COMMERCIAL STONE BUILDINGS IN TOBOLSK PROVINCE VILLAGES IN THE SECOND HALF OF THE 19th - EARLY 20th CENTURY

Abstrak

The paper reviews the evolution of commercial and residential buildings with retail in villages in the second half of the 19th - early 20th century from simple forms to two-storey commercial buildings. The main directions of transformation of traditional peasant wooden estates into stone estate complexes of rural merchants are identified. The compositions and the architecture and decoration of buildings of this typological group are considered.
