KT-BIMODULES AND WEAK KT-BIMODULES

Abstrak

Let SMR be an (S, R)-bimodule. We denote DS(N) = {s ∈ S |sM ⊆ N} for any submodule N of MR. We investigate the condition DS(K + T) = DS(K) + DS(T) for submodules K and T of MR. Various characterizations and properties are derived for modules with this property. In particular, for S = End (MR), the π-projective modules are those modules MR for which S = DS(K) + DS(T) whenever M = K+T, and we give some new results on these modules and lifting modules.
