The Power of Cooperation: Trust-based alliances, particularly in trade (e.g., EU-Japan FTA) and environmental policy (Paris Agreement), are vital for tackling transnational challenges. 2. The Shadow of Rivalry: U.S.-China tensions—visible in trade wars, technological restrictions, and cybersecurity conflicts—disrupt Asia-Europe collaboration, generating spillover effects in diplomacy and economics. 3. Unity Amid Diversity: Despite differing governance models and human rights perspectives, pragmatic cooperation remains achievable when mutual interests take precedence. 4. Navigating the Digital Age: Breakthroughs in AI and 5G demand agile policymaking to capitalize on innovation while preventing global fragmentation. 5.
