The need for the upgrade of the modification of obligations regime

This article aims to provide a civil legal perspective of the most important aspects of the modification of obligations in the Spanish Civil Code. First, conceptual difficulties are explained. Next, different aspects are examined, with special consideration of the problematic aspects.
