This paper is devoted to studying the generalized incompressible Hall-MHD system in \mathbb{R}^{3} . Based on energy estimates and regularization of the initial data with the generalized heat semigroup, local existence for initial data (u_{0},b_{0},v_{0}) in the critical spaces \dot{H}^{ \frac{5-4\alpha}{2}}(\mathbb{R}^{3}) and global existence for the \dot{H}^{\frac{5-4\alpha}{2}} -norm of initial data (u_{0},b_{0},v_{0}) sufficiently small are proved.

Statistics is a science that studies the methods of collecting, processing, interpreting and drawing conclusions from the data collected or obtained. Therefore, statistics is said to be one of the sciences that is indispensable in research, not least in the field of mathematics education because statistics are used to identify and describe the relationships obtained from the data that has been collected and then processed to obtain a conclusion. The role of statistics has been seen from before the research was carried out, the research took place until the processing of research results.

The modern people are active in various cultural facilities and enjoy the leisure life. The spectators and performers using a small concert hall generally use this space for about 2[Formula: see text]h in an enclosed state, and so the space should maintain a comfortable thermal environment and indoor air quality. The ventilation systems that can be applied to small concert hall are generally classified as the mixing ventilation system and the displacement ventilation system, but the upward displacement ventilation system is known to be able to maintain the clean indoor air quality with high energy efficiency. The upward displacement ventilation system installed in a dome-shaped small concert hall is not limited in the height of the vertical wall. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the optimal height of the return diffuser by utilizing the ventilation performance and the air diffusion performance index (ADPI). This study was carried out to evaluate the effect of the return diffuser position on the ventilation performance of an upward displacement ventilation system installed in a dome-shaped small concert hall. It was confirmed that as the height at which the return diffuser is installed on the vertical wall increases, the ventilation efficiency increases and the thermal stratification formed in the upper area is significantly reduced.

Résumé Dans cet article nous avons souhaité approcher l’incidence de la constellation familiale sur la structuration du sujet, sur le lien inconscient entre frères et sœurs, et sur le symptôme de l’enfant. Pour cela nous avons mis en perspective deux textes essentiels de l’enseignement de Jacques Lacan Les complexes familiaux dans la formation de l’individu et Deux notes sur l’enfant . Puis nous avons étudié les incidences symptomatiques de la naissance d’un puîné à partir de certains éléments des célèbres cas cliniques du Petit Hans et de la Petite Piggle. Enfin nous avons souligné le mouvement d’évolution des sociétés et ses effets de réinvention de la structure familiale et du lien social.
