In this article, we present our vision of the application scenarios, performance metrics, and potential key technologies of 6G wireless communication networks. We then comprehensively survey 6G wireless channel measurements, characteristics, and models for all frequency bands and all scenarios, focusing on millimeter-wave (mm-wave), terahertz, and optical wireless communication channels under all spectra; satellite, unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), maritime, and underwater acoustic communication channels under global coverage scenarios; and high-speed train (HST), vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V), ultra-massive multiple-input, multiple-output (MIMO), orbital angular momentum (OAM), and industry Internet of Things (IoT) communication channels under full application scenarios. We also provide future research challenges of 6G channel measurements, a general standard 6G channel model framework, and models for intelligent reflection surface (IRS)-based 6G technologies and artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled channel measurements and models.

This study aims to determine the role of information and communication technology in education. The information and communication technology in general aims to make students understand information and communication technology devices in general, including computers (literacy) and information literacy, which means students recognize the terms used in information and communication technology. In the Qur'an there are so many commands, statements, suggestions, satires and so on that substantially link Islamic teachings to science and technology. The results of this study found that the role of information technology in education, in addition to helping students in learning also had a quite influential role for teachers, especially in the use of facilities to enrich teaching skills, and the Qur'an as a guide and guidance for the development of science and technology in order to strengthen faith and improve human well-being.

Technology is everywhere, yet a theory of technology and its social dimension remains to be fully developed. Building on the influential book The Social Construction of Technological Systems, this volume carries forward the project of creating a theory of technological development and implementation that is strongly grounded in both sociology and history. The 12 essays address the central question of how technologies become stabilized, how they attain a final form and use that is generally accepted. The essays are tied together by a general introduction, part introductions, and a theoretical conclusion.

Technological knowledge evolves not only through the generation of new ideas, but also through the reinterpretation of existing ones. Reinterpretations lead to changes in the classification of knowledge, that is, reclassification. This study investigates how reclassified inventions can serve as renewed sources of innovation, thereby accelerating technological progress. Drawing on patent data as a proxy for technological knowledge, I discuss two empirical patterns: (i) more recent patents are more likely to get reclassified and (ii) larger technological classes acquire proportionally more reclassified patents. Using these patterns, I develop a model that explains how reclassified inventions contribute to faster innovation. The predictions of the model are supported across all major technology domains, suggesting a strong link between reclassification and the pace of technological advancement. More generally, the model connects various, seemingly unrelated knowledge quantities, providing a basis for knowledge intrinsic explanations of growth patterns.

We present the OASIS survey program discovery of a substellar companion orbiting the young A1V star HIP 71618, detected using precision astrometry from Gaia and Hipparcos and high-contrast imaging with SCExAO/CHARIS and Keck/NIRC2. Atmospheric modeling favors a spectral type of M5--M8 and a temperature of $\sim$2700 $\pm$ 100 $K$. Dynamical modeling constrains HIP 71618 B's mass to be ${60}_{-21}^{+27}$ $M_{\rm Jup}$ or ${65}_{-29}^{+54}$ $M_{\rm Jup}$, depending on the adopted companion mass prior. It has a nearly edge-on, 11 au-orbit with a high eccentricity. HIP 71618 B will be located within Roman Coronagraph's dark hole region during the instrument's technological demonstration phase. A high signal-to-noise ratio detection of HIP 71618 B at 575 nm would demonstrate a 5-$σ$ contrast of 10$^{-7}$ or better. The system is also located within or very close to Roman's Continuous Viewing Zone -- near multiple candidate reference stars for dark-hole digging -- and its primary is bright ($V$ $\approx$ 5). The suitability of HIP 71618 as one potential Roman Coronagraph target for demonstrating the instrument's core requirement (TTR5) should motivate the timely, deep vetting of candidate reference stars.
