Abstrak

Our second issue of East/West: Journal of Ukrainian Studies (volume 2, no. 1, 2015) is wholly thematic, devoted to Ukraine’s Great Famine, the Holodomor. It features five articles by scholars from different points of the globe, under the guest editorship of Professor Frank Sysyn and Andrij Makuch. It was my pleasure to collaborate with them on this important topic and I thank them for their contribution to the journal. Separately, the issue also contains twelve reviews and a review essay.
