Abstrak

From 2019 to 2022, two trials will condemn the management of France Télécom-Orange and its CEO Didier Lombard for “institutional moral harassment”. It’s a first time in France, a victory won after long struggles led by the inter-union after the CEO organised the “voluntary departure” of 22,000 employees by pushing them “out the window or through the door”. The authors of the film explain how they made the documentary, and what objectives they pursued and what cinematographic devices they used to make it attractive to a wide audience. Ultimately, the documentary raises questions about trade union practices and the new paths to be explored.
