The creation of educational policies is currently facing phenomena that are little considered by educational political science, such as academic cooperation, digitalization, and inequality in accessing what knowledge implies. This article describes the exercise of co-creation of educational policies between governments, universities, and international organizations, insisting on the role played by interdisciplinary work teams in the development of inclusive, efficient, and sustainable regulatory frameworks. Experiences from European Union, Latin American, and African countries are presented as successful coalitions that are shown to understand how these models have positive implications for the internationalization of higher education.

Публикуется новая находка человеческого изображения на каменном стержне, происходящая из грунтового погребения (могила № 3) близ села Майское (Восточный Казахстан), перекрытого позже курганной насыпью сакского могильника Майское V. Приводится подробное описание самого изделия и антропоморфной личины на нем. В совокупности с материалами соседней грунтовой могилы № 2 изделие датируется поздним неолитом, хронологическим горизонтом бытования комплексов исаковской и серовской традиций погребений Прибайкалья. В качестве ближайших аналогий рассматриваются скульптурное изображение на костяном стрежне из поселения Танай 4а и каменные скульптуры с поселения Самусь IV. Прослежены общие черты в форме заготовок, определяющих архитектонику образов, в трактовке и приемах изображения отдельных элементов человеческих изображений. Все рассмотренные аналогии происходят с территории Обь-Иртышского бассейна и связаны с местными культурами финала каменного века, либо, как самусьская культура, уходящими своими корнями в местную неолитическую среду. Несмотря на уникальность образов, они имеют ряд общих черт и признаков, которые позволяют считать эти антропоморфные изображения принципиально схожими и созданными в рамках некоей общей культурно-художественной традиции в разных вариантах и на разных этапах ее воплощения.
Resumo Ao passo em que apresentamos os artigos reunidos no dossiê Dessenhorizar a Universidade: 10 anos da Lei 12.711, ação afirmativa e outras experiências, fazemos um balanço dos debates políticos e legais travados em 2022 acerca da chamada revisão da lei de cotas. Comentamos algumas experiências de ação afirmativa em diferentes universidades do país e, finalmente, levantamos questões e ensaiamos propostas para a futura ampliação da Lei 12.711 e outras políticas de ação afirmativa.
Translacja warunkowana perspektywą odbiorcy jest niezbędnym warunkiem efektywnego przekazywania wiedzy nowicjuszowi przez eksperta. Skuteczność zależy w dużej mierze od umiejętności balansowania pomiędzy własnymi nawykami komunikacyjnymi eksperta a koniecznością dopasowania się do możliwości odbiorcy. W dyskursie dotyczącym działalności start-upów proces transmisji wiedzy wydaje się bardzo zróżnicowany, między innymi ze względu na poziom przekazywanej wiedzy, formę przekazu czy zróżnicowanie i wymienność uczestników przyjmujących rolę eksperta i nowicjusza. Jednocześnie ze względu na fakt, iż start-up stał się częścią kultury popularnej i budzi duże zainteresowanie, wiedza dotycząca specyfiki start-upów rozpowszechniana jest bardzo intensywnie. Działalność start-upów staje się zatem treścią dyskursywną w dyskursach różnego typu, zarówno specjalistycznych, jak i niespecjalistycznych. Z analizy tekstów wynika, że translacja ze względu na perspektywę odbiorcy, wiążąca się z upraszczaniem treści, staje się metodą tworzenia powiązań między tymi tworzącymi sieć dyskursami.

O livro de contos O regresso do morto (1997), do escritor moçambicano Suleiman Cassamo, é uma obra que descreve a degradação do ser humano, marcando uma fronteira nítida entre a razão e a irracionalidade. Esta obra na qual o autor desenha um cenário melancólico enquadra-se no âmbito de textos de afirmação sociocultural. Através desta obra, cujos textos foram antologizados em manuais escolares de leitura obrigatória em Moçambique, mergulhamos na complexa e diversa realidade sociocultural moçambicana.

Zaghen polder is a wetland of faunistic, landscape and recreational area for Tulcea town and the surrounding turism attraction. The phytoplankton analisys consisted in sample prelevation and measurements in four points in polder area. Measurements on phytoplankton amount were made with submersible spectrofluorometer, wich uses light intensity to differentiate the main algal groups and quantifying their biomass. Qualitative analysis of phytoplankton from samples taken from the Zaghen polder was done using the Leitz Laborlux S microscope. The analyses have identified chlorophyll values ranging from 12.41 µg/L in sample point 1 (14.06.2017), and 457.97 µg/L in sample point 3 (27.07.2017). According to Order 161 / 16.02.2006 issued by Ministry of Environment and Water Management it shows that the average grade class was the third, having a mesotrophic degree, with values between 50-100 μg/L. The qualitative analisys reveal 39 genus belonging to 4 taxonomic groups as follow: 17 Chlorophceae, 3 Cyanophyceae, 16 Diatoms and 3 Euglenophyceae. The lowest number of individuals per liter was identified in 14.06.2017 respectively 154,958 ind/L in sample point 1, and the highest number of individuals per liter in 28.08.2017, in sample point 2, respectively 3,388,430 ind/L.
The data presented above represent a preliminary analisys on phytoplankton in first year after the ecological rehabilitation of the area.

Research Framework : Internet, and particularly discussion forums, is an important medium for some mothers-to-be when the time comes to choose the first name for their child.Objectives : This article examines the concerns and main criteria put forward when choosing a first name for a newborn and how users exchange information and ideas on these forums.Methodology : The studied corpus is composed of posts from the 22 French forums of discussions selected on the site "Doctissimo", section "Baby Pregnancy", subsection "First names" posted by 198 netizens between September 2015 and December 2016 (about 722 pages in Word format). The content of these forums was analyzed according to the Ecuyer’s method (1990).Results : Although choosing a first name is now more a matter of couples than family line (s), the search for a first name is still most often a "women's business", as confirmed by the gendered use of these forums on first names, and by the importance given to gender and class distinctions which are observed through the prescriptions shared on the forums. These are grouped into three categories of criteria. The first underlines the importance of an "original" but "non-invented" first name. The second refers to a belonging or a social identity. The last one put forward a parental project. These criteria are deployed through nine types of exchanges (interactions) between Internet users.Conclusions : These first name discussion forums offer advice, guidance and support to women with questions about the choice of their child’ first name. Also, for expectant mothers, it allows them to enroll in a maternity / parenting process. Through the stated criteria of choice of first names and the roles assigned to each future parent, the content of these forums also highlights social relations of gender and class.Contribution : This exploratory study highlights some of the limits to the freedom to name one's child. If prospective parents can choose the first name of their child outside the influence of their family, their relatives and institutional guidelines, to name remains an act under influence, highly standardized.

Foram investigadas as alterações entésicas nos membros inferiores em dois grupos pré-coloniais litorâneos provenientes de Santa Catarina, Armação do Sul e Praia da Tapera. Foram examinadas nove áreas de fixação tendíneo-ligamentar em 101 indivíduos adultos de ambos os sexos, divididos em três intervalos etários, com atribuição de escores crescentes para definição do grau de robusticidade. As enteses foram analisadas em conjunto, face às funções gerais dos músculos na mobilidade terrestre, usando o teste do Qui-quadrado de Pearson (p<0,05) e a Análise de Agrupamentos, para comparações inter e intragrupos. Os dados indicaram um padrão de intensa mobilidade terrestre em terrenos acidentados entre os homens da série Tapera. Na série Armação do Sul foi observado um padrão menos intenso entre os homens, associado a deslocamentos por extensões menores e/ou em terreno plano. Em ambas as séries as mulheres apresentaram demandas musculares menos acentuadas do que os homens. A discussão biocultural dos resultados integrou os dados bioarqueológicos,arqueológicos e ambientais de cada sítio.

Guwahati is one of the fastest growing cities of Northeast India. The haphazard growth of the city has resulted in a chaotic situation, giving rise to circumstances not favourable to its residents in many aspects. Amongst these, drinking water is the most crucial problem confronting the resi-dents. In this paper, an attempt has been made to assess the availability of drinking water over a period of time in the city. In addition, it also attempts to understand the challenges of drinking wa-ter availability at present. Apart from consultation of secondary sources like archival data, local municipality body, primary data has been collected from three selected municipality wards based on their core, periphery and midpoint locations among the 60 wards of the city.
Status of the newspaper “Politika” in Karađorđevićs’ Yugoslavia (1918-1941)
The newspaper Politika was founded on 25 January 1904 by Vladislav F. Ribnikar. Since that time the Serbian Press market has begun to develop, and the Politika permanently has taken the important role up to this day. The newspaper witnessed important events in the Balkans in the twentieth century and the early twenty-first century but at the same time it was also under strong influence of Serbian centers of political authority. One example of such an influence was the status of the Politika in the period during the reign of Karađorđević dynasty in Yugoslavia, in 1918-1941. The newspaper then served a propaganda function for the royal court, particularly in 1929-1934. Then king Aleksander ruled in an authoritarian way and Politika played an important part in the country. The mechanism of functioning of the newspaper in the period of the royal authoritarianism, as well as in the remaining years of the interwar Yugoslavia was thus discussed in the article to help clarify the status of Politika under the rule of Karađorđevićs.

Gazeta pod nazwą „Politika” została założona 25 stycznia 1904 roku przez Vladislava F. Ribnikara. Od tego czasu zaczął kształtować się serbski rynek prasowy, w którym „Politika” trwale zajmuje istotne miejsce do dzisiejszego dnia. Gazeta była świadkiem ważnych i doniosłych wydarzeń na Bałkanach w XX wieku i na początku XXI wieku, ale zarazem znajdowała się również w strefie ścisłych wpływów politycznych serbskich ośrodków władzy. Jednym z przykładów takiego wpływu był status „Politiki” w okresie panowania dynastii Karađorđeviciów w Jugosławii w latach 1918–1941. Gazeta pełniła wtedy funkcję propagandową dworu królewskiego, co dało się szczególnie zauważyć w latach 1929–1934. Wtedy bowiem król Aleksander I sprawował autorytarne rządy w państwie, których ważną częścią stała się „Politika”. Mechanizm funkcjonowania gazety zarówno w okresie autorytaryzmu królewskiego, jak i w pozostałych latach międzywojennej Jugosławii został więc poddany omówieniu, które umożliwiło wyjaśnienie statusu „Politiki” pod panowaniem Karađorđeviciów.
