e sulle sue opere rimaste a Loreto dopo la morte. Alcune annotazioni contabili permettono di avanzare nuove ipotesi sulla consegna della pala Amici di Jesi, ultimo dipinto d'altare dell'artista. Un inventario della guardaroba del palazzo apostolico di Loreto del 1563 cita con certezza almeno sette dipinti di Lorenzo Lotto, quadri passati al santuario dopo l'oblazione del 1554. Nel 1580, infine, due «quadri in carta», identificabili con due cartoni delle tarsie di Bergamo, venivano venduti al governatore della Santa Casa Vincenzo Casali.  É così possibile riaprire la questione dell'ultimo periodo del maestro veneto a Loreto e individuare delle tracce per la dispersione di alcune delle sue opere.  The paper presents some unpublished documents on Lorenzo Lotto able to increase knowledge on the Venetian painter and his works remained in Loreto after his death. Some notes of account allow us to advance new hypotheses about the delivery of the Amici Altarpiece for Jesi, the last altarpiece of the artist. An inventory of the wardrobe of the Apostolic Palace of Loreto, dated 1563, mentions at least seven paintings by Lorenzo Lotto, passed to the sanctuary after the artist's oblation in 1554. In 1580, finally, two "pictures on paper," identified with two cartons of marquetries from Bergamo, were sold to the governor of the Holy House Vincenzo Casali. It is possible to reopen the question of the last period of the Venetian master in Loreto and identify the traces for the dispersion of some of his works.
