Abstrak
Science , Marketing , Information Systems the University of Muenster on developing methods and tools for assessing and improving business process management capabilities in service networks. His main research are in the areas of managing and innovating industrial services as well as business process management. His work has published in peer-reviewed academic journals (including IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management , Communications of the AIS, Scandinavian Journal of Information Systems and Business & Information Systems Engineering presented at major IS conferences.
