We state a new generic absoluteness principle, and use Shelah's memory iteration technique to show that it is consistent with the large continuum.

It is shown that all the countable superatomic boolean algebras of finite rank have the small index property.

The blog has several entries on group theory interacting with computability and wider logic, several open questions, and an entry on undecidability in physics.

I prove several independence results in the choiceless ZF+DC theory which separate algebraic and non-algebraic consequences of the axiom of choice.

For $κ$ regular and uncountable we define variants of the classical cardinal characteristics modulo the non-stationary ideal.

This note was written in Jan. 23, 2015 to answer a problem raised by G. Moser, who asked a constructive proof of a theorem by Ferreira-Zantema.

In this paper we prove that the homeomorphism relation of locally connected continua is a complete orbit equivalence relation. This answers a question posed by Chang and Gao.

We show that there is a Borel way of choosing a representative of a $k$-uniform hypergraphon. This extends the result of Orbanz and Szegedy where this was shown for graphons.

We describe a proof-theoretic bound on $Sigma_{2}$-definable countable ordinals in Kripke-Platek set theory with $Pi_{1}$-Collection and the existence of $omega_{1}$.

We consider an ultraproduct that is designed to omit a fixed set of unary types $Γ$, called the $Γ$-ultraproduct. The $Γ$-ultraproduct is not always well-behaved, but we discuss several general conditions under which it is and several examples.

We construct a model of the comprehension schema in the logic LP=>.

We answer in the affirmative the following question of Jörg Brendle: If there is a $Σ^1_2$ mad family, is there then a $Π^1_1$ mad family?

We show that atomic polyadic algebras of infinite dimensions are completely representable

We prove a better coloring theorem for aleph_4 and even aleph_3. This has a general topology consequence.

The subject of this paper is a simulation to that in [1] but here we consider substitutions corresponding to transpositions instead of replacements.

We prove that e.g. there is no omega_4-sequence in (omega_3)^{omega_3} increasing modulo the ideal of countable sets.

We study the existence of positive solutions of the second order differential equation in an annulus on a measure chain, $u^{\Delta\Delta}(t) + f(u(\sigma(t))) = 0$, $t \in [0, 1]$, satisfying the boundary conditions, $\alpha y(0)-\beta y^\Delta(0)=0$ and $\gamma y(\sigma(1))+\delta y^\Delta ((1))=0$, where $f$ is a positive function and $f(x)$ is sublinear (respectively supcrlinear) at $x = 0$ and is superlinear (respectively sublinear) at $x = \infty$· The methods involve applications of a fixed point theorem for operators on a cone in a Banach space.
