This study examines the changing landscape of inclusive education in the era of digital transformation, with a special focus on the innovative role of media classes. Designed to provide equal learning opportunities for students with disabilities, inclusive education aims to ensure accessibility while promoting meaningful social integration. Media classes are an example of this approach, using digital platforms and adaptive technologies to create a personalized learning environment that meets the diverse needs of students. These classes provide access to advanced tools and resources that support both academic achievement and the development of basic practical skills, including digital literacy and multimedia content creation. The discussion highlighted how digital platforms enhance the quality of education through features such as accessibility, personalized learning paths and increased engagement. Tools such as screen readers, text-to-speech technologies, and learning management systems enable students to interact with educational content in a way that suits their specific sensory, cognitive, or physical needs. By encouraging autonomy and independent learning, these technologies enable students to organize their own educational journeys. However, the study also examines the problems that hinder the full integration of digital technologies into inclusive education. Insufficient infrastructure, inadequate teacher training and limited financial resources are identified as the main obstacles. The need for strategic planning in infrastructure development, teacher training and curriculum innovations is emphasized to ensure the effective implementation of inclusive practices. The study concludes by highlighting the significant social and professional benefits of integrating digital technologies into inclusive education. By providing students with disabilities with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in an increasingly digital world, these initiatives not only expand individual potential, but also contribute to a more inclusive and equitable society. The study calls for an active policy and continuous efforts to support the continuous development of inclusive educational systems.

The current study aims to investigate the impact of Goods and Services Tax (GST) revenue on the economic growth of the Indian economy. The study has used the Auto Regressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) modeling by collecting the data from August, 2017 to March, 2024. The results depict that GST revenue has a positive impact on the economic growth of the Indian economy in both short and long run. Similarly, the results assert that foreign direct investment and government expenditure also exert a positive impact on the economic growth in India. Conversely, the results affirm that gross fiscal deficit and inflation have adverse impact on the Indian economy. The findings assert that the policymakers should devise policies to curb the inflation and fiscal deficit to attain long run economic growth for the Indian economy. Similarly, proper consideration should be given to boost the GST revenue and FDI inflow in the Indian economy. The findings have major implications for the policymakers, GST council and government to boost the economic growth and GST revenue of the nation.

Since co-production can be productive through the possibility to create synergies between the government and civil society with a positive impact on social capital and because of its potential to deal with a wide range of factors hindering the provision of public service, the present article tries to use the documentary method, and library method of resources and related management texts, first, review the key concepts, diverse and emerging meanings of public value, and finally discuss the role of co-production of public value. The paper expresses a better understanding of the concept of public value and the significant role of the co-production of public values in the development of society.

Introduction. The introduction of new sources characterizing traditions of Buryat chronicle writing into scientific circulation remains an urgent task of Mongolian studies. Dozens of works and their various copies and editions are still there to be explored. The article precedes a further study and translation of a voluminous historical chronicle of the Aga and Khori Buryats. Goals. The study attempts a brief overview of the chronicle’s contents and approaches some peculiarities traced in its text. Materials and methods. The analysis of Rabzhi Sanzhiev’s writing involves a wide range of Buryat historical works — both chronicles and archival documents. The historical comparative and chronological methods prove instrumental in systematizing the data contained, while tools of textual and source studies have made it possible to delineate the author’s text proper. Results. The work identifies an extensive range of sources and the chronicle’s structure according to which R. Sanzhiev’s narrative be conventionally divided into a number of large sections, namely: Shirab-Nimbu Khobituev’s chronicle; copies of official documents; historical works by T. Toboev, D. Zayaev, S. Vandanov, A. Ochirov; and the author’s text. Conclusions. R. Sanzhiev’s writing is a major work of the historical documentary genre. The author undertook painstaking efforts to meticulously clarify data included in Shirab-Nimbu Khobituev’s chronicle and supplement certain facts and data, introduce additional findings from various sources. The continuation of Khobituev’s chronicle — despite the compiled facts are fragmented enough — acts as an independent composition. Archival documents on the history of Buryat self-governance and Buddhism, folklore texts, chronicles and legends included by the author into the narrative are of particular value.

У статті синтезуються думки науковців щодо розуміння кризи, як явища, розглянуто підходи до трансформації соціальних інститутів в умовах криз та вплив індивідуальних та колективних дій, інтегрованих в діяльність соціальних інститутів, на їх трансформацію. Акцентовано увагу на тому, що процес трансформації відбувається в результаті розширення та зміцнення зав’язків між соціальними інститутами, колективними та індивідуальними діями, як внутрішніми та зовнішніми провідниками змін в кризових ситуаціях. На підставі структурно-інтеграційної моделі ілюструється як в умовах криз дані зв’язки допомагають провідникам змін спрямовувати свої дії не лише на досягнення стабільності, а й на подальший розвиток та трансформацію соціальних інститутів. Підкреслюється, що трансформація соціальних інститутів означає глибоку зміну не тільки зовнішнього, по відношенню до людини, середовища, вона передбачає також і зміну її цінностей, сприйняття, установок, яка відбувається, як показує значна кількість соціологічних досліджень, не лише під впливом екзогенних чинників, а є наслідком внутрішніх зрушень, які в свою чергу, є реакцією на кризу. Розглядаються окремі аспекти взаємодій між внутрішніми і зовнішніми провідниками змін, що призводять до трансформації соціальних інститутів, яка відбувається внаслідок пошуку шляхів подолання кризи на індивідуальному та системному рівнях. Відповідно створювані моделі розв’язання криз повинні враховувати характер взаємодій між внутрішніми і зовнішніми провідниками змін.

Two of the most promising developments to emerge from the failed attempts to contain the spread of infectious disease outbreaks since the World Health Organization (WHO) declared the outbreak of novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) a pandemic on 23 January 2020 are (i) an acceleration of the critique of neoliberalism and (ii) a reinvigoration of the state crime vocabulary. As Henry Giroux (2020) argued, the pandemic has exposed “the plague of neoliberalism” and revealed the need for a new language to make sense of the current crisis. In this article, I argue that the language of state crime has both the terminological and the conceptual capacity to inform such a sense-making endeavour and, relatedly, that the academic literature on state criminality can complement critiques of the global neoliberal order in the context of the failed governance of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Integrated Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities of the DIY Social Service is to provide a livelihood and a decent life for the disabled. The discussion of the diffable is felt to be very isolating the movement of the diffable to access public services especially in public. The granting of rights for persons with disabilities has been regulated in Law Number 8 of 2016 concerning Persons with Disabilities and regulated in DIY Regulation Number 4 of 2012 governing the protection and fulfillment of the rights of persons with disabilities. The results of the study showed that the services provided at the UPTD Integrated Rehabilitation Center for Persons with Disabilities of the Social Service DIY provided a one-stop service. This can be a place for people with disabilities to channel their talents in Vocational Guidance and can improve themselves so that they can be social like the general public.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the perception of healthcare professionals in improving the quality of services in healthcare centers by deploying the platform of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Individual attributes, organizational impression, information, and the system quality of ERP have been used to evaluate the overall influence of integrated planning systems on health care service quality. A mixed methods approach is used to collect and examine data through triangulation. Data for the empirical study was collected from 279 medical professionals of five healthcare organizations operating in the city of Lahore, Pakistan, through a self-administered questionnaire. Descriptive statistics squared multiple correlations and reliability coefficients were used as data analysis tools. Moreover, the goodness of fit test of the structural model was conducted through AMOS 20. All given dimensions of ERP are postulated to have a positive effect on healthcare service quality. The results reveal that the use of an enterprise planning system has a positive impact on individuals, organizational information quality, and system quality in healthcare services. The study further concludes that a well implemented ‘Enterprise Resource Planning System’ results in better system output and enables healthcare professionals to provide better healthcare service quality.

El desarrollo en el tiempo de políticas urbanas basadas en un enfoque integrado y dirigidas a barrios considerados desfavorecidos en el marco europeo, ha influido en el contexto español (De Gregorio, 2012; González, 2011), que, sin embargo, ha tenido una evolución y características propias, tanto en el marco legislativo y administrativo, como en la práctica urbanística (Matesanz y Hernández, 2014). Este artículo busca analizar la evolución de los parámetros ligados al enfoque integrado (integración de las áreas, de los agentes e integración en la ciudad) en el discurso jurídico-administrativo de las políticas urbanas dirigidas a la ciudad consolidada en España, especialmente en barrios vulnerables. Como resultado de este análisis se observan variaciones, no sólo en la intensidad de la integración propuesta, sino en sus planteamientos y objetivos, inseparables del tipo de actuación propuesta y modelo de ciudad vinculado a ella.

The article presents the results of a study of the main factors affecting the situation in the Tomsk region youth labor market. The purpose of the study was to reveal and to classify factors that influence the employment situation of the youth. The labor market is understood in terms of unemployment among people aged 18—30. The methodological basis of the study is scientific works devoted to the labor market (including youth labor market) as well as support for young entrepreneurs. Methods such as scientific literature analysis, generalization, comparison and deduction are used by the author. Geographical, political and economic factors are analyzed. Special emphasis is placed on the statistical analysis of socio-demographic situation in the youth labor market and the impact that the scientific and educational complex has on it. Remarkably, the latter plays an essential role in the profile of the youth employment of the Tomsk region. The author concludes that despite susceptibility to some general nationwide trends the youth labor market has its unique characteristics described in the paper. The study findings can be used by the public bodies to create systematic mechanisms to solve youth problems and to implement state employment policies and by the administration of the higher education institutions in their efforts to facilitate the employment of the graduates according to the current regional specifics.

El presente trabajo estudia la forma en que una Entidad Local pueda prestar un servicio público de su competencia de forma conjunta o cooperativa con otras administraciones públicas. En concreto, se analiza el artículo 12.4 de la Directiva 2014/24/UE, sobre los contratos para la prestación conjunta de servicios públicos. Se estudian su fundamento y las condiciones que deben cumplirse para su válida utilización, en tanto que se trata de una excepción a la normativa sobre contratos públicos. La conclusión es que el Derecho Europeo admite y regula una forma tradicional de gestionar servicios públicos locales.
