ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGES AS A TOOL FOR TRANSFORMING THE ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND EBSURING ITS SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT
Abstrak
The article examines organizational changes as a system-forming tool for transforming the management architecture of an enterprise in conditions of growing turbulence, uncertainty, and increasing demands for sustainable development. It is argued that the modern management paradigm is shifting from static models to the concept of dynamic equilibrium, within which organizational changes are viewed not as a situational response to external challenges, but as a permanent process of development integrated into the strategic logic of an enterprise's functioning. It is proven that the effectiveness of the transformation of the management system is determined by the level of the formed potential for change, which covers managerial, personnel, innovative, and cultural components and ensures adaptability, resilience, and long-term competitiveness.A systematic approach to identifying the object of transformation by decomposing the management system into interrelated subsystems is proposed, which allows achieving coherence of changes and minimizing the risks of fragmentary modernization. An algorithm for transforming the management system has been developed, based on the principles of cyclicality, proactivity, and integration of strategic and operational levels of management. Particular attention is paid to the role of managerial leadership, organizational culture, and communications in the process of institutionalizing change. It is substantiated that organizational changes are the instrumental basis for the implementation of the concept of sustainable development, ensuring the coordination of economic, social, and environmental goals within a single management system. It has been established that the integration of ESG principles into management processes contributes to the formation of long-term business value, increases the legitimacy of the enterprise in the eyes of stakeholders, and strengthens its strategic sustainability. The practical significance of the results lies in the possibility of using the proposed approaches in the development of programs for organizational transformation, strategic development, and corporate governance.
