Compliance programs have legal, administrative and technological attributes that help organizations find solutions related to strategy, management and organizational governance. In turn, blockchain has been described as a digital system with potential for use in numerous activities, as any activity whose function is to protect and transfer digital assets can be impacted by the system. However, there are criticisms and reservations regarding its adoption by organizations, especially regarding issues related to the regulatory framework, corporate governance and technological management. From this perspective, it becomes relevant to relate the attributes of compliance programs to the development of blockchain in the organizational dimension, which is the proposal of this research. The gap explored with this research is to describe the implications that the attributes of compliance programs can bring to the development of blockchain technology, in the context of organizations. To explore the topic, a panel of experts and a Delphi round were created to structure a survey that sought evidence that demonstrates the existence or not of contributions from compliance programs to the development of the blockchain. This article presents the results relating to the organizational dimension of the doctoral thesis “Attributes of Compliance Programs for the blockchain, in the context of the Dimensions of the State, Organization and Individual”, defended by the first author, in the Doctoral program in Information and Management Systems of Knowledge at Universidade Fumec, with UNIVERSIDADE FUMEC and FAPEMIG as funding institutions.

ObjectivesStudies on the impact of long COVID on work capacity are increasing but are difficult to locate in bibliographic databases, due to the heterogeneity of the terms used to describe this new condition and its consequences. This study aims to report on the effectiveness of different search strategies to find studies on the impact of long COVID on work participation in PubMed and to create validated search strings.MethodsWe searched PubMed for articles published on Long COVID and including information about work. Relevant articles were identified and their reference lists were screened. Occupational health journals were manually scanned to identify articles that could have been missed. A total of 885 articles potentially relevant were collected and 120 were finally included in a gold standard database. Recall, Precision, and Number Needed to Read (NNR) of various keywords or combinations of keywords were assessed.ResultsOverall, 123 search-words alone or in combination were tested. The highest Recalls with a single MeSH term or textword were 23 and 90%, respectively. Two different search strings were developed, one optimizing Recall while keeping Precision acceptable (Recall 98.3%, Precision 15.9%, NNR 6.3) and one optimizing Precision while keeping Recall acceptable (Recall 90.8%, Precision 26.1%, NNR 3.8).ConclusionsNo single MeSH term allows to find all relevant studies on the impact of long COVID on work ability in PubMed. The use of various MeSH and non-MeSH terms in combination is required to recover such studies without being overwhelmed by irrelevant articles.

In social choice theory with ordinal preferences, a voting method satisfies the axiom of positive involvement if adding to a preference profile a voter who ranks an alternative uniquely first cannot cause that alternative to go from winning to losing. In this note, we prove a new impossibility theorem concerning this axiom: there is no ordinal voting method satisfying positive involvement that also satisfies the Condorcet winner and loser criteria, resolvability, and a common invariance property for Condorcet methods, namely that the choice of winners depends only on the ordering of majority margins by size.

We give a new version of a recent result of B{é}rczi-Kirwan, proving the Kobayashi and Green-Griffiths-Lang conjectures for generic hypersurfaces in the projective space , with a polynomial lower bound on the degree. Our strategy again relies on Siu's technique of slanted vector fields and the use of holomorphic Morse inequalities to prove the existence of a jet differential equation with a negative twist -- however, instead of using a space of invariant jet differentials, we base our computations on the classical Green-Griffiths jet spaces.

The present study was conducted to identify the future dimensions of smart city planning research. Participants in this study were municipal managers and urban planners with at least 15 years of experience and a master's degree or higher. Individuals were selected by purposive sampling. Sampling was performed with the participation of 10 experts. Data collection tools fell into two groups: 1- review and upstream documents, urban planning documents in the library section, 2- semi-structured interview in the field section where the semi-structured interview with the participants continued until the theoretical saturation stage. Content analysis method was used to analyze the qualitative data. In order to ensure the validity, the interview questions were approved by 3 experienced urban planning experts and managers, 1 of whom had a master's degree and 2 of whom had a doctorate. In order to measure the reliability, the krippendorf coefficient was used, the overall coefficient of which was 84%. ATLASTI software has been used in the content analysis section. In order to identify future smart city planning research scenarios, SCENARIOWIZARD software has been used. The results of factor analysis show that out of 176 available indicators (items), 33 basic themes can be identified and 9 categories of constructive themes have been obtained. Finally, 9 scenarios were identified based on the importance of all 9 factors. The results indicate that the main output of the realization of smart cities and e-municipality is to set conditions for providing services in the healthiest way to citizens, eliminating corruption, creating new job opportunities, and service and transformation in the economic and commercial sectors, increasing the effective presence of the private sector and improving the business environment, reducing damage to the environment, smart governance and increasing satisfaction

We describe the simplest non-trivial modular category $\mathfrak{E}$ with two simple objects. Then we extract from this category the invariant for non-oriented links in 3-sphere and two invariants for 3-manifolds: the complex-valued Turaev - Reshetikhin type invariant $tr_{\varepsilon}$ and the real-valued Turaev - Viro type invariant $tv_{\varepsilon}$. These two invariants for 3-manifolds are related by the equality $|tr_{\varepsilon}|^2\cdot (\varepsilon + 2) = tv_{\varepsilon}$, where $\varepsilon$ is a root of the equation $\varepsilon^2 = \varepsilon + 1$. Finally, we show that $tv_{\varepsilon}$ coincides with the well-known $\varepsilon$ invariant for 3-manifolds.

Observations and simulations of barred spiral galaxies have shown that, in general, the spiral arms rotate at a different pattern speed to that of the bar. The main conclusion from the bibliography is that the bar rotates faster than the spiral arms with a double or even a triple value of angular velocity. The theory that prevails in explaining the formation of the spiral arms in the case of a barred spiral galaxy with two pattern speeds is the manifold theory, where the orbits that support the spiral density wave are chaotic, and are related to the manifolds emanating from the Lagrangian points L_1 and L_2 at the end of the bar. In the present study, we consider an alternative scenario in the case where the bar rotates fast enough in comparison with the spiral arms and the bar potential can be considered as a perturbation of the spiral potential. In this case, the stable elliptical orbits that support the spiral density wave (in the case of grand design galaxies) are transformed into quasiperiodic orbits (or 2D tori) with a certain thickness. The superposition of these perturbed preccesing ellipses for all the energy levels of the Hamiltonian creates a slightly perturbed symmetrical spiral density wave.

The modeling engineering of psychotherapeutic approaches to diabetic patients has a positive impact on the quality of the support process and organizational, personal and professional development, in the sense that the education and neuro-educational training project constitutes a powerful human resources management vector. The research would attempt to analyze therapeutic education models and corresponding health promotion approaches, as well as the identification of methods and techniques used in health practiceAs a result, the quality of the neuro-educational approaches is the guarantor of the effectiveness of the recommended support system. Adopting this imperative highlight, a new PCA patient-centered approach. This major concern therefore calls on the medical profession to question the impact and effects of collaborative support in the process of building and developing the conceptual, procedural and behavioral skills of diabetic patients which facilitate their self-knowledge, their self-determination and their awareness of the factors of therapeutic effectiveness and the promotion of their physical, moral, social and psychological well-being. It prompts us to ask ourselves how the different care teams and support actors organize and coordinate their andragogical actions, with a view to complementarity and synergy. We proceed, through a descriptive and exploratory research approach, opting for a so-called longitudinal survey, by a semi-directive questionnaire and by an interview technique. By comparing the results of the study with the validation interviews, it emerges that appropriate attention must be paid to the support process to allow the diabetic patient to master all the components of reflective therapeutic practice and to achieve his personal and organizational development necessary for the development of a subject actor of change and innovation. This support system engineering will define the frame of reference, including the ethical values and the basis of the required professional skills which will be applicable to any program for the development of cognitive and behavioral skills in diabetic patients. The new vision will be built around adapted support practices, collaborative approaches, a comprehensive, harmonious and balanced therapeutic education program, personalized training courses and inclusive evaluation methods that go well beyond validation and tenure. This article focuses on Red Latinoamericana de Archivos, Museos, Acervos y Investigadores LGBTQIA+ (AMAI LGBTQIA+), a network composed of researchers and institutions related to LGBTQIA+ memory in Latin America, founded in 2019. First, the authors analyse the network’s creation arising from the discontent of some participants of the June 2019 Archives, Libraries, Museums and Special Collections (ALMS) Conference, in Berlin, who felt bothered by the lack of attention given to subaltern perspectives on LGBTQIA+ history and memory. Next, the authors describe and analyse the network’s first year of activities communicated through its Facebook group. Multiple challenges arose from creating a network with members from different national origins, languages, and identities, especially considering the conservative political contexts of several Latin American countries and the social distancing measures imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic. Next, the authors present a general profile of the network’s members and a map of partner institutions. Finally, the article points out some challenges to the network’s continuity and its desire to render Latin America more visible in the broader panorama of global LGBTQIA+ history. The authors conclude by highlighting the importance of AMAI LGBTQIA+ in stimulating further discussions about the participation of global-south researchers and perspectives on global queer history initiatives.
