The difficulty of implementing this type of approach probably explains the absence of work on this subject, knowing that this difficulty is largely overcome in Morocco thanks to the establishment in research units of laboratories that work on sequencing. and bioinformatics. Thanks to the collaboration of researchers in psychology and molecular biology, these studies remain possible, starting from a main hypothesis: the effect of psychological treatments would occur through epigenetic mechanisms. This work requires collaboration between the various stakeholders including researchers in psychology and biology, psychiatrists and psychologists. It is by adopting such an approach that we can study the gene-environment relationship, thus facilitating the diagnosis of psychological disorders, understanding epigenetic mechanisms and perfecting appropriate psychological treatments.
Cet article examine l’évolution lexicale et discursive des débats parlementaires français sur la fin de vie, à l’aide d’une approche intégrée combinant la lexicométrie et l’analyse discursive qualitative. En particulier, le cœur de l’article se focalise sur la transformation de l’objet discursif « fin de vie » lui-même ainsi que sur l’obsolescence progressive d’un lexique initial, remplacé par de nouvelles formulations plus techniques ou médicalisées. Les résultats révèlent une trajectoire discursive ainsi structurée : une première phase de normativisation institutionnelle, une deuxième centrée sur l'autonomie individuelle avec une montée des stratégies d’atténuation, et une troisième marquée par la technicisation croissante des débats. Loin d’être un simple outil descriptif, le langage parlementaire est un acteur vivant de la construction collective du sens, façonné par des tensions éthiques, sociales et politiques.

AbstractGlobal warming has caused an increase in the frequency, duration, and intensity of summer heatwaves (HWs). Prolonged exposure to hot environments and orthostasis may cause conflicting demands of thermoregulation and blood pressure regulation on the vasomotor system, potentially contributing to cardiovascular complications and occupational heat strain. This study assessed cardiovascular and skin blood flow (SkBF) responses to orthostasis before, during and after a 3-day simulated HW. Seven male participants maintained a standard work/rest schedule for nine consecutive days split into three 3-day parts; thermoneutral pre-HW (25.4 °C), simulated HW (35.4 °C), thermoneutral post-HW. Gastrointestinal (Tgi) and skin (Tsk) temperatures, cardiovascular responses, and SkBF were monitored during 10-min supine and 10-min 60° head-up tilt (HUT). SkBF, indexed using proximal–distal skin temperature gradient (∆TskP-D), was validated using Laser-Doppler Flowmetry (LDF). The HW significantly increased heart rate, cardiac output and SkBF of the leg in supine; HUT increased SkBF of the arm and leg, and significantly affected all cardiovascular variables besides cardiac output. Significant regional differences in SkBF presented between the arm and leg in all conditions; the arm displaying vasodilation throughout, while the leg vasoconstricted in non-HW before shifting to vasodilation in the HW. Additionally, ∆TskP-D strongly correlated with LDF (r = −.78, p < 0.001). Prolonged HW exposure and orthostasis, individually, elicited significant changes in cardiovascular and SkBF variables. Additionally, varying regional blood flow responses were observed, suggesting the upper and lower vasculature receives differing vasomotor control. Combined cardiovascular alterations and shifts towards vasodilation indicate an increased challenge to industrial workers during HWs.

Botulinum gastroparesis is a very rare pathology, complicating a botulinum toxi infection following ingestion of contaminated food, it is characterized by uncontrollable vomiting not responding to antiemetic treatment associated with a significant neurological syndrome, the diagnosis is made by abdominal CT scan without and after injection of PDC for possible elimination of a mechanical obstruction and following a history of ingestion of infected food, the evolution is marked following the taking of the botulinum antidote, by an improvement in digestive and neurological symptoms. Fahr syndrome is a rare neurodegenerative disease characterized by bilateral, symmetrical calcification of the basal ganglia and gray matter. We present the case of a 27-year-old woman who presented to the emergency department with febrile consciousness disturbance. Brain CT revealed extensive, bilateral, symmetrical calcifications of the basal ganglia and cerebellum. A rare syndrome, Fahr syndrome should be kept in mind and appropriate symptomatic treatment should be applied in order to stop progression and improve symptoms and clinical signs.
