El escrito transita desde la obra de Marx hasta el pensamiento de Wittgenstein y Vygotsky, con el objetivo de establecer las prácticas como fundamento del pensamiento teórico. Para ello, se examina brevemente la crítica de Marx a Feuerbach, a fin de esclarecer la relación entre materialismo e historia en su obra. Sin embargo, el foco principal radica en analizar hasta qué punto Marx logra reformular la conexión entre pensamiento y acción. El ensayo concluye con una visión panorámica del legado de Wittgenstein y Vygotsky, quienes explican cómo la mente se construye a partir de las prácticas sociales y cómo es posible replantear las nociones de acción y regla sin incurrir en un subjetivismo innecesario.

En este trabajo revisaré uno de los argumentos habituales para refutar que los animales pueden ser considerados sujetos de derecho. El argumento en cuestión sostiene que los animales no pueden ser sujetos de derecho porque son incapaces de contraer obligaciones. La forma canónica de responder a este cuestionamiento es apelar a los argumentos de la “superposición de especies” –hay humanos sin dicha capacidad que igual son sujetos de derecho– y al de la “relevancia moral” –una característica que no tiene relación con la necesidad de tener la protección que otorgan los derechos–. A nivel jurídico, ambos argumentos se traducen en que esta incapacidad de hecho no es obstáculo para ser sujeto de derecho –en el caso humano–. Aunque todo esto es obvio, el argumento de las obligaciones persiste en fallos y doctrina. En este trabajo tomaré en serio el argumento de las obligaciones y propondré que la forma de refutarlo es revisar la teoría política que lo apoya. Dicha teoría será evaluada a la luz de la propuesta de Donaldson y Kymlicka sobre la ciudadanía para los demás animales. En su propuesta teórica, los autores sostienen que los animales sí pueden cumplir con algunas obligaciones y de hecho ya lo hacen en las sociedades interespecies actuales.

Norsk fremtidskrigs- og invasjonslitteratur fra årene før 1914 har i liten grad blitt studert og analysert av historikere. Denne artikkelen viser at sjangeren hadde fått et fotfeste i Norge i tiåret før utbruddet av første verdenskrig, og at norske forfattere i stor grad var inspirert av og fulgte europeiske trender innenfor sjangerens utvikling. Artikkelen setter norsk fremtidskrigs- og invasjonslitteratur inn i en større skandinavisk kontekst, og viser at fortellingene kun i unntakstilfeller kan benyttes for å forklare eller analysere noen form for førkrigsstemning eller folkemening i Norge.

Durante a Primeira República Portuguesa, António Sérgio escreveu ensaios nos quais propôs um racionalismo aberto, uma pedagogia trabalhista e uma interpretação da história de Portugal, onde as circunstâncias materiais, as práticas, os interesses económicos condicionavam as atitudes mentais dos agentes históricos. Sérgio inspirou-se na filosofia do trabalho de Proudhon, interessandose pelas discussões francesas sobre a origem prática/técnica da inteligência humana e do papel da técnica no desenvolvimento científico, discussões que envolveram Bergson, Durkheim e Louis Weber. Foi a partir dessa perspectiva pragmatista que realçou o papel das navegações portuguesas e da atitude de experimentalismo, de humanismo científico, que atribuía a algumas figuras da elite portuguesa do século XVI, bem como o interesse de Galileu pelas técnicas, que favoreceu o seu desenvolvimento da nova física, conduzindo à Revolução Científica.

Introduction. The article considers the modern Russian Cossacks as a complex social object in the trinity of interpersonal, intragroup and intrapersonal communications. The ethno markers of the Cossacks that influence the perception of “friend or foe” are determined; the problem of the concept of the network capital of the Cossacks is formulated.Methodology and sources. The section formulates the construction of network capital from the point of view of structuring social relations in the network approach, and from the point of view of the culture of interactive communication in the network space. The main approaches to the definition and measurement of network capital are shown, its specificity for the social group of Cossack youth is revealed. The network model of the Cossacks and Cossack youth is described as a whole and its part. The role of state-forming values in the Cossack environment is shown. The largest network Cossack youth organizations from different regions of Russia are presented.Results and discussion. The article describes the methodology for researching network capital, organized at the All-Russian Gathering of Cossack Youth in the fall of 2021 in the city of Krasnoyarsk. On the basis of four groups of values of the Cossack youth, namely social, personal, values of the Cossacks and values of the direct contact environment, a network analysis of positive and negative relationships, as well as relationships in subgroups of values, is carried out. As a comparative analysis, the results of measuring the network capital of students of the IT faculty of the evening department are used, which show a clear professional orientation and belonging to a generalized supranational community of IT specialists and a low team-building potential. The authors conclude that the construction of “network capital” is more often used in an empirical sense to obtain information about the mechanisms of access to resources or some kind of influence through network relations.Conclusion. In general, the theory of “network capital” is in the process of its formation and requires further scientific understanding. In the ongoing process of institutionalization of the Cossacks, contradictions often arise between the traditions and values of modern society, which the Cossack youth seeks to resolve in a compromise way. It is concluded that the network capital of the Cossack youth is in the stage of its active accumulation and continuous transformations.

Neste artigo apresento traduções inéditas em português de várias cartas de e a Friedrich Nietzsche durante década de 1880, visando esclarecer alguns aspectos da relação entre o filósofo e sua irmã Elisabeth. Embora o episódio envolvendo Lou von Salomé, Paul Rée e Nietzsche em 1882 tenha deixado marcas profundas, o estudo da correspondência deixa bastante claro que o problema do anti-semitismo de sua irmã era de longe o tema que mais o incomodava.

Resumo: O presente esforço investigativo visa esquadrinhar discursos reproduzidos pelo episcopado católico em oposição ao lançamento do 3º Programa Nacional de Direitos Humanos (PNDH-3). Ao analisar reações do alto escalão da Igreja, procura-se sondar o repertório que pauta a institucionalidade católica em suas intervenções políticas contemporâneas, que dizem respeito, no mais das vezes, ao campo da moralidade, com especial predileção pela moralidade de cunho sexual. Na trincheira contrária ao PNDH-3, bispos chancelaram seus posicionamentos com o uso de justificativas laicas. Iniciativas episcopais revelaram-se respaldadas por uma gramática fundada no jusnaturalismo e na Constituição. Em suma, adotou-se o repertório dos direitos com a finalidade mesma de cercear direitos.

The article analyzes the practice of using the evaluation techniques to assess the investment climate of the municipality, which will stimulate entrepreneurship. The methodology of the National Rating of the Investment Climate in the Subjects of the Russian Federation is taken as the basis for the adapted methodology. The indicators of the municipal authorities opportunities to provide conditions for attracting investments and stimulating business activity on their territory are presented. In the proposed methodology there are 34 indicators, which are divided into 4 areas: «Regulatory environment», «Business institutions», «Infrastructure and resources», «Support of small business». For each area methods of calculation of indicators are proposed considering their particular implementation in municipalities. Sources of information for calculating the indicators are statistical data, expert evaluation and surveys of local entrepreneurs. In conclusion, methodical recommendations on the use of adapted methods for assessing the investment climate and stimulating entrepreneurial activity in the municipality are given.

Este artigo desenvolve uma refl exão sobre o conceito de estudo do movimento voltado para a preparação técnica do intérprete de dança contemporânea - entendendo a mesma como uma das possíveis artes da cena. Desenvolvemos primeiramente uma refl exão sobre a dança contemporânea, seus primórdios e infl uências. Refl etimos em seguida sobre a importância da relação do artista da cena contemporânea com seu corpo próprio e adotamos o estudo da fenomenologia de Merleau-Ponty como diretriz metodológica para se pensar a dança. Este artigo parte da idéia de que o conceito de preparação corporal atual não signifi ca mais uma linguagem que o dançarino deva dominar para dançar. O conceito de estudo do movimento desenvolvido na atualidade coloca o dançarino contemporâneo dentro de um outro paradigma - a técnica como instrumento de auto-conhecimento. Não se precisa de um corpo formatado dentro de uma estética específi ca, mas um corpo disponível - energia e vida conduzida para um processo de criatividade e expressão. Dança-se com o corpo que se tem, com seu corpo próprio, e não com o corpo que se imagina ter

Este artículo pretende destacar el valor histórico, social y cultural que se puede extraer de estos escritos. De esta forma, se procurará ofrecer una leve visión sobre diversos aspectos del Japón de segunda mitad del siglo XVI: un mundo diametralmente opuesto al occidental y con el que los padres hubieron de convivir hasta su definitivo asentamiento.

The present work deals with autobiographic memory, educative background and gender roles. It is based in socio–cultural psychology research supporting the relationship between context and the development of cognitive processes. 96 structured interviews were made in Cd. Victoria, Tamaulipas to men and women with different educative background: literacy, basic education and university, they ranged between 30 and 55 years old. Personal recollections analysis is based in the categories proposed by Wang (Wang 2001, Wang y Conway 2004). Roles of main characters present in the autobiographical narratives were also investigated using family, educational, work, recreational, and sport contexts. The results shows that women childhood narratives centered in social themes, it has more emotional expresions and the roles are related to child care, domestic work and the enjoyment of school work. Men narratives content is about their own wishes and interests, it has less emotional verbal expressions, they are prone to help with child care but not with domestic work, besides, they show a bigger interest in sports. It was also found that the greater the educative background, the larger the narrative production.

Poser un regard anthropologique sur le concert symphonique amène à le considérer comme un rituel, à savoir comme une pratique collectivement instituée où le groupe s’affirme à lui-même. Ce rituel, l’anthropologie structurale nous a appris à l’appréhender comme la manifestation d’un système symbolique, système de classement inconscient de la réalité porté par la société où il se déroule. Mais si l’appréhension structuraliste offre des outils inestimables pour le replacer dans son contexte social, elle échoue selon nous à pénétrer son sens le plus profond, qui ne saurait se limiter à un acte de classement et d’explication du monde. Ainsi, poser la question de la sacralité dans le concert symphonique nous semble être une piste féconde afin de comprendre que ce rituel, parmi d’autres, permet à la société de projeter ses angoisses dans un en-dehors d’elle même dont elle est créatrice, afin qu’elles lui reviennent porteuses de sens. Dès lors, les modifications du statut de la sacralité dans ce rituel permettraient d’interroger des éléments de crise sociale et de représentations présents aussi, par homologie, dans le discours politique ou dans d’autres sphères de l’activité sociale. Le sacré ne serait donc pas seulement le voile de l’aliénation et de la domination : il serait au contraire indispensable à l’existence de groupes humains. Dès lors, la question de la liberté humaine et de la politique se poserait en termes de régimes plus ou moins critiques, distanciés et réflexifs de la sacralité.
