Some thoughts on the application of 3D printing technology in the field of maintenance and support of large construction machinery and equipment
Abstrak
As an advanced manufacturing technology, 3D printing technology is widely used in the field of large-scale engineering equipment, which is not limited to the research and development of engineering equipment, but also has great application prospects in the field of maintenance and support of large-scale engineering machinery and equipment. By introducing the basic principle of 3D printing technology, this paper focuses on the transformative impact of 3D printing technology on the maintenance and support field of large engineering mechanical equipment from four aspects: improving equipment maintenance and support efficiency, saving equipment maintenance and support cost, changing equipment maintenance and support mode and promoting the ability transformation of equipment maintenance and support talents, Finally, according to the practical problems of 3D printing technology, the prospect of 3D printing technology is prospected, which provides reference significance for the follow-up research of 3D printing technology in the maintenance support of large construction machinery and equipment.
