Background: Adolescents are a strategic target in preventing HIV/AIDS and drug abuse. The number of incidences of HIV among children aged 1–14 years has reached 14,150 cases. This number is increased by 700–1,000 each year. In the future, teenagers have the potential to spread information and conducive change, leading society toward a healthier paradigm dealing with HIV/AIDS and drugs.
Aims: This recent study is to conduct an assessment of the HIV risks and preventions of HIV at ‘Aisyiyah Junior High School Bantul in order to strengthening HIV education and health promotion in schools.
Methods: This research was conducted using a qualitative approach with all the students of Aisyiyah Junior High School Bantul. Focused interviews were conducted to analyze the promotion and prevention of HIV, facilities and infrastructure, access to HIV information, and HIV advocacy in schools.
Results: This study highlights several challenges in HIV education at ‘Aisyiyah Junior High School Bantul, Indonesia. Students mostly rely on limited sources like internet articles and school activities for HIV information, but there's a noticeable lack of accessible, comprehensive resources. The school has adequate facilities, including a health unit, but these aren’t being fully utilized for HIV education. While there are some efforts in advocacy, both internal and external, they aren’t as effective as they could be. Overall, the school’s prevention initiatives need more focus and direct engagement with HIV topics, alongside better access to information to truly make a difference.
Conclusion: The primary factor in preventing HIV among adolescents is knowledge. Therefore, providing access facilitates infrastructure and makes teenagers the agents of prevention of HIV. In addition, advocacy in the form of promotion and prevention can be conducted.

To vividly illustrate the dynamic interactions between government and enterprise in China, a non-cooperative evolutionary game is employed. Simulations are conducted to examine the effectiveness of environmental regulations in promoting green technology involving multiple policy instruments for yielding the ideal outcome. In particular, numerical simulations are introduced to explore the asymptotic stability of various evolutionary stabilization strategies. It is shown that appropriate coordination of these policy instruments can improve policy effectiveness. The effect of increasing environmental tax collection combined with the gradual innovation special subsidy policies is more effective than separate policies. Moreover, under the necessary supervision intensity, the ideal evolutionarily stable equilibrium of incentive environmental regulation tools to promote enterprise green technology innovation is easier to achieve. Furthermore, three extended scenarios using the Porter hypothesis are investigated regarding enterprise innovation performance, intellectual property protection, and income tax collection.

The article considers strategic approaches to the development of organizational and communication systems (OCS) of enterprises in the context of a changing market environment, growing competition and the influence of behavioral economics. The key factors that determine the effectiveness of communications with consumers are analyzed, in particular digitalization, personalization of interaction and the use of modern technologies, such as CRM systems, artificial intelligence, big data and omnichannel strategies. Special attention is paid to the implementation of behavioral strategies in the processes of enterprise communication, including the application of the principles of social proof, the scarcity effect and cognitive biases. Models of OCS development are proposed that ensure business adaptation to dynamic market changes and increase the level of consumer loyalty. The results of the study confirm that a strategic approach to the development of OSS, based on digital technologies and behavioral mechanisms, contributes to increasing the competitiveness of enterprises and creates the prerequisites for their sustainable development. Prospects for further research are to develop an organizational and economic mechanism for managing relationships with consumers in the context of the marketing strategy of enterprises in the information economy.

PurposeThis paper aims to provide a starting point to discuss how social enterprises can drive systemic change in terms of social impact through operations and supply chain management.Design/methodology/approachThis paper reviews existing literature and the four papers in this special issue and develops a conceptual framework of how social enterprises and their supply chains create social impact and further enable systematic change.FindingsOur paper finds that social impact and systemic change can be shaped by social enterprises at three different levels of analysis (organization, supply chain and context) and through three enablers (cognitive shift, stakeholder collaboration and scalability). Such dimensions are used to position current literature and to highlight new research directions.Originality/valueThis paper proposes a novel understanding of operations and supply chain management in social enterprises intended as catalysts for systemic change. Based on this premise we distinguish different practices and stakeholders to be considered when studying social impact at different levels. The conceptual framework introduced in the paper provides a new pathway for future research and debate by scholars engaged at the intersection of social impact, sustainable operations and supply chain management.
Risk managers as corporate stewards are important gatekeepers in enterprises and they are essential to managing risks. Relatedly, a more accurate evaluation of the risk factors allows a well-founded decision-making process and reduces the number of surprising situations that could occur especially in volatile markets. Forward-looking risk management increases entrepreneurial resilience because risk factors are already estimated at an earlier stage in the corresponding risk analysis. Furthermore, the range of potential solutions can be estimated in a successive way. These aspects are relevant especially for products with follow-up effects. Such new product bundles are typical in current businesses. They require a more precise risk analysis, which allows an effective view of the life-cycles of the whole products and the customer relationships. Within well-founded risk decomposition, the existing risk can be managed appropriately. The following study presents a special life-cycle approach for evaluating products and customers in risky situations. Especially for important management decisions, such an approach is necessary, given that only a few products or customers can have a major influence on the success of the enterprise. Therefore, a systematic risk-oriented approach is essential that adequately identifies, assesses and controls the risk factors and enables agile adaptability for fast changes. Considering the risk management perspective, simulation techniques are a useful approach to solve sophisticated decision situations. The applicability of this concept is demonstrated using a computation example reflecting real-world circumstances. The presented approach is broadly defined. That is the reason why the approach can also be transferred to other sectors.
Micro and small businesses in rural and tribal communities are crucial drivers of sustainable economic development, playing a significant role in addressing various global challenges such as poverty reduction, job creation, resiliency and economic development. In spite of their crucial role in the national economy, small enterprises often encounter numerous challenges and constraints that can hinder their development, growth and overall performance. The present study is aimed at assessing the major problems faced by micro and small entrepreneurs among the tribal communities in the hill districts of Manipur. This empirical study is descriptive in nature and uses both primary and secondary data. The primary data were collected from 311 registered entrepreneurs using a well-structured questionnaire. The percentage technique, mean, standard deviation, t-test and analysis of variance (ANOVA) test were used to analyse the data with the aid of SPSS. There is no significant difference in the major problems faced by entrepreneurs across gender. However, labour problems were different across levels of educational background, and there was a significant difference between the nature of industry and the infrastructural problems faced by micro and small entrepreneurs. The study suggests coordinating the efforts of the government and aiding organisations in assisting the entrepreneurs to tackle the multifaceted challenges.

Introduction. To substantiate and practical use of optimal management solutions to reduce risk levels, it is necessary to continue research on solving the main tasks of the scientific medical platform "Preventive Environment", aimed at creating technologies for early diagnosis of occupational and production-related diseases, an objective assessment of modern working conditions and the labor process, the development of biological monitoring system and risk management. The study aims to scientifically substantiate the model of interaction of individual elements of the working condition system and health of employees based on the risk level assessment of risk depending on the complex of harmful and/or dangerous factors of the production environment and the labor process in the main types of economic activity. Materials and methods. We have analyzed the results of a special assessment of working conditions at the workplaces of mining and coal industry enterprises, ferrous metallurgy plants and aluminum production. Experts have summarized the materials of occupational morbidity and its structure. To assess the risk of developing chronic general somatic diseases in workers the researchers have performed a cross-sectional epidemiological study. We have studied changes in biomarkers of exposure and effect in the conditions of professional exposure to mercury on the employee's body. Results. The analysis of modern working conditions of workers employed in mining (underground and open-pit mining), metallurgical enterprises (ferrous metallurgy plants, aluminum production), coal industry enterprises indicates that working conditions were and remain difficult and harmful, especially when performing underground mining operations. The assessment of occupational risk to the health of employees of mining and processing plants showed that the constant exposure to high levels of harmful factors - vibration, the severity of labor and the intensity of the labor process. This contributes to an increased risk of development and high spread of diseases of the circulatory system and diseases of the musculoskeletal system, as well as a significant increase in these indicators with an increase in work experience in harmful working conditions, which allows us to consider these diseases as production-related. Occupational morbidity at enterprises of the leading sectors of the economy decreased in 2020, most significantly at ferrous metallurgy plants. A comprehensive analysis of changes in biomarkers of exposure and effect in the conditions of professional exposure to mercury on the employee's body made it possible to identify groups at increased risk of developing health disorders. The analysis of a special assessment of working conditions, occupational and production-related morbidity of workers in certain sectors of the economy, as elements of the health risk assessment system, allowed us to develop Standards for enterprises in the mining and coal sectors of the economy, ensuring the preservation of workers' lives and health. Limitations. The studies have certain limitations, since they do not concern all sectors of the economy, but only the mining, coal industry, ferrous metallurgy plants and aluminum production. The period for which occupational morbidity was analyzed is 5 years (2016-2020). These limitations open the way for further research. Conclusion. The implementation of the developed provisions of the standards provides a risk-oriented approach in occupational health, being an important and necessary element of the formation of a preventive and preventive model of occupational risk management. Ethics. This study did not require the conclusion of the Ethics Committee.

The aim of this study is to scrutinize how Micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSME) in the culinary industry manage their finances according to demographics and financial literacy. A number of MSMEs in the culinary field operating in Catur Tunggal Village, Depok District, Sleman Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta was used as the sample which were selected using non-random sampling. Questionnaire was the instrument to collect data from the respondents and Chi Square analysis was employed as the data analysis technique. This study revealed that age and financial literacy of the MSME actors correlate partially with financial management. However, monthly income and educational level have no correlation with financial management. This results suggest that MSME actors can manage their business finances better if their financial literacy (knowledge) improves. As a result, they can maintain their business and enhance their standard of life.
The article proves that effective resource management of an industrial enterprise using intellectual resources is a key element of its development strategy, regardless of its size and market position. Enterprises for which intellectual property rights are a valuable asset should pay special attention to building a system of strategic management of them. This requires taking into account the issue of intellectual property protection in many management processes, the proper distribution of tasks and the creation of organizational structures, procedures, regulations and contracts, the determination of budgets and the provision of professional staff and tools. The analysis of existing publications made it possible to conclude that strategic development management is a scientifically based influence of top management on the socio-economic development of the enterprise, which ensures sustainable growth of the results of the commercial activity of the enterprise. It has been proven that the formation of a management system for the development of enterprises requires the presence of interconnected subsystems. A number of components of the industrial enterprise development management system based on intellectual property are proposed. It is recommended to determine the basic development strategy depending on the type of market behavior model of the enterprise, which largely depends on the level (estimation) of the external potential of the enterprise: high potential corresponds to an offensive model of enterprise behavior, low potential corresponds to a defensive market behavior model. It was determined that the strategic tasks of intellectual property are: protection from competition: the presence of a patent provides the enterprise with a monopoly position in its target market for a sufficiently long period of time (up to 20 years); additional protection: some patents are not developed for the purpose of direct commercialization; avoidance of commercial (market) disputes: enterprises have the opportunity to commercialize their technologies for a long time without existing threats of abuse of their intellectual property rights by competitors; foundations for commercial alliances: finding business partners for a given business activity is much easier when the company has a competitive patent portfolio at its disposal.
The relevance of the study is conditioned by the importance of proper application of forest certification as a tool for responsible forestry. The lack of integrated approaches and formalities in the implementation of forest certification requirements is unacceptable from the standpoint of the interests of society and the environment. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the theoretical and practical foundations of integrating environmental values as one of the requirements for forest certification under the Forest Stewardship Council, into the management system of forestry enterprises. General and special methods (analysis, synthesis, generalisation, and comparison), and the regulatory framework for forest certification and the quality management standard were used for the research. The paper describes the concept of environmental values in the context of its components. It is proved that system, processbased, adaptive, and risk-oriented approaches to management are the basis for integrating the concept of environmental values into the management system of forestry enterprises. It is determined that the development of processes that cover the requirements of forest certification for environmental values and their documentary support are elements of the mechanism for integrating environmental values into the management system. Such processes are related to: identification of environmental values; determination of the purpose and criteria for making decisions on them; assessment of the impact of economic activities on them; development and implementation of measures for their conservation, maintenance, and protection; monitoring of the state and measures. Procedures, monitoring methods, training programmes, standard accounting and reporting forms are components of documenting these processes. The study results will be useful for improving the management system of forestry enterprises in accordance with the requirements of forest certification in terms of planning, organisation, monitoring, and control. The implementation of the tools and practical steps outlined for this purpose will contribute to the growth of efficiency of enterprises and their competitiveness in markets, access to which is determined by the requirements for the sustainability of the origin of forest products
The purpose of this scientific article is to develop a multi-agent model of the distribution channel management system of agro-industrial enterprises in order to identify promising directions for the development of sales policy based on the use of information and communication methods. To achieve this purpose, the research was conducted on the dialectical method of cognition, the conceptual provisions set forth in the works of domestic and foreign scientists on the distribution channel management of enterprises. To accomplish the assigned tasks, the following basic research methods were used: abstract-logical, abstraction, and concretization, a systematic approach, observation, and an expert evaluation method. The methodical basis of the research was general and special methods, namely: system analysis; economic and mathematical methods, tabular and graphical methods, methods of comparison and grouping, and economic and mathematical modeling in order to develop a multi-agent model of the distribution channel management system of agro-industrial enterprises. It has been established that the growing need for the development of an effective information system of the distribution channel management of agro-industrial enterprises, increasing the heterogeneity of the constituent elements and the number of parameters of the distribution system requires expanding the range of methodical approaches to the distribution channel management in the direction of modeling the distribution channel management system of enterprises. In particular, this is fundamental in solving the problems of organizing and operational and technical management of the transport distribution network. At the same time, it is impossible to identify promising directions for the development of sales policy using information and communication methods based on new technologies without the modernization of the existing management system (MS) by developing an information management system, which in the future will enable the realization of all potential opportunities for effective and operational transport network based on packet technologies. Thus, in connection with a significant change in modern information and communication technologies, a change in the processes of functioning of the elements of the distribution channel management system of agro-industrial enterprises and their interaction, a change in the monitoring mechanisms of the functioning of the system elements, it becomes necessary to develop a new architecture of the management information system of distribution channels (MIS of DC) in order to increase the level of competitive advantages of an enterprise for the long term.
The article focuses on the connection between the theory of the firm and methods of enterprise management. It is shown that during the formation of the knowledge economy, the theory of the firm, based on the leading role of intelligence in solving the problems of enterprise management, acquires special significance. The dynamics of such factors as intelligence, coordination, purposefulness and erudition of an enterprise requires the organization of control loops for the reproduction and production cycles of these factors. In this regard, the feasibility of the system development of intellectual, value-based, coordination-consolidation, information-cognitive types of management in enterprises is substantiated. The proposed principles of enterprise management on the basis of the intelligence-based theory of the firm are scaled to the level of society as a whole. The intellect of society should become the leading factor in its development along with spirituality, consolidation and information connectivity of the structure of society.
The purpose of the article is to consider a project management system in the activities of small businesses enterprises using soft-ware products that optimizes the cost of end products and reduces the risks of inefficiency of management decisions. Information technologies are a priority tool for managing small business projects. The matrix of distribution of administrative tasks of management occupies a special place within the framework of the use of effective tools of the project approach. The matrix allows project managers to distribute com-plex tasks and functions managed and im-plemented not only by the employees of the project team, but also by its performers. As a result of the research, the authors draw conclusions that it is advisable to use such management solutions as management of the subject area (sphere) of the project, quality, time, budget, personnel, communications and risks management for effective project management in small business.
