Offensive messages to the Union via social network and collective conflict

Abstrak

The essay reflects on the impact that offensive communications addressed at trade union, through social networks, can have on the dynamics of industrial relations. Particular attention is given to the behaviors put in place by the employer and aimed at favoring a specific trade union or a specific “group” of workers.
