Responsible Chocolate

Abstrak

Being one of the biggest and most successful players in the chocolate business, there is no way around the topic of responsibility for Ferrero. Carlo Vassallo, CEO of Ferrero Germany, tells us how the company sources raw products like cocoa beans and hazelnuts. He discusses the highly contested topic of palm oil and the difficulties of marketing chocolate in times of increasing obesity.
