CHAPTER 2. POTENTIAL RISKS OF DIGITALIZATION OF THE SOCIAL SPHERE OF SOCIETY
Abstrak
The potential risks and dangers of digitalization of the social sphere of society are revealed. It is proven that in the conditions of the existence of open, easily accessible and easily filled information networks, a social problem of access to information arises, which causes a social rift that runs along the line of "on / off" in the network. On the one hand, this is a problem of restricting information that is socially dangerous and the security of personal and other types of data, and on the other hand, the informatization of society threatens with authoritarian tendencies, since data on the Internet can be well controlled centrally, which makes it possible to obtain accurate information about each citizen and manipulate people’s minds. And in modern Ukraine, the risks of digitalization are also exacerbated by the social risks of war.
