Measurement and Control Process Adapted to the Dormant Working Management

Abstrak

This paper proposes a measurement and control process technology that adapts to the dormant working state of the aircraft, which is used for aircraft test control, which can effectively improve the reliability of the use and storage of the aircraft. This method changes the long-term cold standby and heat-added treatment scheme of traditional aircraft, and adopts multimodal working switching in the sleeping working state. Research and analyze the details of functional process testing and long-term hot standby equipment conditions, sort out the test parameters of the aircraft and its constituent aircraft system, study a set of optimized test methods for aircraft parameters, and the top-level planning can meet the needs of small current testing, activation control and high current holding comprehensive measurement and control technology. Develop and test veneer and equipment, power test equipment, interface test system, etc., build a real-time monitoring system for system power consumption and response time, and verify the feasibility and reliability of the equipment’s dormant working state switching through tests. Finally, the dormant aircraft and its constituent aircraft system are built, and the reliability of the system is verified through the monitoring system test.
