Abstrak

The purpose of this review is to report on the recovery of a significant historiographical work of the Spanish humanist Alfonso de Palencia (XVth Century), to give an appraisal of it, and to evaluate the recent edition of the work made by its discoverer, Javier Durán-Barceló.
