Consumer shopping behavior has shifted alongside the growth of internet usage, leading to the rapid development of online food delivery (OFD) services. Online food delivery enables customers to conveniently order meals online and receive delivery directly to their address. In this highly competitive business environment, understanding the determinants of customer satisfaction is crucial. This study aims to examine service quality, customer perceived value, and trust in relation to customer satisfaction, both directly and to investigate the role of trust as a mediator. A quantitative research design was adopted and analyzed using PLS-SEM with the SmartPLS software. Data were collected through an online survey of 175 ShopeeFood users. The results reveal that service quality, customer perceived value, and trust significantly and positively influence customer satisfaction. This research adopts a quantitative approach with an associative method, and the sample is selected using purposive sampling based on criteria such as SOEs listed on IDX, financial reports expressed in Indonesian Rupiah, and excluding the banking sector. The dependent variable is tax aggressiveness, measured using the Effective Tax Rate (ETR), while the independent variables are capital intensity, audit quality, thin capitalization, and gender diversity. Data analysis is performed using multiple linear regression and classical assumption tests to ensure the validity of the regression model. The findings indicate that capital intensity, audit quality, thin capitalization, and gender diversity significantly affect tax aggressiveness. This research has limitations, such as the restriction to SOEs and a three-year observation period. Mainly due to the digital divide between men and women, which causes imbalance and injustice when they access digital media. The method used in data collection was semi-ethnographic, in which the researcher participated in observing research objects when carrying out activities using digital technology, interviews, and documentation on 3 members of Nasyiatul Aisyiyah and Fatayat NU, both in Jogja and Kediri. The research findings show that what has been stigmatized to women so far is that they are powerless to master information and communication technology, which does not apply to members of Fatayat NU and Nasyiatul Aisyiyah. This research shows that women are also reliable in accessing the internet for the benefit of empowering women, especially KBGO issues. NSE witnessed big movements in the indices during the Covid-19 period. This study seeks to understand the association between Nifty 500 Sharia and Nifty 50 Sharia and their respective selected indexes, Nifty 500 and Nifty 50, during the Covid-19 pandemic. The period from 27/01/2020 to 31/05/2022 has been taken for this study. The techniques applied, like correlation, co-integration, GMM, etc. based on the objectives of this paper. We conclude that the return of Sharia indices is better compared to the other indices. Kurumsal aidiyet ise bireyin herhangi bir kuruma dair hissettiği bütünleşme ve özdeşleşme boyutu olup, çalışanın, kendini kurumu ile özdeşleştirmesi ve kurumsal faaliyetlere aktif katılım isteği göstermesi olarak belirtilebilir. Günümüzde yaşanan hızlı değişim ve gelişim, maddi alanda olduğu gibi manevi alanda da etkili olmaktadır. Bu nedenle din görevlilerinin kurumsal aidiyet bilincine sahip olması son derece önemlidir. Bu bağlamda çalışmanın amacı; “Din görevlilerinin kurumsal aidiyet düzeyleri ile iş performansları arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir ilişki bulunup bulunmadığının” test edilmesidir. Nicel araştırma yöntemine göre yürütülen araştırmada tarama modeli uygulanmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini, Çorum İl müftülüğüne bağlı toplam 1494 din hizmetleri sınıfı personeli; örneklemini ise bu kişiler arasından seçilen 320 kişi oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak anket formu kullanılmıştır. Anket formunun bir bölümünde katılımcı din görevlilerinin demografik nitelikleri ve kişisel bilgilerini belirlemeye yönelik 6 soru bulunmaktadır. İkinci bölümünde Demir (2022) tarafından geliştirilen “Kurumsal Aidiyet Ölçeği” yer almaktadır. Ölçek yüksek derecede güvenilirlik değerine sahip olup, Cronbach Alpha değeri 0,93’ tür. Alt boyutlar olarak da Psikolojik Sahiplenme 0,93; Özdeşleşme 0,83 ve Algılanan İçsel Statü 0,86 ile yüksek derecede güvenlik değerlerine sahiptir. Ölçekte toplam 27 madde bulunmaktadır. Üçüncü bölümde ise “İş Performansı Ölçeği” yer almaktadır. Görev Performansı ve Bağlamsal Performans olmak üzere iki boyut ve 16 maddeden oluşan ölçekte yer alan 9 madde Goodman ve Syvantek tarafından görev performansını belirlemek üzere; diğer 7 madde ise Jawahar ve Carr tarafından geliştirilmiştir. Ölçeğin Türkçeye uyarlanması ile geçerlik ve güvenirlik çalışmaları Bağcı (2014) tarafından yapılmıştır. Yüksek derecede güvenilirlik değerine sahip olan ölçeğin Cronbach Alpha katsayısı 0,90; Görev Performansı alt boyutu için 0,89; Bağlamsal Performans alt boyutu için 0,83’ tür. Veriler SPSS ortamında frekans analizlerine, homojenlik testine ve korelasyon analizine tabi tutularak değerlendirilmiştir. Katılımcıların kurumsal aidiyet boyutlarına ilişkin bulgulara göre en yüksek ortalamaya sahip olan faktörün Özdeşleşme boyutu; İş performansı boyutlarında da en yüksek ortalamaya sahip olan faktörün Bağlamsal Performans olduğu görülmektedir. Korelasyon analizleri verilerine göre de kurumsal aidiyet boyutları ile iş performansı boyutları arasındaki korelasyon katsayılarının en yükseğinin 0,52 çıkması orta düzeyde bir ilişki olduğunu göstermektedir. Demografik faktörler (cinsiyet, yaş, medeni durum, öğrenim durumu, kıdem) olarak bakıldığında da aralarında anlamlı fark görülmeksizin bütün gruplarda kurumsal aidiyette en yüksek ortalamaya sahip faktör “özdeşleşme”; iş performansında ise “Bağlamsal Performans” olduğu görülmektedir. İstisna olarak medeni durum gruplarından boşanmış/dul grubu ile eğitim gruplarından lisansüstü mezunları grubunda iş performansının boyutları açısından en yüksek ortalamaya sahip olan faktörün Görev Performansı olduğu görülmektedir. Araştırmada ulaşılan sonuçlardan, katılımcıların kurumsal aidiyet boyutlarından olan “özdeşleşme”ye ilişkin bulgular Koç (2020) ve Uygur'un (2007) araştırma sonuçları ile örtüşmekte, Öztop’un (2014) sonuçları ile örtüşmemektedir. Araştırmada korelasyon analizi ile elde edilen kurumsal aidiyet düzeyi ile iş performansı arasındaki pozitif yönde doğrusal ilişki şeklindeki bulgular konuya ilişkin olarak yapılan diğer bazı çalışmalardan Arı ve Şahin (2016) ve Uludağ (2018) tarafından yapılan araştırmaların sonuçları ile de benzerlik içermektedir. Bu veriler ışığında; değişkenler arasında çok yüksek düzeyde bir ilişki olmasa da pozitif bir ilişkinin bulunmuş olmasına dayanılarak “kurumsal aidiyet düzeyi arttığında iş performansının da artacağını” söylemek mümkündür. Also, the rights and privileges this contract provides to both parties make it attractive both for raising and saving funds and for the supplying of the invested funds; but the lender's complete confidence in the future purchasing power of the borrowed money is one of the key factors in people's decision to invest in Qardh al-hasan deposits, which depends on the quality of the economic environment. This paper examines the determinants of Qardh al-hasane deposits with emphasis on economic security in public and private Iranian banks over the period 1984-2016. The results show that economic security has a positive and significant effect on Qardh al-hasane deposits. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between spiritual intelligence with personality Al Hidayah Boarding School students Karangsuci Purwokerto or not. This type of research is a field research with quantitative approach to examine the population or a particular sample. The sample was 111 students. Data collection techniques used in this study are observations, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. While data analysis is by using Product Moment Correlation analysis. Based on the research conducted, the conclusion about the relationship between spiritual intelligence with personalitystudents of Al Hidayah Boarding School Karangsuci Purwokerto, namely 1) The calculation result obtained Rxy around 0,729 or (Rxy = 0.729). 2) The result of that has been found (Rxy = 0,729) then consulted with the value of r table (rt) contained in the table of product moment. It can be known by using the test significance level of 5% and 1%. 3) test significance level of 5% were Rxy value greater than the value of rt or (0.729 \u003e 0.195). Test significant level of 1% Rxy is greater than the value of rt or (0.729 \u003e 0.256). Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan antara kecerdasan spiritual dengan kepribadian santri Pondok Pesantren Al Hidayah Karangsuci Purwokerto. Penelitian lapangan (field research) ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk meneliti pada populasi atau sampel tertentu. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 111 santri. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, angket, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis korelasi Product Moment. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, diperoleh kesimpulan mengenai hubungan antara kecerdasan spiritual dengan kepribadian santri Pondok Pesantren Al Hidayah Karangsuci Purwokerto, yaitu 1) Hasil perhitungan yang diperoleh rxysebesar 0,729 atau (rxy= 0,729). 2). Hasil yang telah ditemukan yaitu (rxy= 0,729) kemudian dikonsultasikan dengan nilai r tabel (rt) yang terdapat pada tabel product moment. Hal tersebut dapat diketahui dengan menggunakan uji taraf signifikan yakni 5% dan 1%. 3) dari uji taraf signifikan 5% ternyata nilai rxy lebih besar dari nilai rt atau (0,729 \u003e 0,195). Dari uji taraf signifikan 1% rxy lebih besar dari nilai rt atau (0,729 \u003e 0,256). Bu tartışmaların temelinde kavramsallaşma sürecini henüz tamamlamamış\nolan istihsan teriminin çağrıştırdığı keyfiliğin/sübjektivitenin etkisi çok\nfazladır. Bu yüzden istihsanı bir yöntem olarak benimseyenler, ağır ithamlara\nmaruz kalmışlardır. İstihsanı benimseyenlerin başında Hanefî hukukçular\ngelmektedir. Öyle ki istihsan yöntemi Hanefî mezhebiyle anılır hale gelmiştir.\nBununla birlikte mezhebin önde gelen temsilcilerinden biri olan ve kıyas\nmetodunu kullanmasıyla ön plana çıkan Züfer b. Hüzeyl’in istihsana yaklaşımıyla\nilgili iki farklı yaklaşım tespit edilmiştir. Yaptığımız araştırma ve inceleme\nneticesinde her iki tespitin de isabetli olmadığını; Züfer b. Hüzeyl’in kıyas\nyapmadaki becerisinin yanı sıra istihsana müracaatta sonuna kadar kıyas\ntaraftarı olduğunu; ancak kıyasın meselelere çözüm üretmede yetersiz kaldığı ya\nda doğru sonuç vermediği durumlarda ise ızdırârın da bir gereği olarak meseleyi\nhükümsüz bırakmama adına istihsana müracaat ettiği görülmektedir. Sonuç olarak\nZüfer b. Ancak Züfer’in\nistihsana bakış açısıyla ilgili kaynaklarda yeterli ve sağlam bilgiler\nbulunmamaktadır. Hem mezhebin kurucu imamlarından biri hem de kendine has fikirleri\nolması hasebiyle Züfer, bu noktada araştırılmaya ve incelenmeye değer bir\nkişiliktir.\n\nGünümüz araştırmacıları tarafından\nZüfer’in istihsana yaklaşımı ile ilgili farklı tespitler yapılmıştır. Bunlardan\nbiri, Züfer’in Hanefî mezhebinin diğer kurucu imamları gibi istihsanı bolca\nkullandığı şeklindeki tespit; diğeri ise istihsan konusunda Şafii ile aynı\nçizgide olduğu tespitidir. Her iki çalışma da doğrudan Züfer’in istihsana\nyaklaşımıyla ilgili olmadığı için, araştırmacılar bu tespitlerini dayandırdıkları\nargümanlara işaret etme gereği hissetmemişlerdir.\n\nZüfer hocası Ebû Hanîfe’den çok kısa bir süre sonra vefaat\netmiş, hocasından sonraki sekiz yıllık sürenin yaklaşık altı yılını da Basra’da\ngeçirmiştir. Bu yüzden mezhebin diğer kurucu imamları gibi hakkında detaylı\nbilgi bulunmamaktadır. Ayrıca herhangi bir eserinin bulunmaması ya da bize\nulaşmamış olması da Züfer’in istihsana bakışıyla ilgili görüşlerinin tespitini\nbir hayli zorlaştırmaktadır. Bu durum, meselenin tahkiki için ilk dönem Hanefî\nkaynaklarına müracaatı zorunlu kılmaktadır.\n\nÖzellikle klasik dönem Hanefî mezhebine ait usûl ve\nfurû-ı fıkıh literatüründe yaptığımız incelemede de Züfer’in istihsana\nyaklaşımıyla ilgili bir bilgiye ulaşamadık. Ancak hemen hemen bütün tabakât\nmüellifleri Züfer hakkında “kıyasçı” nitelemesi yapmakta ve onun kıyas delilini kullanmadaki becerisine\nve uzmanlığına vurgu yapmaktadırlar. Bu da oldukça dikkat çekicidir.\nAncak doğrudan Züfer’in fıkhını inceleyen Pîrizâde ve Kevserî’nin eserlerinde,\nonun hakkındaki “kıyasçı” ya da “kıyas konusundaki uzman” nitelemelerinden\nkastedilenin ne olduğuna yani felsefi arka planına dair herhangi bir bilgi bulunmamaktadır.\n\nZüfer hakkındaki bu nitelemelerden iki farklı sonuca\nulaşılabilir: Bunlardan birisi\nonun, hükmü naslarda bulunmayan meselelere kıyası tatbik konusunda çok başarılı\nve yetkin olduğu; diğeri ise istihsan ve kıyasa göre farklı hükümlerin\nverilebileceği fıkhî meselelerde istihsan karşısında kıyasa sıkı sıkıya\nbağlılığıdır.\n\nİkinci anlamın\nkastedilmiş olması kuvvetle muhtemeldir. Çünkü Züfer dışındaki diğer kurucu\nimamların da kıyas yapma konusunda en az Züfer kadar mâhir ve becerikli\noldukları kaynaklar da sabittir. Çünkü Züfer’in yöntemi genel hatlarıyla\nbu metodun bizzat kendisidir. Züfer’in fıkıh anlayışı umumiyetle bu usul\nçerçevesinde şekillenmektedir. Bu yüzden onun da kaynakları aynı şekilde kıyas\nve istihsandır. Ancak pratikte meselelere tatbik ederken kıyası daha fazla,\nistihsanı ise nadiren tercih etmektedir. In this case, The Proportioned\nScript is but a succinct treatise, for Ibn Muqla’s two explanatory\nmanuscripts detailing the proportions and methods are lost – and can only be\nretraced through subsequent studies and drawn reconstruction.\nWhy such a monumental effort to unravel a single small treatise on Arabic\npenmanship? As the authors explain, it was and is the canon of proportion in\nwriting and reveals a great deal about the sociocultural context and the importance\nof script related to faith. Hence the title of the book. The Cosmic Script\nis clearly the result of significant research. The two authors met over four\ndecades ago, during which Moustafa completed an MA and a PhD on the subject.\nThey collaborated for eight years on unraveling The Proportioned Script\nthrough other sources and reconstructed the canon of letters by a detailed geometric\nanalysis and Moustafa’s own artistic practice of application.\nThe first volume includes an introduction and seven chapters outlining\nthe historical and spiritual background of the Arabic script in terms of ancient\npre-Islamic influences. Such hadith has attracted serious attentions due to its narration which equated between a donkey, a dog and a woman among many Moslem scholars throughout the Islamic intellectual history. In the first part of the article, a critical review of interpretation method employed by previous ulamas, both from classical and modern period has been presented. From such an examination, it becomes clear that there is a gap which has not been adequately answered by the previous methods. Therefore, in this context, the maqashid is situated as the alternative method. Here the maqashi concept is projected as a ratio legis and parameter of the validity of ijtihad, following al-Syâtibi and Jasser Audah’s notion. Having employed maqashid to the hadith, this article concludes that the hadith contradicts one of al-kulliyah al-sittah (the six general principles of maqashid), which is hifzh al‘ird. As a consequence of this contradiction, the hadith is irrelevant as practice.\n\n[Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan konsep Maqasid Syari’ah untuk memahami hadis problematis yang diriwayatkan oleh Abû Dzâr al-Ghifari dan Abû Hurairah.
