Davies and Rogers constructed a Hausdorff measure satisfying the following property: every Borel subset of the space has measure either $\infty$ or $0$. In this paper, we examine cardinal invariants of their measure.

These numbers may be higher since mycoses are not mandatory reporting. With the lessons learned during the SARS-CoV-19 pandemic, the 2022 outbreak of Monkeypox, the resistance to antibacterial, and the recognition by the WHO that mycoses receive very little attention and resources, added to the fact that available antifungals have significant adverse effects, poor oral bioavailability and growing resistance, it is imperative to develop new antifungals with better pharmacokinetics and phar-macodynamic characteristics, a broad spectrum at affordable costs and world-wide supply. It is what we want. A huge challenge.
Este trabajo propone una conjunción teórica entre la producción intelectual de Georges Didi-Huberman y Jacques Rancière en cuanto a sus posiciones sobre la relación entre imagen, representación e historia. A partir del análisis de sus aportes, esperamos aclarar la posición compartida entre estos autores respecto de la crítica a la cultura de lo irrepresentable. Para ello, demostramos que lo inimaginable no se sitúa en el campo de lo imposible de representar, sino de una apertura desgarradora que nos toca y nos ofrece un desplazamiento de fronteras.
Este trabajo se propone examinar la imaginería de lo animal en la obra de Gabriel Miró a la luz del paradigma crítico de los Animal Studies. Este reciente campo disciplinar parte de la reflexión sobre lo animal para desarrollar un cuestionamiento de la subjetividad tradicional, basada en la racionalidad y el dominio sobre el Otro, y postular un nuevo humanismo que se apoya en conceptos como el afecto, la hospitalidad y la comunidad. Como pretendo mostrar, diversas figuras animales que aparecen en la obra invitan a pensar en lo humano desde estos parámetros, lo que evidencia un tratamiento original y novedoso por parte del autor. En concreto, me voy a centrar en Nómada para mostrar cómo el encuentro con el Animal/Otro constituye una experiencia patética y reveladora para el sujeto, que se reconoce en la alteridad y la vulnerabilidad del animal.
