Abstrak

Elizabeth Baez is a graduate from the College of Staten Island CUNY with a Master of Arts in English and a concentration in Rhetoric and Composition. Her interests in research include antiracist pedagogy, expressive writing in academic classrooms, and first-year college writing curriculum. She runs a blog that reflects her writing style and voice called Letters From Liz . Rosanne Carlo is an Associate Professor of English at College of Staten Island CUNY. She coordinates the English MA Program, and assists the Writing Program with adjunct professional development. She is the author of Transforming Ethos: Place and the Material in Rhetoric and Writing .
